Edit function not working properly

I tried to edit a post and it came up blank! In fact, I tried several times before giving up. Is this a new bug or something?

I cannot even edit the above post. It comes up blank.

Is there an issue or am I doing something wrong?

I haven't had any issues editing posts so far, let's see if this one works.

EDIT 2: yes, it works for me (mozilla on Windows 7). What system/browser are you using?

When was the last time you cleared your browser's cache? This doesn't sound like the sort of problem that would be affected by that, but it certainly won't hurt to clear it out if it's been a while.

edit: and edit works for me. I'm on Windows XP SP2 and IE8.

My edit button is working just fine, and I'm here on a nintendo wii.

Today, once again, I am unable to edit my posts. All that pops up is a blank with no text. It happened with the quote function too. I even cleared my cache to see if that was the problem. Any other suggestions?

We can't help you if you don't give us details. OS+version, Browser+version, any browser add-ons or unusual settings?

Okay the problem is intermittent. I am using a laptop Windows OS7 and Firefox. Normally, there is no issue. But sometimes when I go to edit my post, all I see is a blank post. I can go back without editing and see the post, then I copy and paste when I again go back to edit. It's a pain, but it works. It might be that the server is busy and I do clear my cache just in case but that seems to have no effect.

It happened again. I'm noting it each time it happens in my posts just to keep people aware of this issue.
