Find me a weapon that is larger in one panel and smaller in another. These strips have to be next to each itself. The instances when the weapons holder is affected by a spell or the weapon itself is affected doesnt count... Good luck :P

Psion certainly isn't.
However,
Future Psychic is never stated outright whether it is or not. So I made an assumption. Sorry about the confusion.
