Avatar alteration help? Please? Anyone?

So as you can see to my left, I already have an image for my character, but I need to make some changes and my Photoshop skills are nonexistent.

Can anyone help?

What I need is her arms fixed (they don't look like they match the rest of her, weirdly dark and inhuman, and I think there's some kind of weapon covering her left hand)

If anyone can help, please let me know.

My apologies for the apparent lack of posting on this thread.

You're not asking for something ridiculous, but it may take a while to get an actual response. This forum does tend to focus on the OOTS style of artistry.

I would personally recommend that you look around the site for someone who appears to do photoshop work like this, and send them a PM. That's about the best I can give you, I'm afraid.
