Oh, so temping to just use it now, but i get the feeling it's not for the leaf-nin's eyes. You never know though. It'll dissipate in 24 hours, it will require my chakra to activate it, it has a performance time of an attack action or less and is rank 4 or lower... Unless Kaede can bend the rules, of course. Some sort of message? A genjutsu? Kaede will be halfway back to Konoha at this point - does he really intend for us to leave him and just finish the mission? Hmm... damn. Maybe I should flip a coin?

Oh wait, I know what it could be, it's - no wait, you can't do it with Chakra Control. Hm. Did Kaede get his hands free? If not, maybe it wasn't him, but then why would Bea do such a thing or even know I had a wild card? She could be getting a message to her team.. the only way for it to be Kaede is if he had an opportunity to escape but allowed himself to be caught anyway, since he would be able to cover his tracks an escape quite easily if he had enough freedom to use my wildcard. He's one of maybe 4 people in the world that know I own one.

I have a lecture on Waves now, so I'll be back in two hours. Maybe by then I'll have figured it out. I'll probably use my Sleep technique at some point though...

The Wild Card says it stores the 'knowledge' of a technique which is why I have to pay the chakra cost - it doesn't have power in itself, merely knowledge and preset variables. Does that mean I'll at least know what the technique is AS I perform it?

If Mako and Koji split up to search is Jun standing by Amon then? If we split up with individual Leaf genin I think Houshi should go with Koji. I think he's better suited to dealing with an Uchiha than Yousuke is.

I edited this plan by Amon out of my IC post since I realised it may constitute OOC knowledge. It makes her look evil, but breaking character is a bigger concern of mine.

They might be willing to help us.. I'll trick them into helping us charge the Garou if I can. As bloodline users, they'll be focussed upon, leaving them to do a lot of the fighting. When they're worn out, subdue all three and take the dojutsu users back to Soragakure, leaving the last to tell the tale. We'll use them as a hostage exchange - bloodline users and loyal genin, if nothing else at least their sensei will pay well

I'll take whoever has the lowest hide check. No, better, i'll have Amon stay behind or sneak off, and use her wild card. Either way that descrption of the scene sounds accurate. Seriously, fill Amon in, somebody, she's suffering short term amnesia.

Speaking of, taking all bets, what do you think is in my Wild Card? It's a technique I can automatically use without knowledge of, it will discharge when I perform it or 24 hours pass, and has a performance time of an attack action or less, and is a ninjutsu or genjutsu of rank 4 or lower. Oh, and only Amon can use the Wild Card, though anyone can charge it. Hmm...

GOD DAMN, I just realised I forgot something! Kaede's Genjutsu Counter-Training! I should have used my Genjutsu Kai reflexively like he taught me to. God, I'm stupid.. I may have buggered everything up because I forgot that one piece of information. I'm so sorry, Momo, Amon's an idiot who can't even remember her one reflexive action when she needs it most and now your family is paying for it! Of course, I know that's not really the case, but Amon has the biggest guilt complex in the team

Sigh... I wake up, check the IC, and Houshi has found some way to make my life a living hell. If Houshi hits near-death from this fight, Amon isn't healing him, I swear - this HAS to be the point where a real ninja team would consider dumping his ass, if we were just a little more brutal. The plan was to trick and distract them - to pick them off one by one if indeed we agreed to take them captive, while also completing our mission here in an incredly timely manner - assuming they didn't find Kaede. If we fight them, we won't be able to adequetely search for Kaede in any capacity, and he could still be in these woods. Maybe I can still talk our way out of this one...
