Come guys, its been three days and I know for a fact that I not the only one who was suffering serious withdrawal. So, the best way of satisfying the craving for Giantitp is a new PF/3.5 game. So, I'm not set on anything in specific, I just wanna play. Good roleplay would be awesome though.
So, what I need is a GM/DM and some fellow addicts to get this thing going.
THEChanger is the DM. Here is what was posted.

And you've heard rumors about strange things falling from the sky all over the world. Meteors, some have called them.
Of course, such rumors are a bit beyond your sphere of interest. Lord Gallow seldom calls upon the citizens of Greengrass, and if he wishes to see you, it means there is something the knights of the Gallow province cannot handle.
Perhaps the neighboring province of Emarston has been troubling folks again. Greengrass has always been contested territory, since the two provinces had been founded by feuding twins. The knights of Gallow can't make any move against Emarston on their own, as it would reignite the age old conflict.
But, you'll find out the reason Lord Gallow called you here soon enough, as the group of you is welcomed into his study...
The characters would be natives of the province of Gallow, in your standard fantasy world. Elves, Orcs, Wizards of immense power, the whole shebang. You've been summoned to the town of Greengrass to undertake some work for your local lord, which is something unusual in and of itself. Usually, the captain of Gallow's order of knights, Sir Gemry, would handle anything of great importance. Eventually, the party will find the roots of a cosmic disturbance of world-shattering importance. After all, when the sky begins to glow, and devils walk the earth once more, then man shall turn on man, and the Silver Hellstar shall curse the sky once more.
The system would be D&D 3.5. We would start at 3rd level, and if all goes according to plan...end at level 30.
Ambitious, I know, but I'm nothing if not ambitious.
There would be one caveat, however. For reasons connected to the campaign, Divine Casters would be a bad idea to play. I don't want to give everything away, but it's a really bad idea. You would not be happy.
2. What 'type' or variant of game will it be (i.e. "Shadow Chasers" or "Agents of Psi" for d20 Modern)? What is the setting for the game (eg. historic period, published or homebrewed campaign setting, alternate reality, modern world, etc.)? D&D 3.5
3. How many Players are you looking for? Will you be taking alternates, and if so, how many? Let's go with six for now.
4. What's the gaming medium (OOTS, chat, e-mail etc.)? These here forums.
5. What is the characters' starting status (i.e. experience level)? 3rd level.
6. How much gold or other starting funds will the characters begin with? Wealth by Level
7. Are there any particular character classes, professions, orders, etc. that you want... or do not want? What are your rules on 'prestige' and/or homebrewed classes? As stated above, Divine Casters will not be happy. Other than that, just let me know what you're using. Homebrew will be approved on a case by case basis.
8. What races, subraces, species, etc. are allowed for your game? Will you allow homebrewed races or species? 'Prestige' races or species? See above. LA buy-off is not allowed, and no race used should be more than LA +1. If you have a really, really, REALLY good reason why you should be able to use a higher LA, I might consider it.
9. By what method should Players generate their attributes/ability scores and Hit Points? Roll two sets of 5d6b3, seven times. Drop the lowest, take what set you want.
10. Does your game use alignment? What are your restrictions, if so?Don't be stupid about it. Be able to work together. That's all.
11. Do you allow multi-classing, or have any particular rules in regards to it? Multi-class penalty? What madness do you speak of?
12. Will you be doing all of the die rolling during the course of the game? Will die rolls be altered, or left to the honor system? If players can make die rolls, which ones do they make, how should they make the rolls, and how should they report them? You make your rolls, I'll make mine. Some will be secret, some won't.
13. Are there any homebrewed or optional/variant rules that your Players should know about? If so, list and explain them, or provide relevant links to learn about these new rules. No other rules, though I am open to suggestions.
14. Is a character background required? If so, how big? Are you looking for anything in particular (i.e. the backgrounds all ending up with the characters in the same city)? I believe there is a skirt analogy floating about the boards somewhere...
15. Does your game involve a lot of hack & slash, puzzle solving, roleplaying, or a combination of the above? Mostly Roleplay and Hack&Slash, with the possibility of puzzles.
16. Are your Players restricted to particular rulebooks and supplements, or will you be allowing access to non-standard material? What sources can Players use for their characters? Like I said, Divine isn't going to be happy. But you can use anything you run by me first.

I mean epic roleplay, as in roleplay so awesome, so brilliant that you'll start foaming from the mouth when you read it. Well, it doesn't have to be that good, but you get the point. Quality is what I am looking for

No news is good news.
What a coincidence, I've always wanted to play a character from lvl three into epic levels, but I don't know the epic rules very well. I guess that is quite a bit away though.
I'll roll my rolls when I get my actual laptop.( On Ipad right now.)
This game is fine by me, but we shall see what others think of it.

*eye twitches* Can't. Resist. The Heallstar. X.x Been a while since I thought about the hellstar, and its certainly a campaign I'd like to be involved in. I very often enjoy the role of healer, but the divine role being sad panda time makes that a bit hard without delving into homebrew. Psionics can do it, burly wizards can do a limited bit of healing with the one necromancy spell, and an incarnate could with the right soulmeld, but thats all focused elsewhere.
As such, I'd be interested in the Worldthought Medic, a 3rd party class that I quite enjoy. Power list is core save for one or two specifics with an ability or two thrown in to share healing and form the party into a psychic network.
[Side note, dreamscarred press released a pathfinder version, the Vitalist, almost exactly the same, but pathfinderized.]
For a more arcane bent if psionics aren't your bag, I might also be interested in a White Mage, but I'd rather play the medic.
But, I was about to start my character and was thinking archer. They're just the easiest for me to play. But, if you want I can find something else to play

So, a psychic who heals other people by forming temporary hive-minds and manipulating their respective life force?
THAT'S BLOODY AWESOME!
Consider it approved.
Since you are evidently familiar with the Hellstar, Tacitus, I am going to ask you not to spoil anything. I trust I can count on your assistance in this matter.

This seems intriguing. Enough so that I'm posting for the first time since January. If accepted, I would like to roll up a Binder (pending approval, of course).
Going with the second set. Really good justification is needed for LA+2 huh? I'd like to play a Karsite, but have no justification at this time other than "I want to". Assume human for now, and I'll let you know if it ends up being different.
"The name's Karid, Karid Rhytrilira. Sir Karid technically but please, I've done nothing to earn that title except being born. And yes, that last bit's Elven, it's back in the family line somewhere, sometimes gets me a free drink too but that's about it. You've probably heard of my father. Aelaval, a knight of the royal order. My brother has followed him, but me? I'm not the gung-ho 'For honour and justice!' type. I just like my books and I like exploring. So I started hiring myself out as a guide, since I travel around a lot and I've built up a pretty big wealth of knowledge it's worked out pretty well so far. Now, am I hired or not?"
Yeah, I tried to write up a character intro there.

I like my Binders, so that's a go-ahead. I may be working with you regarding some oddities with the process as the campaign goes on however.
Karsite is a bit iffy. They are basically human, just with super-powered blood...
I will give it some thought. In the meantime, be thinking about what it means to be a Karsite, and what one is doing living in Greengrass.

Alright! So! This is cool, because Doug here did something I really like.
With the inclusion of other characters, he helps me define the world better. I'm building this around those who are applying, and filling in the gaps as I need to. So, the more information you can give me about who your characters are, and their relationship to the world around them, the better.
In Stivan's case, if he is selected, Geron and Lowdun are likely to appear in some capacity. There is also a Bronze Dragon out there who Stivan is familiar with.
That said, his background leaves a little bit to be desired. Here are some questions that might help while thinking about things.
-Has your character always lived in/around Greengrass? If not, where were they born, and why did they move here?
-What does the character do for the community? Are they farmers, hedge mages, smiths?
-What family does your character have? What relationship do they have with that family?
-Does your character have allies? Enemies? Outstanding debt?
-Does your character have a secret they can't tell the rest of the party?
Certainly your background doesn't have to cover all those points. I'm looking for a couple paragraphs at the least, a page at the most.

Count me intrested, probably as a melee class of some sort. It's been too long since I've tried one of these, and I have way too much free time. So, rolls.
Is it too late to post interest? I'd love the chance for a good game with a decent roleplaying component.
I was initially thinking rogue, because I've been wanting to play one for ages, but I wouldn't want to step on the factotum's toes... I do have a beguiler I created for another game that died - if I tweak her to fit this campaign, would that be allowed?

Fair enough. Can I have a bit more information on Greengrass? Is it part of an established campaign setting, or is it something of yours?
