Default Spell Selection Sanity Check

Playing a Rogue/Swashbuckler, going to dip three levels of Assassin whic means I'll have 3 & 2 spells known for 3 & 1 slots per day.

I was thinking that I should know swift action spells (like Distract Assailant) that I can cast quickly in the midst of battle while wielding daggers in both hands, because I can always cast non-swift spells (like True Strike) using a wand when I need to. Does that make sense?
