She purrs quietly.
I really don't know what I'm doing, though.

Maeve giggles, going to pull her friend into her lap.

"And I do, Khair?"

She's probably got about as much experience with romance as Khair does, having ended up on the streets right around the time she would have started dating.

Maeve shrugs, and gently kisses her girlfriend's (?) ears, smiling.

She nods and purrs gently, nestling close.

Alilia will wait for her bride to finish with that before showering herself, unless Rachel's alright with sharing one---the shower itself is spacious enough.

Maeve is quite happy with this arrangement, and gently rubs her friend's back as they snuggle.

She giggles a little shakily as she's carried downstairs.

Maeve, noting the shakiness in her voice, frowns slightly as they head down.

"Something wrong?"

Just a bit nervous, 'm fine.
She smiles, standing when they reach the floor and heading to the kitchen with her.

But as wonderously awesome as most of that list sounds, Day doesn't look too enthused. While Clarissa's been listing off the console's repertoire of wonders, his normally pallid skin tone has steadily lost even more pigment, leaving him looking white as a sheet and quite frankly terrified. "Aw ****."

"Okay, we gotta go right now!" Vaulting from his chair so fast it goes spinning away and chucking the controller aside, Day grabs for Clarissa's arm, trying to pull her to her feet and towards the door. "He's really angry right now so you should be ready to get yelled at and insulted so just try to look professional and cold and probably less pretty would be good too!"
