I'd like to request an avatar based on one of the characters in Holy Avenger, a brazilian comic series based on a (also brazilian) campaign setting, Tormenta. It because of the comics that I got into RP.

First time making a request so lets hope this is enough info to go on! If it's not just let me know. Basic idea is for a smallish earth elemental with various plants growing off of him. Nothing big like a tree but smaller stuff like moss or weeds. Any work is much appreciated, and I'd be really grateful for a unique avatar.
Gender: None
Equipment: Moss/Plant life
Notable features: Carvings. Also I'd prefer if the body isn't segmented.
Skin color: Light Gray
Hair color: None

... I realized when I started to colour that he would end up in sixteen shades of black if I didn't give him some lighter colour. I'll try to darken it further if you want (along with other changes you'd like to suggest).

Tsofu, those look damn awesome. I'm curious, though, what the avatar would look like with a tad lighter hair. Sand-coloured, not full blonde or anything.

OK I am not going to lie at this point. I AM GETTING RALLY IMPATIENT I have been waiting sinse October for my avatar. I at least want a reply saying "what the heck is this thing" or "what do you mean by this."
Whatever I do, I make sure to tell Sun Tzu to shut up and sit down and show him how it is done.

Sorry to hear that you're frustrated, the thread is a bit of a lottery when it comes to what is done. Except for the occasional avatarist going on an avatar-making rampage most people probably just pick the ones they like most on the last page or so. If they find anything. And have time.

Actually now you don't see the snow, so I would have to say not.
And this is apparently one of those moments when an artist's instinct works better than the patron's request. With lighter hair, the avatar looks almost like a wight, or at least like he's some manner of intelligent undead. Maybe the last one would work, if you switch the snow line back to black. I have some constructive suggestions for you comrade!
Maybe the reason you haven't had any responses is that you're simply asking for too much? I get that you want to interest the avatarists, but you're asking for two characters in the same avatar..... And that was a simplification from something to do with a dragon?
Plus if your post isn't on the newest pages on the thread then i doubt any avatarists would find it without backtracking a LOT.
Maybe you should try a less complicated request at peak times more recently, instead of getting angry about an unanswered post which is practically invisible by now....
Just a suggestion
Also, one last thought... if the request you have is too difficult for you to attempt, then it probably will be for the avatarists too

Hi! I really enjoy the custom OOTSatars everyone has, and was wondering if it would be any trouble to ask for my own? I'd really like to request one based off of a favorite ADnD character of mine.
Gender: Female
Equipment: Ankle-length violet-blue robes and Magic! She also carries a little silver locket at her waist
Notable features: jade green eyes and long eyebrows.
Skin color: Rosy
Hair color: White
Race: Elf
Class: Wizard
Pose: As in the pic; as if she's dancing, preferably with a happier expression, please?

Yes, but that's still pretty complicated
it just sounds like too much work for me, let alone the guys on this thread that are actually making avatars. why don't you just simplify it right down and see if anyone picks it up? Or learn how to do it better yourself so that if you want something really hard to create you can do it yourself instead of getting annoyed when no-one picks up your request

I would like to request an avatar for my 2ed character, as i'm really impressed by the ones being posted here whilst being just as disappointed with my (lack of) skill as an avatarist.
The character I want uses the 2ed blade kit for bards, although looks more like a pirate (as he used to be one )
He looks similar to this, although there are some very important differences

First difference is that he is about 200% less camp, which is important. Please do not give the avatar eyeliner, but keep the beard, as beards are manly. Please make the beard MORE manly if possible
He wears a white shirt in the same style, although it's not velvet (thank Odin), and a plain black bandana.
He also has several knives sheathed in his belt, and scimitars instead of pistols as well as a signet ring on his left hand, which i appreciate is difficult to accurately do so don't worry too much about it

although his furs aren't as plain as that and are dark grey. The furs go all the way up to his head, and the head of the bear they belonged to is also a hood.
He wields a very large stone hammer that looks like this one:
I'd be very grateful to whoever could make me the following avatar:
Grey Elf (or a standard High Elf if it's easier) but EVIL
Pale grey hair
Uses a Hand-and-a-half Sword (also called a Bastard Sword)
Also has a Spiked Buckler in his other hand
Long robes (dark grey?)
Possibly some Vaarsuvius-style magic coming off his Buckler-hand?
