Looking for someone with knowledge of Templates

I'm looking for an undead template with 4 or less level adjustment.

It NEEDS to have the following:

Unholy Toughness

It would be nice if it had the following:

+STR
+CHA

The only templates with unholy toughness i'm aware of are the Dry Lich (Sandstorm, LA: +5) and the Plaguelost (Sinister spire, LA: -).
Dry lich can also be acquired with the Sand shaper prestige class (8/10 casting IIRC).

No, Dry Lich is through Walker in the Waste, which is full casting.

Actually it's from Walker in the Waste, wich is 8/10 casting

Well then gentlemen, are there additional ways to acquire the Unholy Toughness quality?

you can use the Dry Lich and slap on some evolved undead.
That gets you both unholy toughness and +str/+cha, among other things.
