By the way, Doom, in D&D, dividing something by two twice effectively divides it by three, and it stacks in such a way. Thus, eighteen avasculates would reduce him to 1/19th of his health, not 1/524288 of his maximum.

No, I believe it would take effect the way Doom describes it. Each casting of evasculate halves the target's hp, and each evasculate activates separately, so they would not stack in the way multipliers are stated in player's handbook.

"I'll meet you out there." I teleport to the colosseum and pick up Jules than bring him back. Than he picks up all five of the wurms and carries them out of town. I pull out a small wooden disk and toss it far out of the city and cast polymorph any object to turn it into a city.

Everyone but Darius loses 11,000 exp (one person is exempt, and he would lose a level if he spent the exp) and everyone but Aurora takes (42d6)[151] backlash damage (Because Hallok's got the hots for her) (Celeste heals everyone to full HP beforehand, and Darius casts greater heroism on everyone, so they get 20 temporary HP/each).
So, everyone effected (Joe, Darius, Whatshisname the crusader, Raalzak, Celeste, Aurora, Darius, and Hallok) Gain:
+80 CHA
+50 DEX
+100 CON (Including granting a con score to those who don't have it)
Immunity to all spells below 12th level
DR 50/-
+50 Natural armor
+50 on all saves
For 48 hours (Applying sudden extend)
Celeste then casts Mass Heal twice to bring everyone back to full HP, as well as casting Death Ward on everyone.
Darius casts Displacement and Indominability on everyone.
Hallok casts Greater Invisibility on everyone but himself.

By "exempt" I meant that he doesn't spend exp in the casting. He still is part of the spell.
