Default Hybrid Characters and Implements

Quick question: Can a Hybrid character of two different power sources(like Monk/Avenger) use a single implement for both types of powers, or do you need both?

Yes. Any implement from one of your hybrid classes can be used as an implement for all of those powers. So a Paladin|Warlock can use a rod, pact blade, or holy symbol for its Paladin or Warlock powers.

If you are proficient with an implement, you can use it for any implement power, unless it specifically mentions an implement. It no longer matters what the source of the power or training comes from.

Just for clarification ... there are items that say "[Class X] can use this as an implement for [class X] powers and [class X] paragon path powers." E.g. bards can use songblades for bard and bard-PP powers. That has NOT changed with the updated rules on implements, right, guys?

Otherwise, yeah, have fun

I just checked the errata, and there is none for using a weapon as an implement for certain class powers. This leads me to believe that songblades are still only for Bards.
