got a ps1 memory card so I'm playing final fantasy 7 and up over again. Had found PAL copies of 4 and 5 (in an anthology) and 6 too, though if I were to get them it would be over 100 quid, so I feel it would be best not to, for the moment.
Wait...what anthology has IV and V grouped together? Only PS1 groups I know of are I/II, V/VI, and IV/Chrono Trigger.

it's a European only release by the name of final fantasy anthology. http://amzn.to/N0whAc
the one amazon itself has in stock is 150 quid as you can see. :P in the new and used section you really have to be careful to pick the ones that say it is PAL, because unless you're playstation(2) is chipped you'd not be able to play it.
Final Fantasy Anthology is V/VI, not IV/V. It even says so in the item description. :P
The reviewers are stupid. Don't listen to them. (Well, about which games are in this.)
It's still totally worth it to get, but maybe not for that much. Also, if you can, try to dig up Final Fantasy Chronicles, which is a similar 2-pack, but with IV and Chrono Trigger.

In the EU it's IV and V, and if you looked at the pictures of the case that is the case as well. if you don't believe me about it being EU let me show you the wikipedia entry. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...sy_video_games
Final Fantasy IV: Included in the Final Fantasy Collection (1999, PlayStation) and Final Fantasy Chronicles (2001, PlayStation) compilations, and the European release of the Final Fantasy Anthology (2002, PlayStation) compilation, as well as the Finest Fantasy For Advance collection (2005, Game Boy Advance)
For extra clarification
Final Fantasy VI: Included in the Final Fantasy Collection (1999, PlayStation) and the North American release of the Final Fantasy Anthology (2002, PlayStation) compilations, as well as the Finest Fantasy for Advance collection (2006, Game Boy Advance
How odd. It's the same compilation, but the second game is different depending on where you're from. I can't say I've heard of any other games in a similar situation, which is why I thought there was a mistake.
That's also one reason why I wish I lived in Europe. IV is easily better than VI.

with the experience we got, do we now have the 5 needed to level? Or had you decided that we were going to level differently, I really can't recall. Garun is excited to find a gear even if it is one that is damaged, I hope the yak won't mind being a pack mule until we get back to the wagon :P
