Oh, hey you! I forgot to tell people you were going to be away for a few weeks.
Here are links to the lasttwo end of turn reports. Also, something that wasn't mentioned in those is the fact that a new Provisional City Council was formed at a meeting run by the EBSA.
Relevant to you is the fact that the Heladuit Court straight-up invaded Dappled Court while you were trying to expand your business into it.
Also relevant: I've spent the weekend moving into a new apartment in preparation for starting an internship tomorrow, so I haven't touched EoTs yet. If you get caught up fast, you could probably submit an EoT--if not, I'll use the general one you sent me back when you told me you were going away for a while.
EDIT: Speaking of the Council, the voting in the thread was tied at 2-2, with one abstain, but by their EoT the EBSA is going with the

how are EOTs coming? anxious to see how things went.
I'm a little less than halfway through them. Things are proceeding more slowly than I had thought they would; my job is giving me a lot less free time than I had expected.
In the perfect storm of EoT delaying bull****, my computer has died. I have no idea what's wrong with it other than that it won't stay powered on for more than twenty seconds. I was hoping to tell you all that I'd have them done tomorrow: instead, the future is bleak and uncertain.
This is actually good for me since I won't be back till Monday. I hope your computer gets better.

So apparently the guy I had looking at my computer is a wizard or something. He took it apart, told me that the motherboard was shot, put it back together and it started working. Neither I nor him have any idea why, but I'm willing to live with the mystery.
I should be able to get EoTs back to people either tomorrow or Monday, barring further computer issues (which are entirely possible, given that this miracle fix seems too good to be true). Thank you all for your patience.
So many plots and amazingly enough, I appear to have enough stats for all of them.
I think I've missed 2-3 messages, but I'll simply post them later.
Edit: I knew that conflict would come up in the talks. This won't end well .

i expected a long fight consisting of many turns, but i figured i could eventually win since if need be i could always hire new troops to go out and fight and win simply through attrition. that and i had expected some hired mercs to be out there supporting me.
also, on a related note:zemalac, you never had the city of bells respond to me in my EOT.
