The main house no longer safe, the Count changed domiciles during the night. Where he was, few but servants knew, and one was arriving right now. News in town, that another killing had occured. Something mysterious was happening, but he would get to the root of the Daichi problem. More reports incoming.
A few suspicious names; few stood out. Public outcry pointing toward two people: the first, Chaos. The second, the Accuser, Lex-kat. Pondering, there's a knnock on the door, a command of Enter, and another missive. Bladescape has been called out as well.
The Count sat back in his chair, thinking. A quick decision was often a poor one, but until further information was turned up, there was little to sway him, toward anyone as the single culprit... or as last night's intruder - Daichi - for that matter.

Don't see how you would have reason to trust 'someone' after they only have one night to scry by traits. Even if they did know what the traits say about a person why would they come forward to a random person they know nothing about?
or is there an anonymous message system we forgot about in this game? even then there is no reason to trust a message such as that after only one night.
now if either of you want to say that you are a matcher and found zero similarities with you and the one you call wolf that could be usable information
otherwise we can not hold you responsible should your claim of information be wrong and that would be no better than a random lynch

Well yes, I thought that would be obvious. I'm not going to spam random info from an unreliable source. Town matcher power here, 0 matches with Lex. So she's neutral, mysterious or wolf.

It was mostly a response to Vesth, as he seems to be the one bringing a third party into this, but the narrator could be this person. . . and we now get your little joke.
But with the mysterious more than likely still living and having not killed, it probably disguised someone. So we should be meticulous in choosing a lynch subject, anyone have information on the suspects or those that claim them to be evil? this is asking the suspects to give all information they are willing to share.

I personally doubt they'd try and do that, there's just way too many better uses for their night power then to disguise lex as not town. Expecially since either Lex is unkown to them (so could very well be evil/neutral) or a mysterius, so it'd have been better to disguise her as town, I think.
Lex-kat, for the test.

Right, the mysterious would disguise itself before messing with other people.
And with Matthias not side stepping a claim he can be killed if he is wrong.
So Lex-Kat.

I feel like we should coordinate what traits people have identified so that we can figure out which are which, any objections?
I'd check with Rune first. To say what you've identified at this stage basically amounts to a sub-role claim so I'm not sure we'd be allowed to do it en masse.
Rune, what do you say?

Yeah, this counts as a mass claim.
Also, I've come to realise matchers are kind of OPd.
I'll nerf them so that if the get 0 results or 1 result it will come up with 0-1 instead of the actual number. (Otherwise they're almost seers especially if it's a mason/villager.)

And it says nothing about secret roles in the rules.
Explain.
Oh, and a quick note: Secrecy helps the wolfs. Town benefits from honesty and transparency. And role claims that can be countered.

Breathing heavily, a messenger breaks in. "Sir, urgent news! They plead innocent, they do. New reports, and an approaching deadline. Its suggested you read them now." He pushes some papers across the table.
The Count reads, expression darkening. Bladescape? "Corrupted? Is that a code name? Pray tell, you've heard this before?" A look of dismay as the servant responds promptly. "The name has never pased my ears. To tell the truth, I'm slightly suspicious."
"Hmm, interesting... Well. Here, run this missive to town. Quickly!" A rash change of decision. Or was it? Still too little to go on, but twas a strange turn of events. Why claim so strangely? There was something going on here, an he would get to the bottom of it. If it was the last thing he did.
All that was left was o pray he made it in time...
