This is ya'll ooc. If someone could post a table with everyone's characters I'll give you a cookie. Rolls will be made here, the results can then be described in the INC.

I kinda want to wait for everyone to roll call so I don't start the game when we have people missing. Especially since I only have another day and a half before I will be unable to post. You guys can work out any intercharacter relations while we wait to get started.

Very true. Could start the IC thread with a RP only prologue. Maybe a communal dinner. Gives us a chance to get into character, roll cal of sorts, interact with each other, and it can go on for days while you are away.
All sounding good- all I want to know for RP is whether we all know each other well or whether, as this might be a big tribe, we've just heard a little and thus introductions would be necessary and handy.
Oncoming Storm is a compact and powerfully built young man, bearing the arrows of the Drecksharn on his arms as well as tattoos of blue-colored scales on his cheeks. He wears his hair in a group of braids decorated with beads and the occasional bone. He's never seen without the special totem spear that was granted to him by his father when he came of age.
Personality
Spoiler
Fierce, serious and noble-hearted are the best ways to describe Oncoming Storm. Being the son of Stonebreaker, he's known all his life what a burden it is to guide and guard the entire tribe, and he feels he has a lot to live up to. He rarely smiles and doesn't seem to understand the concept of fun, preferring to bury himself in work when he has downtime. He strives to always be fair and wise in his decisions, and to never let anger or petty feelings guide his actions. In battle, Oncoming Storm is utterly fearless, charging ahead on his horse Lightning with spear leveled for attack.
Character Traits
Spoiler
When Oncoming Storm was born, a dragon as blue as the sky winged over the camp, lightning flashing from its maw as it passed. The shamans viewed this as an omen, but weren't sure whether it was good or bad. Nevertheless, Oncoming Storm became fascinated with the storm dragon, as it had come to be called, tattooing blue scales on his face to emulate it and joining the warrior brotherhood known as the Lodge of the Dragon.
Character Flaws
Spoiler
Oncoming Storm's serious demeanor can make it hard for him to relate to others. He's the kind of person who'll complain that a celebratory feast is a waste of food that the tribe may need in lean times. He also tends to blame himself for injuries or deaths in the tribe, even though he's not Chieftain yet, as he believes if he can't guide and protect the tribe now, how will being Chieftain make him any better at it? A lot of this stems from the guilt he feels about the hunting accident that caused his younger brother, Sun Serpent, to become crippled.
Friends/Contacts
Spoiler
Stonebreaker: Oncoming Storm's father and the Chieftain of the Dreckars. He has managed to tame a great Dire Wolf which he rides into battle. He wields a massive hammer and wades into combat wearing a hide shirt he crafted himself. It is decorated with trophies from notable beasts he's killed during his time leading this tribe. He usually decides on which way the Tribe will migrate. He's getting old though, and entrusts Oncoming Storm and his friends in a lot of important tasks.
Cloud Singer: A plump young woman of the Drecknal that Oncoming Storm has become fond of in recent years. Despite her soft and kindly features, she knows her way around armor and weapons, fashioning them for the tribe, including the totem spear Oncoming Storm wields. Cloud Singer feels attracted to Oncoming Storm too, but is somewhat frustrated at his refusal to take their relationship beyond close friendship. Oncoming Storm's concern is that as the future Chieftain he has to marry for the good of the tribe, and not his own happiness.
Rivals/Enemies
Spoiler
Far Foot: An eager young Drecksharn who has always resented Oncoming Storm's close relationship with Cloud Singer. He feels that he can't compete with the Chieftain's son, and so he stews silently, hoping one day that Oncoming Storm will leave on a long journey or something and he can try to woo Cloud Singer (He wouldn't actually try to hurt Oncoming Storm, he's not that mean-spirited, just a jealous and somewhat horny teenager. If he just asked Oncoming Storm to step aside, he would do so, but Far Foot assumes that Oncoming Storm thinks he's entitled to Cloud Singer by virtue of being the Chieftain's son).
Sun Serpent: Oncoming Storm's younger brother, who was injured while hunting with their father when they were young. Now lame, Sun Serpent cannot become a Drecksharn and blames Oncoming Storm for it. He currently schemes to find some way to remove his brother, and gain both vengeance and the leadership of the tribe.
Oncoming Storm will use Bolded Navy

More clarification on the setting: So you know, there are no tables or chairs, nor any kind of silverware. Heck, the tribe just uses flat peices of shale as 'plate' analogs, and large leaves and chunks of moss replace napkins and towels. most tribe meembers sit cross legged on the ground in semi cirlces around small fires, some members craft their own mat out of reeds to sit on. The huts are mostly in the style of native american tepees. Any other questions about the tribe's culture, please ask. Also I need to make a list of all named NPCs so far, so I can get skeleton stat blocks for them.
I'll post an INC thing replying to each of your things sometime before I leave for Florida.

Hey guys, I'm back from my family trip in Florida! So, I'm gonna try and get an INC post made for you guys in a bit. It'll be a nice drawn out speech from the Chieftain and maybe some actions from other NPCs. I'll need to stat them out a bit too so I'll get right on that.

So, everybody, I was thinking of taking Allied Cohort when I reach the far distant level 4. I won't be able to reach the Charisma requirement by then, and I was hoping I might be able to pardon this by way of explaining why Eyes of Milk gains such a cohort. Not to mention, Leadership lacks such a requirement, and is significantly stronger, since it grants a better cohort, and a multitude of followers at higher levels. Anyway, I was thinking that Buried Alive might eventually discover a talent in magic while Eyes is gone, specifically, gain a level in Warlock, and decide to follow Eyes when he returns. This does all presume we aren't going to be getting back to the tribe for a while, and that Buried survives that time.
Thank you for consideration, and I hope that this exception may be made.
