Illven didn't kill anyone, not even the complete monsters on his team.
Now I still want to suggest that one of the legendary birds (Moltres I guess) be a fan of Illven.
Well technically by now Illven has killed dozens of people. (He's already gone through Lyn's mode, and part of Hector's mode after all.)
But in all serious he has. He did kill some of team Magma's pokemon at the volcano. (The only reason I remember this, is I re-read a couple of days ago.)

It is generally assumed that the killing of bandits/criminals is not met with that much scrutiny in adventuring games, but only the Rocket grunt falls under that classification.

I don't quite recall, but they were not engaged in any form of illegal activity at the time of their being killed. And besides, when dealing with bikers, a "gang" is more like Hell's Angels than Northside/Southside.

Next update I can get a Omanyte, Aerodactyl, Koffing, Weezing, and Grimer. Names and personalities are welcome.
Omanyte: Horace, an elderly gentleman who is hard of hearing. As such, he often misconstrues what has been said to him.
Aerodactyl: Plato, a philosopher who questions the laws governing that a rocky creature such as himself is capable of flight. (as well as other laws of physics which are handily broken in these games)
Koffing/Weezing: Menthol, is thoroughly convinced that his/her gases are the next great form of medicine.
Grimer: Hanz, a kindly butler who wonders why he keeps getting complaints from his master.

Aerodactyl: Garion (male) or Marion (female) He believes he was once a dragon. Constantly mentions it to the team (Who think he's another loony) but all that changes once he learns hyperbeam or flamethrower or something else dragony. Besides thinking he's a dragon he likes long flights and makes a good noble steed for Kelk! :D
His personality is kind hearted but a tad arrogant. (Not to the point of obnoxiousness)

Omanyte: Agent 8465/The Master, an elderly secret agent working from the inside to corrupt the pokemafia. He IS hard of hearing and actually rather klutzy. the only reason he's still on the force in his old age is the fact that he is incredibly lucky to the point of craziness due to walking under a ladder while holding a black cat that smashed a mirror on his shell while spill salt. His luck went so far negative that it was infinitely positive.
Personality-wise he is friendly and suspicious of all that he meets.
He also tends to drum on his shell in a "Tap-tap-tap-tap" manner while he isn't paying attention. Or bored. Or whenever.

Metronome is a great move, until somebody uses selfdestruct. It's something like 2 moves out of what, 5-600? But I wouldn't take that chance, which sucks, because as I said, Metronome is a great move.
