Damage Roll: (1d8)[6 ] + (2d6)[11 ] + 5
Critical Roll:(1d20+12)[29 ]
The Attack is factoring +7 Bab, +1 Strength, +3 Charisma, and +1 Weapon.
Damage is factoring +1 Str, +3 Charisma, +1 Weapon, Weapon Damage and Mountain Hammer's Damage.
That should be everything....
