-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
To put this Chapter in context: All of you have been placed under the command of Imperial Commodore Tad Roo, who is the leader of the Strategic Assets and Inter-Galactic Exploration Department. You have been stationed aboard the Rogue Kestrel, an Ardent-class Fast Frigate.
The six of you have been together for a month. Your first mission was a simple scouting mission deep inside what is now Mandalorian held-territory. The mission was harrowing as the Rogue Kestrel was surrounded by four Mando Frigates but this ship and her crew proved admirable. Not only were you able to destroy one of the enemy frigates and heavily damaged two others but the six of you ably defended the Rogue Kestrel from an attempted boarding. The Emperor himself commended each of you for your heroism.
The Kestrel has now been ordered to the heavily defended Feldrona system to liberate a platoon's worth of POW's as well as Dr. Pfiffigtein, who is one of the leading experts in massive laser technology. He is your top priority, the POW's are - by far - secondary. Normally Feldrona would be virtually impregnable but the Sith have diverted all of their ships to the front lines. The new Alliance weapon is proving quite devastating with whole ships just disappearing. This has drastically reduced Sith reserve ships. Combine these two events and it is easy to see why the Sith have been forced to temporarily abandon some of their sectors.
Now a list of important crew members:
- Commander Ralen Zarn, Acting Captain of the Kestrel
- Imperial Knight Apprentice Bail Gann, assigned to Knight Kel
- Flight Lieutenant Kaia Kalar, second in command of the Gunfighters Squadron
- Chief Warrant Officer Jax Jade, second in command of the 4th Platoon.
- Chief Petty Officer Dimwai Benoo, de facto "Chief Mechanic"
- Doctor Ronium Ette, an up-and-coming scientist
- Senior Sergeant Major Seeker Yidrath, de facto "Chief non-combat Pilot"

Please post your character sheets here as well as declare your colors. Players from previous chapters get preference on any color selections. As always I will use Magenta. :)

The Rogue Kestrel is currently equipped with the following:
Thank you Fel. Shall I come up with names, or have you been god-like and already done that?
So far I have 1 squad made:

- Corporal Heb Roseland, a male Niemodian
- Trooper: Myn Malo, a female Chagrin
- Trooper: Kader Tillman, a male Human

- Trooper: Leoni Solborne, a female Twi'Lek
- Trooper: Raru Rhysode, a male Twi'Lek

Other than the above and Jax, I do not have any statted out info for the Platoon.

Your disease is indeed slow acting. You show no outward signs of degradation currently. You are not contagious. Your friend was alerted before Mastigo showed up but she has been MIA since she sent you an encrypted message saying she was going to lay low for a few months. Commodore Roo has sworn to find a Vong capable of curing you but his efforts have come to not thus far.

I actually don't know what my strength is since I got these arms. I've done some rather insane things with them. I'll go ahead and due the +1 from my score. I'm going to drive Fel insane if I keep making him roll for me.

On a serious note though if my apprentice is Anakin from Ep II there WILL be bitch slapping :P Time to see if bitch slapping would have kept chosen ones in line
Edit: Trying to figure out how I feel about Dr. Sharka...
Force sensitive, but not an Imperial Knight...And he's from that planet where that jackass Sith Lord almost beat me. Stupid cheap plant surge...
Edit2: So...anyone else getting the vibe Kelaeon has trust issues? :P

Also, can we put physical descriptions of characters here? It'll help me visualize the scene.
Ice: Standing at roughly thirty-five inches, Ice is a typical example of his bird-like species, with dark blue scales covered by downy gray feathers, save for a ring of scarlet feathers crowning his head. He stands upright on clawed appendages, and typically wears a customized officer's uniform. His beak is dark brown, set below two wide, yellow-green eyes. He carries what appears to be a simple standard issue officer's sidearm in a holster.

Sharka stands just over 6 feet tall. His head is covered in a blue and black mass of long flexible tendrils with illuminated tips. He is wearing the white uniform of an Imperial Missionary, and has a blaster pistol and lightsaber clipped to his belt. A 3 foot long spiked and bladed mace that seems to be made from a solid piece of bone hangs from a loop on his belt.
And, yes, Sharka can turn invisible, phase through walls, talk to people in their heads, mind trick them, and heal them. He has a few more tricks, but only a couple can actually cause damage directly.
Edit: its the phase power from the clone wars book.

upgrading Ice's weapon: DC30 mechanics check, anything but a roll of natural 1 succeeds. (1d20)[6]
That takes two days. Who else needs weapon upgrades? Also, can anyone use a mechanical interface or computer interface visor? Ice has purchased superior versions and no longer needs his old ones.
Edit: Also, what we/Ice know about the scientist's species, and about him/her/it specifically?

Sairen is young for his rank, though he doesn’t look it. He’s a handsome Chiss of above average height, slim build and azure skin. His formerly tight-cropped hair has grown out slightly during his service to the Empire in Exile, although it remains well within military standards. The dark uniform marking him as an ambassador is unwrinkled and pristine. His right arm is a cybernetic prosthetic up to the elbow. It appears to be a standard Imperial model, made of dark, exposed durasteel. His cybernetic right eye, while crimson to match his Chiss heritage, has a subtle hex-like pattern across its surface. He speaks with a refined imperial accent. His protocol droid "Titus" shadows him.

Given that we've been working togethor a month, you've probably seen Sharka turn invisible and phase through walls. He's tended to wounds, both with standard medical equipment, and the force. He sometimes talks to people telepathically, especially if stealth is required. Sometimes when he gets attacked, he disappears in a blink, only to appear somewhere else a few seconds later. And sometimes, you get a strange sensation and suddenly know exactly what your opponent is going to do(Enlighten). He has snuck past cameras, and the screens elsewhere showed nothing.
As far as him, he is friendly, he seems to think before speaking, and sometimes helps mediate things between people. He is almost always calm, but there seems to be something between him and the Sith. Not hate, but something like it.
If you ask about his people, he'd be more than happy to answer.

I'm in favour of disguising Kelaeon and maybe Sharka as Sith. The Prison Officials might not be as quick to question the motives of a big scary Dark Lord who requests access to the prison. People who talk back tend to get eviscerated. Sairen's also a good liar/great intimidator, so I could make it work.
edit: Or...make Sairen and Kelaeon the Sith. I'd do the talking and he'd look menacing/force grip any insolent guards.
@Major
I find it amusing that Darth Zairon is listed under Kel's enemies. I was almost his minion.

Sharka has mind trick, and a decent deception. And if someones bluffing their way in, i could follow them cloaked in case they need support.
