"Er, sort of," Hildur says, suddenly feeling singled out, and wondering why the Nuns were surprised. Was she not supposed to do that. "I think the most complicated thing I made was a glove, but that took me a really long time." Then, with a touch of nervousness, she adds, "Was I not supposed to do that?"
Sister Tabitha offers a small smile, "That's so wonderful!"
Sister Agatha offers a very not small smile! "Oh wow! That's incredible Hildur! You must be a naturally gifted Shaper! Usually it takes someone weeks to figure out how to mold a focus into complex shapes! And you made a glove? That actually fit and stuff!"
She sounds very excited!
"Is it still in that shape? You have to show me!"
The Nun is practically jumping up and down!
Sister Tabitha is just standing aside and being quiet again. It would seem she's really good at that.

Hildur's gone from concerned to blushing under the compliments she's received. "I didn't know I was going so quickly." Then she's asked about the shaping. "Well, no, not anymore," she says, getting the plate-shaped gossamer from her pocket. "I think I can get it back, though."
She'll start to reshape the gossamer into the glove from before. It hopefully won't take over an hour again.
The movement along with her recent meal creates a slight discomfort which shows in her expression. "Adir... unless you like your burger back I'd suggest we stop now. That's enough dancing for today."
"Whoah, arright," Adir says with a laugh. He attempts to help Cessie back toward her seat. Slowly.

Hildur chuckles a little and scratches the back of her head. "I, ah, take it this doesn't normally happen?" After a moment, she decides to add, "For what it's worth, I'm still not entirely sure how I'm doing it. Just feels natural."
"Whoah, arright," Adir says with a laugh. He attempts to help Cessie back toward her seat. Slowly.

Cessie slumps down in her chair and takes a deep breath. She isn't as amused as the other two at the moment but that's mainly since she have to fight off the feeling in her stomach. "Okay... Sakura then, truth or dare?" She finally says.
Rot swears and swerves in mid-air to dodge the Grundlekrug's snapping jaws. He manages to get his limbs out of the way, but loses a fair bit of expensive cape to the monster's teeth. The vampire's eyes grow wide at the jerk and tearing sound. Oh no it didn't.
He spins around and hurls his sword at the Grundlekrug, trying to get the vile blade to drop right in the big monster's maw. And hopefully wreck havoc in its insides.
The flying vampire throws the blade! The monster roars as the blade sinks into it's maw. However, it only chips a tooth and falls to the ground if it's a normal sword. It howls and spits out huge globs of green goo at Rot! Marciano hums a little song while he invisibly teleports crystal crates to Louyv're Laboratories.
The NO guys will reach an elevator. The only way down. The young woman has followed. Wait for me!

The bandit camp itself is a bit hard to see. Mostly because it's up in that big craggy rock somewhere. No doubt there's a cave at the base of the crag that leads up into the camp!

Sonnya just sticks by her new friend. She whispers, What do I do?
Hildur hugs Agatha back, though she's still a little confused as to how she was doing this so quickly. What made her so special?
"Thanks, Agatha." Hildur starts to think of all the practical applications of controlling air and wind, but that all comes crashing back down to snowboarding, as usual.
As she lets go of the hug, Hildur asks, "So, what else can I learn? Is there something about Shapers that I can read?"
Tabitha nods back! "Sister Terra knows where all the Abbey's books are. If we have anything on Wind Shaping she would be the one to ask..."
"That's right! C'mon, we can go talk to her! I'm sure she would be happy to help you!" Agatha declares as she heads inside!
"Emperor's blessings, Hildur," Tabitha calls after them as they depart.
"This is really exciting!" Agatha laughs as she steps inside. "You'll be able to do some amazing stuff as a Wind Shaper! Did they have Elementalism back in your homeland? Maybe you just didn't have enough money to get a touchstone to be tested?"
Or maybe the world was just mundane...

Hildur makes sure to wave goodbye at Tabitha before she steps inside with Agatha.
"No, we didn't," she tells Agatha. "There wasn't really anything like Elementalism back home." Her world wasn't quite mundane (It had pretty forgiving physics,) but there certainly wasn't any magic. "What exactly is it, though? I hadn't heard of it before today."
"Well, the world is made out of the various elements," Agatha starts. "And when people are born they are born with a bias toward one of them. Some more strongly than others. Normally an element responds to the commands of a spirit. And a focus makes that connection really really strong."
She waves one hand dismissively. "I don't know a lot of the details. I'm sure a book on it would be able to tell you more."

Rot growls and swoops down toward the Grundlekrug, heedless of the spat goop. His sword, which has quite a few enchantments, appears in his hand as he charges through the spit. He slashes at a few of the projectiles to try to clear some out of the way and then thrusts the weapon at the monster's jaws, trying to once more lodge the vile blade in its mouth or throat. But he keeps his hands on the sword's grip this time.

The globs of green goo are highly toxic and must be what stripped those men to skeletons. The acidic spit might severely damage the blade and Rot as it spits his way. He stabs the beast! The sword sinks into it's tongue and lower jaw, however with all the acid, the blade might disintegrate. The beast spits a huge glob at Rot as he stabs it.
"Okay, it sounds simple enough," Hildur says. It's pretty easy for her to follow, so far. "It's still pretty weird to me that I was born biased towards an element, but that's probably because it's so new."
Adir opens his mouth as if to say something - namely 'booooring' - but then realizes how amusing this could be. He did buy her that iPod with a bunch of classic rock...

"We should circle around then find some sort of path or entrance. These bandits have to come from somewhere." Turning to Correl, "I'm also sure your skills are as sharp as ever, Sir Correl." Alfred's eyes are wide with admiration. Seems Correl's would-be squire is also his biggest fanboy.

Rot's weapon, "improved" by Phyrexians (whatever those are) like the vampire himself, fails to disintegrate in the acid. The vampire's flesh isn't quite so impervious, readily melting away as the goop splashes onto it. In some places, his bones are stripped bare, but they resist the acid. And, of course, Rot's fancy clothing is utterly ruined. How horrible.
Tubes snake out of the vile sword's handle and into veins in the vampire's arm. The blade begins to greedily suck at the Grundlekrug's blood, transferring it back to Rot through the link. It's a foul weapon, akin to its wielder, to be sure. If the blade's vampiric magic succeeds and the Grundlekrug's blood is natural enough, it should start healing Rot's flesh even as the acid eats it away. The pale man grins unnaturally, his huge fangs and skeletal jaws revealed as his cheeks and lips dissolve.

Well, it's blood is good enough. While being completely alien it heals Rot. Though due to the strange nature of it''s blood, he might start to shiver, feel very dizzy, and get a horrible migraine! It's blood is otherworldly and to feast on it apparently has some repercussions. It moves it's tentacles to rip the sword out of it's jaw. They're surprisingly strong and nimble. It roars and keeps spitting.
"Um..." Her favorite song... Favorite song... "Oh, one sec." Sakura goes over to the stroller where she's stashed her bag. After a moment of rooting through it, the pulls out the aforementioned iPod. She sticks the ear buds in and starts searching for a song.
The dryad closes her eyes and tries to remember the lyrics as she starts to sing.
"Quite some time, I been sittin' it out
Didn't take no chances, I was a prisoner of doubt
I knocked down the wailin' wall, ain't no sin
Got the feel of fortune, deal me in~
Her eyes flit open and she continues to sing the rest of the song. Sakura actually has a quite nice voice, though she's very lacking in practice. She stumbles of a couple words, but otherwise does decent.
"Straight on straight on, I'm straight on for you
Straight on for you~"
She finishes and smiles a tad nervously at the others. She hasn't even sung in front of Adir before.
Rot snarls at the blood's effects even as his flesh dissolves under the torrent of acid. The vampire doesn't feel them quite so badly, though, since his undead brain isn't exactly... functioning enough for a headache to hurt badly or effect his balance and judgement very much. Neither does his shivering reflex still work, as corpses (walking or otherwise) don't need to maintain homeostasis.
Rot's blade is wrenched away, but he swipes with his free hand and claws at the tentacles with sharp exposed finger-bones. The vampire then jerks his sword up and tries to impale the Grundlekrug through the top of its mouth. He must want to end this quickly, aiming his vile blade for the area he assumes the monster's brain is.

The claws rake into a tentacle...nasty germs and diseases are spread over Rot, though he's impervious to all due to being undead. Well, in order to sink his blade deep enough to kill it, he'll have to get within reach of it's nasty claws. Those claws are deadly in more ways than one too. So, if the monster hits Rot, it's own force of claws raking into his flesh will drive the blade straight into the alien creatures brain, but if it misses the blade will only jab at it's mouth. Enough to draw a large amount of blood, but not quite reaching it's vital brain.
The bacteria and viruses spread to Rot will find nothing to infect in his vile flesh. His undead body provides no sustenance for the pathogens. The acid baring his reinforced bones will probably threaten the tiny invaders as well.
The vampire is fearless in the face of danger. He will indeed press in close enough for the Grundlekrug to claw at him. His eyes shine with red fury as he goes to plunge his sword into the thing's brain. Rot's back is shredded by the monster's claws and some of his bones snap with a satisfying crack. But his vile blade will continue to try to drain the huge beast of its blood, supplying its wielder with the healing life-fluids.

The claws rake Rot. Any flesh left on the vampire is suddenly diseased...though this "disease" doesn't rely on germs. It rips Rot's flesh before it doesn't die, but falls limp from blood loss. The titanic beast falls to the ground. Hopefully Rot takes the blade out before it kills the Grundlekrug. Marciano becomes uninvisible, ...Wow...ya impressed me there...I like ya Rot...ya know 'ow t' ge' things done...don't kill i'! Then give me a 'and over 'ere with these crates.
