Default Mark of Cania and beating around the bush

I will start here...

Spoiler

Alright, so I would like the following things:
1) A way to attack many times with an absolute minimal chance of hitting my opponents.
2) A way to effectively ignore major penalties to AC.
3) A way to offensively use high attack rolls, damage rolls, saves and/or checks without hitting my opponents.
4) A way to reliably inflict damage or lethal effects on my opponents without hitting them or using spells, spell-like abilities or supernatural abilities that allow for saves.

Any ideas?

For attacks:
1. Drop prone
2. Use TWF untrained with two one handed exotic weapons you don't have proficiency for.
3. Close your eyes.

:)

Conjuration has a lot of spells that offer no save and deal variable damage (i.e. a damage roll)

as a bonus, almost all of those are area of effect, have a duration, and further hinder your opponents.

And do not have saves? Thank you. I will poke around at the conjuration effects.

Can anyone think of ways to use saves and checks offensively without hitting opponents or forcing/allowing them to make saves?

Assuming 'checks' is broad enough to include skill checks, you could use it as a means of enabling Diplomacy or Intimidate (it'll also make your Initiative score huge.) Also, I notice the text you quoted specifically says only 'Spells, spell likes, and supernaturals'- if you can find an Extraordinary ability that doesn't use and attack roll so it doesn't trip the 'hit a target' bit, you can blow up things with that and keep the Mark bonuses regardless of whether or not your victims save.

Keep in mind that this bonus is also applied to caster level checks to overcome Spell Resistance, effectively making it a non-issue.

The bonus also applies to Bull Rush checks. Combine this with a Dungeoncrasher Fighter and you can do a fair amount of damage (remember the bonuses to damage rolls).

Also, if I remember correctly, the bonus to damage will also give a bonus to ability damage rolls. This will most likely remove your bonuses, but not before you deal massive damage to an ability score.

Combine this with Aura of Perfect Order. Continually take 11 on something where 11 is a failure, never ever do anything that has even a chance of removing the bonus, and then cast Magic Missile for over 9000 damage. At caster level 1.

I believe you have to be a Baatezu to take those feats.

There's a ToB stance that lets you take 11 or 12 on attacks. Take 12 on attack you won't make (non-proficient, weapon to big, power attacking), so no accidental crits.

Hit your buddy who's high(enough) AC all day long once per round and hit for +86400 damage once per day.

'Dude, will you stop kicking me and help us with this fight already?!'
'Na ah, I'm still charging for the BBBEG!'

Imp, Invisibility at will, save against your own invis. It's one of the two ways to get arbitrarily large truenaming.
