@Jack_Simth: Does the restriction on choosing things from only one setting include magic items?

Ouch. No wilding clasps for a shifter druid then... (since I'm also taking Mooncaller)
Btw, can I get a ruling regarding the gaining of extra Shifter traits from the Beast Spirit ACF and the Mooncaller PrC?
Do they stack and I can get up to 4 shifter traits or don't they stack?

Mooncaller (Races of Eberron p.143)
Beast Spirit ACF (Races of Eberron p.127)
edit: Just found out that Wilding Clasps are included in the MIC. That relieves me of a potential headache.

Beast Spirit grants me one additional shifter trait (so with the Extra Shifter Trait feat, that's three shifter traits).
Mooncaller also has an ability that has the same wording.
Would it be okay to have both stack (to a maximum of four shifter traits with the Extra Shifter Trait feat)?
Per the Extra Shifter feat, I only gain the ability boost once (for my primary shifter trait).

Hmm, looks like you're seeing people's op as high... after I make mine can I expect an up or down estimate so that I'm not out on account of power or lack thereof?
I'll try and restrain myself. I mean, I am playing a full wizard, but currently, he looks like a focused Diviner Master Specialist with banned Transmutation, Necromancy and Evocation. I would ban Conjuration, but I need Planeshift.
“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse,” I said, sounding calm, probably inaudible in the midst of the screaming. “Inevitable. Wasn’t that how she put it? I told them. Warned them.”
-Taylor Hebert. Yes, I'm a proud Skittle.

Unless it's a specific PrC requirement or some such, Shadow Walk + Darkness makes a reasonably usable substitute (I tend to take it on Sorcerers - long distance travel + planar travel for a 6th and 2nd, rather than a 7th and 5th).

I plan on the standard sheet list bit. Or maybe I'll do something really silly and grab the two people with the lowest offence, the two people with the lowest magical defence, and the two people with the lowest mundane defence.... haven't really decided, yet. Haven't seen a single sheet to date, either.

True, didn't think of that. I forgot the Plane of Shadows allowed travel anywhere. And I just want to have Planeshift, this character needs it to make sense.

Not quite anywhere, but yeah - you'll need to not ban Conjouration, then.

Also, I forgot my item request: Knowstones, from Dragon Magazine 333. And that should be it.
I spoke too soon. Also:
Battledance [Epic] feat (Dragon #297, p. 28): Prereqs: Dex 21+, Cha 21+, Perform 30+. Benefit: Whenever you are in melee combat, you gain an insight bonus to your Armor Class, attack rolls, and Reflex saving throws equal to your Charisma bonus.
Gauntlets of Heartfelt Blows (Dragon #314): The wearer's melee attacks cause extra points of fire damage equal to his Charisma bonus (minimum of +0. This bonus damage also applies to touch attacks. The fire does not deal damage to the wearer or anything the wearer carries..... Faint transmutation; CL 5th; Craft Wondrous Item, burning hands; Price 12,000 gp; Weight 1 lb.

I've wanted to use this Druid variant for a long time. Any problems with it? Character will be a Druid (UA) 30//Scout 20/Dragon Devotee 5/Unseen Seer 5.
By taking the Epic Druid levels I'm assuming that it would continue progressing the alternate class features, i.e. look at the Epic Monk for the speed and AC bonus, the Epic Ranger for the Favored Enemy progression.

Well, it is an insane amount of work for the DM. The way these things go, you often need to read 1-3 homebrew classes per player, find any way of even remotely guessing their power level, provide some kind of challenge for them, which is insanely hard even in normal epic, find a world that someone with such an insane power level can meaningfully interact with, and then watch the game burn out and die in a week.
This^
I do see you've found a DM though, so I wish you the best of luck! I'm trying to get a level 14 gestalt going with the idea of leveling to epic in a reasonable amount of time.
I hope your game actually starts, and actually lasts. Much of that will be based on not just how uber your character is, but on how fleshed out they are as imaginary people, and how much detail and richness your DM can bring to the setting and story. Again, good luck!
Sigil can work for that, and pretty much be geared to any level of play. Level 30, but want to fight crime? Take on a mob family run by, I dunno, fire giants, you have the space and the setting where that can happen. Explore the planes? City of doors, get paid to discover campaign settings. Fight evil? Plenty to go around.
30 level gestalt... so silly, and yet, irresistible.
Mind counting all of 3rd party Dreamscarred Press's psionics stuff as being 'same world'? Mostly thinking of using the Phenotype Impressionist alongside Factotum, or maybe Chameleon- fluffed as a dreamer that makes his dreams real. That lets him use skills his dream-selves possess, or summon in other-selves as reinforcements.
I mostly see playing him as being annoyingly zen and unflappable. Half-troll hald-dragon lycanthropic dire snails? Gelatinous cubes with psionic potential? Whatever. He's seen it all before. In dreams...

I've run into issues with this before, so I'd like to ask what your ruling on taking PrCs after 20 is. Thinking Kinton will end up wizard/loremaster or archmage (goal is overall versatility, not sheer power)/elemental savant on one side if I am allowed to go with a second PrC, and factotum on the other side.
There's not much in the way of prestige classes for Diviners, it seems. Tentative build is Focused Diviner 3/Master Diviner 4/Divine Oracle 10/Loremaster 13//Factotum 10/Scout 20. Trying to pick up as many senses as I can.

Nope.

Third party material is effectively homebrew in my book. So no.

If you're non-good, you might consider a one-level dip in Mindbender for the Telepathy-100, which then qualifies you for Mindsight (Lords of Madness). And don't forget a Persistent Arcane Sight (or maybe permenant, or maybe a Persistent Greater Arcane Sight). Oh, also Dragonsight (spell Compendium), and Greater Blindsight (also Spell Compendium).

Fitting yet another prestige class in there felt definitely cheesy, but I was thinking about Mindbender, yes. Mindsight is a great thing. It would mean dropping hte epic bonus feat from Loremaster, though.
Edit: would I lose points for terrible puns? I was thinking that, as a proper gentleman, my character should get a portable hole, filling it with Port Wine and calling it a "port hole".

A portable port hole with port wine? Just make sure he gets it at a shipyard.

Still a work in progress, but here's Kinton. Backstory will be coming after I finish the stats, and I think I did the skill points right. Stats are after using all six +5 tomes and manuals.
Mechanics for Graal are coming along well, though I still need to type out background. Answers to my requests would help me finish the mechanics though:

Wiskejak is proceeding nicely. Now I have to add the feats, equipment, spells and maneuvers.
