As for the defense arguments, I think the first one is funny because not a single military target was hit or targeted by any of the nukes, and the third one is funny because Utopia Project did not sign the ceasefire agreement everyone else did and those raids happened during wartime, nor did I even intend to hide anyone's involvement (so because points were wasted on doing that what happened was we took out less statpoints than we were supposed to.)
Wait minute here.
Murska, you are a veteran TW player. And you didn't include a contingency in your EoT when relying on the actions of someone else?

If this is in relation to the first bit of that post, it turns out Mistral was looking at the most recent turn, not back in Turn 4 when Murska sent me the TEC.

I'm not sure but considering I had another project I might've had 'the rest goes into X', which automatically assumes that anything not going into something else goes there.
But yeah, I'm not a vet. I haven't won a single game yet.

Is that so regarding the treaty? Y'all also completely cut the PSA, FRA, and CSA out of the negotiations, as I recall, so they technically haven't signed anything, either; I didn't even know negotiations were actually being held, or if it was just idle talk. I may have to take a page out of WiR and BoP's collective book, I think. That is, next game I run, include all formal diplomatic treaties, even secret treaties, as EoT orders, so I can actually know these things to adjudicate events accordingly.
Plus, the defense is supposed to be a little funny. The prosecution may be overreaching, but the defense has to defend some untenable positions of their own.
I remember mentioning the ceasefire to everyone in the war in-thread, and the NPCs responding by agreeing while Utopia Project never responded. I might be hallucinating due to lack of food though.
Anyway, it was a ceasefire so we could start peace negotiations. Not a peace treaty.

Oh, OK. I thought there was an actual peace treaty hiding somewhere behind the curtain, and I was under the impression that Forum Explorer had accepted the cease-fire in PMs since you withdrew. Well, even if they didn't, that's their story and they're sticking by it.
I've received reports that several people are having a lot of trouble connecting to the forums recently, so if some EoTs are late, that might be the reason. I personally haven't had any trouble though.

its a real shame tomorrows saturday i have almost no life off this site
saturdays are when EOTs are due in just about every game im in so i have nothing to do
Saturdays are the busiest times for me one this site for precisely that reason. Bunch of EoTs to write and send in. Well except this last one, because I wrote it last Saturday.

thats why i normally try to get all my EOTs in a bit early...but that reminds me, i have to go write an EOT for age of ether now

Sorry about the lateness, Mistral. My computer decided to quit for a while.
Oh, and if you know how much aid Technorapture was offering, and whether or not I'm in UON, that would be nice to know, since I have no clue.

Imperial Psycho and Razovor tell me over IM that they can't connect to GitP. They'd like to delay the EoT.
They're not the only ones, it seems. I was having serious issues getting through earlier as well, and we're missing around a quarter of the EoTs, including most potential participants in one of the global hotspots. I'll delay it until next weekend, then.
Turalisj (Gaul Republic)
razovor (Lunar Empire)
Imperial Psycho (New Roman Empire)
C'nor (T.E.L.E.P.A.T.H.) Second Turn Warning
Imperial Psycho and razovor are already covered, but if you sent in an EoT and are on this list, please resend it, because I didn't receive it. Thank you.

Damn Genre Savvy NPCs....
Yep. Wait another turn, and they'll start trickling in.

I tried to send a PM for the former, but your inbox is full. You can just say that you're expecting aid and to invest it in "such and such" a thing, though. Regarding the latter, I'm afraid I don't know. You'll need to ask the UON as a whole. UHI is a member and has voiced their opinion, but I don't know if a consensus has been reached by the other players.
