In Avocado's defense, Cnor, you can't take all the names of Fae, Elves, Sylvans, pixies, things that go bump in the night, and half elves for One creature. Perhaps you could lose the name, "Elves," from that collection?

Pixies are separate, yes. Sylvans I think would be more like dryads? I haven't taken all of the names, just all the ones that seem to fit the mythological types I'm drawing on for them.
And I could lose the name Elves, I suppose, but the fact still remains that that's basically what they are...

I'd been meaning to ask AA, are the Elfiens like elves?

I would be very grateful if you would loose the name "Elves"
Perhaps instead we could play out some sort of relationship between Fae elves and my elves, making my elves "wood elfs" (they are more like wood elves, really). If I understand correctly, Fae are people who are changed when they go to some plane? Maybe my elves have some sort of contact with that plane, but stay on the material, and have some sort of a different elvish transformation.
Sure, I can drop the name elves. I just wasn't sure if there would be any point, if the concepts were basically the same. Though yours sound dissimilar enough that that won't be a problem.
And you're thinking of Changelings. Fae are native to Netheli, and, other than the fact that the weird messed up timeflow means that people from several different generations can all end up being the same actual age, and similar things, reproduce perfectly normally, unlike said Changelings, who are usually sterile as a result of the physical changes they undergo.

@HT, sorry, if I had more AP I would've made ice beasts.
Didn't even have enough AP to make a government, but heck, that gives me time to write of how the leader of said government got there! Huzzah!
EDIT: Note to all - Not -all- of the people on Ysolde can Fireweave. Just most of them. There are still people there who can't, but because a lot of them can, they are all called the Fireweavers. Hmm, perhaps a plot twist one day of a rebellion among the non-fireweavers?

Is anyone else interested in playing a mortal that is part of an adventure that may lead to the defeat of the liches? So far, "The Deserter" Is behind the curtains, and calling people of different walks of life to join up and find a way to stop him. The mystery? Who is this deserter? The call? letters and voiceless agents. The mission? To stop a false god lich from dooming the western lands. Why does this deserter not show his face? What does he know? What will happen next? Join and be part of the action, part of the reveal.
If you do want a character to be part of this, PM me with a backstory (or other plots your character has been a part of), and I will expedite their journey.

Edit 3: @Elemental, wouldn't it cost more AP than 3 to compete with atheism as wigbach's curse? He has that relic.
It's complicated... It's more the fact that everyone knew that Belsheroth was their judge, not that he was a God.
In a way, they were aware of him as a cosmic force.
Being that its really hard for me to find out how many AP I have at the moment would anybody be against me just guesstimating and saying I have 20 and Dull-Coat has 4?

You really should find the last time you spent AP in this game, and calculate rollover for the number of weeks that have passed since then. I suppose I could do it for you if you really can't find it, but I have had to find my own last post spending AP multiple times, and it's a drag. In a way, searching through posts for the information you're looking for is just a part of this game.
Also, is everyone OK with the closure I gave the Kriegmensch? I know they aren't mine, but I figured with their god and player dead, that was the best closure they were likely to get.

ooh, I see. I'm sorry for causing drama. I'd kinda suspected that such was just an issue of misspeaking. Still, I'd have felt like a total jerk if I'd just assumed that and he really had died.

No problem.
Edit: new map
Spoiler
Creation of the Greensea
Razorpine has become an uninhabited barren wasteland
Hazen has been completely conquered by the Ranger invasion

....scary thought.... how would we know either way
I've toyed with the idea of informing a family member to edit my signature or something if something untimely happened to me. Ultimately I think it's probably best for the health of these forums if we don't know the fates of fellow play grounders...

I always thought if something horrible happened to me, I'd get someone somewhere to log on to my account and post a farewell message in the banter thread for me, or do it myself if I had forewarning.

Well, if something were to happen to me, the playground would probably be the least of my concerns. Sorry guys. Matt would probably say something at some point, or even get my account password from my brother and post goodbye for me. You know, this conversation is getting me all depressed now.

Let's go back to unmaking creation in the IC thread.
If you're sincerely offering Avocado, then thank you. With school and work I really don't have much time. What time I do have is in 10-15 minute bursts

@Morgash: By 1/4 of the way up, are you measuring from Hazen, or just the uninhabited part? Or from Cerune? And are we counting the uninhabited shore facing southwards? For a reference point, does it share any borders, or is it close to the brass gnome city?

I understand that, and I'm happy to help just try to keep better track of your AP next time. It's late where I am now, so I'll probably get it tomorrow.

Umm, I could do it, now... Actually, I'm going to do it, now.
EDIT:
Yohalles last spent AP on September 8th 2012, that's four rollovers ago. Yohalles ended with 2 AP, putting him at 22 AP (Unless the Domain gain on that date put you up a rank, which would mean you'd have 26 AP).
Dull-Coat, an infused false spark, last spent AP on September 26th 2012, and ended the action with 0 AP. That's two rollovers, putting him back at 4 AP. Spend at least 2 AP this week, or it all goes to hell.
So, to reiterate, Yohalles has 22AP, and Dull-Coat has 4 AP. You're very welcome, and I have too much time on my hands.

Here, I've marked it's location for you.
Spoiler
Drath will be claiming all of the unclaimed land from the eastern shore, to the border with Sarkan, down to halfway between the point marked and the Brass Gnome City. And it'll be called Torael

Many many thanks :D and yeah the last domain gain kicked him up to intermediate deity.
Also, is the DM'd thing with Sophia still looking for another member? I imagine Dull-Coat might be interested in helping, if only for his own glory.
