I'm pretty sure you meant this to be an unanswerable quirky question, but I have an honest answer. I think my favorite is the one I got on my first trip to Holland, with a moving windmill and everything. I haven't reviewed my collection in ages though. Most of the later ones are like flags and shields and stuff.

There are a variety of factors that apply to this answer. Such as, what time is it where you are, do you have any medical conditions such as insomnia keeping you up, are you on a caffeine or energy buzz, and is this a trick question? Since I cannot determine any of these, I will go with my gut and my time zone and say yes, you should be asleep, like how I should be asleep as well.

I mean... "Neon Genesis Evangelion"?
Let's break this down...
"Neon" is a noble gas found in the Earth's atmosphere produced by the fusion of oxygen and helium within stars of at least three solar masses. While fifth most abundant of the chemical elements in the Universe, it's nature as a lightweight and inert gas prevented it from joining with the Earth in any great quantity, as with helium.
So, unless the use of the term "Neon" is a direct reference to neon lights (which may contain other noble gases) and the spread of capitalism, consumerism and modern technology then it makes no sense for it to be followed by the words "Genesis Evangelion", which are clearly in reference to religious matters that cannot be discussed.

Neon Genesis Evangelion is whiny and annoying, with some symbolism thrown in that you won't understand because you're trying to drown out the mommy and daddy issues of the protagonist.

Yeesh, that's a tough question. My favorite music is pretty spread out over the past half-century. One of the 60's, 70's, or 80's, certainly... the Beatles and Bob Dylan vs. Pink Floyd, Queen, and Budgie vs. Iron Maiden and the Pixies.
...Gotta give this one to the 70's, but only by a small margin over the other two.
EDIT: Oh, ten-year period, not decade. That'd be '73-'83. Pretty much everything I liked in the '70's, plus the first four Maiden albums.
