The swirling mist (that is now black mist) is in what I've been calling the catacombs chapel. Let's say that the big mist is the one at square J15 or so. I think you all have backed off into the passageway that leads to the sarcophagi.

Just throwing out a couple ideas: Does it look like there's an altar anywhere in the catacombs chapel? That could be the site that needs cleansing. Or, perhaps the chamber the ghouls came out of (which, granted, we haven't explored yet) could contain the remains of all those sacrifices.
There's no signs of an altar; any furniture and such looks like they were removed long ago. Unless someone decides to do something else, I'll update this evening.

The only other thought I have is to perform a cleansing ritual on the mist itself: if it's composed entirely of the souls of the dead, perhaps they could be exorcised somehow.

Huh, wow that thing's big. 4x4, right? At least that means that if we withdraw down the corridor, it shouldn't be able to follow us unless it's got a better-than-normal squeezing ability. Practically speaking, if we're in column A or further left, it can't hit us with any power with less than 6 range, so we'd probably be safe from melee.
I'm probably going to burn a daily and one of my burst-size enhancers, get a zone for us to fight in. I'm debating whether to use Sun's Illumination, which would give constant combat advantage as long as it's within the zone, or Howling Hurricane, which would let me slide creatures in the zone 2 at the start of each of their turns. Sliding it would make it harder for it to get down the tunnel, too. I think burning Arcane Empowerment, action pointing, and dropping Sun's Illumination at I9-M13 and... some other burst power that hits a vulnerability if I can is my best bet.
Fakeedit: Oh, the IC post is up. Can't hit the hard DCs with Dungeoneering or Religion, so I'll go Arcana for Dungeoneering.
Arcana - (1d20+14)[22] Religion - (1d20+9)[22]
Realedit: Oh, I'm gonna hold off on posting IC a bit to see if I get any "no, don't do that!"s from anyone about my proposed course of actions.

Well, so much for my little excursion there. Does anyone have a way to slap a Fortitude penalty (or a penalty to all defenses even) on this thing? I'd like to hit it with Far Realm Glimpse but it does nothing on a miss and targets a routinely high defense.
Has anyone got a Dungeoneering modifier worth a left shoe? I'd like to know the info in that difficult spoiler; might be hints about this thing's defenses and weaknesses in there.

Thanks to Arokh for all the wonderful avatars! May his computer never crash and his mouse arm never cramp!
Mine is pathetic, which is odd for a Far Realm guy, but then again maybe if he understood these things better he wouldn't have made the pact in the first place.
Arcana's already a +18 so I won't bother with that, but I'll go ahead and roll the Religion just for the heck of it.
EDIT: Do I have the powers I spent in the Last Sight Vision back yet? Also, did the damage I took there stick?
The damage is real and the Encounter powers are still expended.

I have no idea what to do here. Put some space between us with a Phantom Bolt?
Kill it with fire. It's the only way to be sure.

If you move it too much, it'll get pushed out of the CA-granting zone. I could've slid it 2 but didn't because it would've put it outside the zone.
Also, it's taking 5 cold damage at the start of its turn from my Primordial Storm, so granting it cold vulnerability would boost that up. No matter whether Jarl hit it or not, it'll be on that side of those pillars for the time being, so you should probably hold off on things that would immobilize it for this turn. Damage is probably the way to go.
I don't know if that 27 hit vs. Will--really wishing my AP ability didn't add that radiant keyword right now--but if it did, and hopefully 36 vs. Fort is a hit (if it's not we're in trouble), that will trigger both the rider on Far Realm Glimpse and Jarl's mark, and it's dazed twice over. That may buy us a bit more time.
I've updated the map for Riley's turn. Not sure why you all can't move stuff around. I'll need to double check the sharing settings.
By the way, Sun's Illumination and Far Realm Phantasm missed. The other attacks hit.
Reverent-One
He's going to make a saving throw vs Immobilized at the start of his turn; do you want to teleport 5 squares to be adjacent to him as per the power?

Got my D&D game tonight (we just escaped a brief zombie apocalypse by fleeing to the Feywild); I might be able to update tonight. Tomorrow morning by the latest.
Can someone help me out and figure out what everyone's defenses are now for the Mantle of Unity power? Thanks.

I don't believe there's any bonuses that aren't accounted for there. I used the last stats posted in this thread where there was one, or the ones on the character sheets for those people who aren't in the habit of posting their current vital statistics for view.
At this point, everyone should be within the aura.
