Naera gets Eo seated on the bike, probably in front of her, as her bike has been modified to allow her drive that way, so that she can get people out of dangerous areas while mostly shielding them with her body, and it seems like it's probably going to be safer for her to be holding onto Eo than Eo to be trying to hold onto her, and then, presumably, they set off for Vo's!

There's a second set of handholds installed for Eo to hang onto as the pair (presumably) zip off towards Vo's, Naera being a fair bit more cautious than she normally is, (though given her normal level of caution, this may not be apparent to the synth)...
