Unless we're talking about the archaic use of the word, but I'm not sure how that would apply either outside of writing up a law system for a setting.
Sheriff: Libel is a complicated legal concept. It's not typically a crime, so it doesn't fall under the Criminal Activity portion of the Forum Rules. It is probably Flaming/Trolling in most contexts, though. But we're not going to try to apply libel law and proscribe libel itself. Don't violate any Forum Rules and report any posts that do violate the Forum Rules.
