Need some help with my build

Hi, I'm playing the following

Warrior 1
Battle Sorcerer 4
Spellsword 1
Abjurant Champion 5

This is a cold theme-character who focuses on cold type spells, I want to continue the progression with some PrC that has a link with my powers and my background and not only something that gives me the best attack bonus/spellcasting advancement. This build has born with the purpose of doing well in combat as in casting but now I want to favor the "background" part instead of the mere optimization.

I was thinking about the Frost Mage (Frostburn) that is almost perfect in terms of entry requirements (my DM allows me to exchange my Piercing Cold feat for Frozen Magic). Other suggestions?

PS: no TOB, no Psionics, no Dragon Magazine.

Crack open Complete Divine, and grab the arcane disciple feat, and pick up the winter domain. This gets you the ability to learn blizzard, one of the best spells in the game.
