Depends on the size of the child and the size of the hand. Not my hand certainly, but someone at least 7 feet tall with the proportions of a linebacker? Yeah, I can see it.
Let's just agree that the art is terribly inconsistent, because I don't think there is any real answer beyond that.

Goblins X: Goblins in Space

Hey guys I have a question, is Grem dead? He got dropped to -7 by Biscuits last attack. In the next panel we see Fox lose three hit points before drinking the healing potion. So unless someone got to him in time, I believe that puts him at -10.

When we get today's update that may swing things to "I'm Helping You" being more important to the continuing story.

However, I kind of like

There isn't going to be an update today. Thunt's hard drive died a few days ago, he doesn't even have a computer right now since it's being repaired.

On the other hand, "I'm helping you" has the most votes now. Should someone start it now?

Umm...maybe someone with enormous hands could hold an infant that way. A small infant. A child? Completely impossible.
