Sorry for the lack of posting, I’ve been busier than usual and I’ve been trying to think of a way to screw with you guys.
So first, long live humans! Because I am one of them, I am going to gift the humans with special pets, the Scavengers. They look like large long-snouted Dire Wolves. But they are special; they are called Scavengers because they can feast on the dead and undead (especially Morstygii, sorry Dimonite). They are invisible to undead and immune to their magic. Although they can be hurt by mundane weapons, those that wish to do them harm will ambushed by more than a few at a time. That’s right, the Morstygii are in for a big surprise the next time they want to go gallivanting off on a human hunting expedition.

Snowfire/Ceryna, you are meddling with everyone and I like it. Very entertaining. But there are things I may want to do that you have no business knowing sooooo….
I create a relic called “The Eye of Madness.”
When scrying the wearer, the visions will temporarily drive the viewer into fits of madness. The viewer will (be unable to use AP for 24 hours?) or at least something negative (like how about not remembering anything from the previous 24 hours?). You can play it out as you wish. Additionally, the viewer will have no recollection as to what it was that was seen. And lastly, you will never want to do that again. Locally, the eye can be used to confuse an attacker adding +1D6 defense. (-4AP Create Relic -“The Eye of Madness”) So you can look at me...but you'll wish you hadn't.
Problems?
Oh, and please update the “Current Gods” list. I can’t remember who is and who has what.
Also, going away for a week so won't be posting for a bit.
Two things: First with the Eye and Fateweave in conjunction with Crystal Seer, Ceryna will be able to blow past that by a margin of 5 spent AP.
Second, as with C'nor's relics, that seems far too powerful for a single relic. One or the other.

Sure if they could work in conjunction...and since when do they? Did I miss the place where you said the Eye enhances Crystal Seer?
So it's 5 vs 5 and 5 vs 5. Plus, as I said, look all you want but there will be consequences.

Fateweave and the Eye are openly stated to amplify Ceryna's scrying and Fate-seeing abilities. So basically Crystal Seer.
And a relic costs 4 AP, not 5
So that's 14 vs 9.
With Fateweave alone, they'd cancel each other out. With the Eye of Acalhatar locked in Ceryna will be able to monitor you without consequence due to 5 additional AP spent. Or 4 if you make the Eye of Madness a monument (in which case you're going to be near it all of the time
And preventing someone from using AP for a day is a bit...much I think.

OK, couple things:
1. The Morstygii are not undead. They simply have no flesh on their magically animated left arms. Heck, I'm pretty sure they were created before the concept of undeadness was.
2. The Morstygii currently have a +5 bonus to mortal combat, while these Scavengers would only have a +1, (unless they have a couple of concepts I don't know about) so the Morstygii could still kick their butts.
3. the "invisible to undead and immune to their magic" would probably have to be a blessing, which could be counteracted.I don't think you can build extras like that right into a race, especially since it's a very specific thing.

That relic wouldn't be allowed. Either of the suggestions you made are not allowed in the rules. Firstly, you can't control another gods AP spendage. Secondly, using it would cause godmodding on your part (controlling what they remember, if they remember anything etc).
What is there to update in the God List except for Melaira's death?

1. Exactly.
2. Definitely so. Scavengers would need a heck of a lot of bonuses to fight the Morstygii.
3. Invisible to undead - blessing. Immune to any magic, be it theirs or any other - at the very least a boon.

Just checking something, Divine Decrees hold until either their owner cancels them, or unless someone comes u with a work-around (which normally only works for them), right?
Also, would it be possible to have a list of all the different races, soceities, 'concepts' etc; on the first page. There was a table that did something like it a while back and it would nice to have an easy reference.

I think that was of Dark's doing.. If everyone can pitch in and say 'this is mine, this is someone elses' then that'd be great and I'll get right on it. I've just went through a breakup with my boyfriend and would rather be doing something else right now, sorry.

You are a being of grey fire, without emotion as you believe it is against your purpose.

Where are you people getting this stuff?
Not trying to sound accusatory, but I don't recall Kaosu doing anything to help Vetasz at all. And Vetasz has never made any statement regarding emotion whatsoever.
So, unless you guys can illuminate me on where you're getting this stuff, this is my face:
And as for Ceryna's little tantrum, she IS a guest in Acalhatar. I guess its up to her whether she stays a guest or becomes a prisoner.

Kaosu has spread Order in all that she's done. So that can quite easily be seen as helping Vetasz. Also, sorry on the wrong spelling.
As for Ceryna, she is reacting pretty much as you would expect a mother to do so in this situation. And remember how she sees the world. She sees you via your imprint in fate. Grey fire sounded best for a LE god of punishment. And you have been pretty much without emotion.

From what I've read, Kaosu hasn't done anything. She Created Logic, Created an Island, Hid the Island, and helped her mom Weave a Sanctum. None of which helps Vetasz in any explicit or implicit way. No offense, intended of course.
As for the second part, I am going to have so much fun with that. How much AP do I have? 5? Perfect

Actually Kaosu's comment was meant to be something that the Warden wouldn't get, at least straight away. I am playing a fairly crazy child who sees the world via the domino effect. Some of the help hasn't happened yet.
That said, some of it has. Namely, craeting a society for the Trolls. Since prior to that, Trolls weren't covered by any laws, (even humans are covered by certain slavery laws). No laws = no crimes. Which meant until then, an entire species of sapients were forever out of Gehena's reach.
Now, by all rights the Warden might not care (ALL WILL BE JUDGED!) but from the perspective of the little girl? She helped.
I am sorry if I offended you, but Kaosu is ment to confuse people. It helps to hide the plans. Sad thing is, it's all obivous to her.
While it's true the rest of what she's done hasn't helped Vetasz (yet), I think giving him another species to punish might count.

Well where is the post where you give laws to Trolls? I checked every post of yours I could find and didn't see it. And don't worry about offending me I was looking for clarification.
Just FYI though, Until Vetasz sees tangible benefits to Kaosu's existence, she's done jack for him except compromise the security of Acalhatar.
A couple other notes:
1. Going back through your posts is a great idea, I do actually have 5 AP, so I can get inconcievable. Everybody should try and do that once in a while, you never know what you missed.
2. @Snowfire and FallenEco: I've been letting your characters go in and out of Acalhatar more or less as you please because I wasn't sure how to bring it up IC, but Acalhatar is a PRISON, and a monument that locks people (and gods) in place unless they spend 3 AP to escape or beat Vetasz's Defense Roll with an Attack Roll. From this point on, consider Kaosu and Ceryna prisoners in Acalhatar until the matter is settled.

As a point, Ceryna was only maintaining a shard at this point - as of my last post (which was pretty openly stated). Ceryna took Kaosu away with her - in truth I anticipated this. They're currently in the Sanctum that is Fate. And Ceryna's shard of consciousness will likely be dissipating in my next post.

I don't see why I shouldn't be able to trap a shard just as easily as a mortal. Frankly, its about time Vetasz actually started using the prison for its intended purpose.

Inside the prison, there are no guards, no wardens other than Vetasz. Gods and Mortals are as equals there, sharing in the punishments they so richly deserve.
As for the ability, anyone trapped within Acalhatar must overcome a very high roll in order to escape. For divine entities, they must either roll higher than Acalhatar's master's defense roll to escape (no modifiers from relics) while mortals must overcome a roll of 1d10+(Vetasz's Divine Rank+3). Any god can spend 3 AP to bust someone out of the prison as well (including themselves).
Those are the rules for Acalhatar. I guess its up to the other MODs whether or not I can say you're trapped in Acalhatar or not.
I'm not surprised you had trouble finding it. It was the last post on page thirteen, easily overlooked. Link is here. Bit big to quote.
And I completely understand where Vetasz is coming from. It is a perfectly logical place. The little girl I'm playing? Doesn't quite get it, because as I said, she thinks she has demonstrated it.
That's why I described her as crazy. She doesn't get that the Warden can't see the results of her actions. In particular, the ones that haven't happened yet.
As for being inside a prison...I am aware. It's why when I tried to leave (so Kaosu wouldn't be present for the arguement and 'Mummy' running away) and I was 'stopped' I didn't argue.
As a bonus, I think it helped ensure the break up. Sorry if that's rude but you opened the door. It wasn't part of the plan until then.

Personally it's kind of stupid to trap a shard inside of Acalhatar because well.. It's just a shard. It's kinda pointless. Sorry. If you had managed to get the proper Ceryna and Kaosu inside and then slam the door shut (metaphorically) on them, then yeah, 3AP to get out. But you missed your chance.

I wasn't in shard form. If he had said Kaosu couldn't leave before she disappeared or had tried to restrain her in any way, I'd have accepted the being trapped.
In fact Snowfire did it after the fact to me early. I just didn't see it as a big deal though and rolled with it.

Well a shard is a portion of a god, a relatively significant portion, since gods are limited in the number of shards they can have, so it still has benefits.
And as I said before, there's no way for me to say "You're trapped" in the IC thread because anytime things start heading that way... "poof I'm a shard"

The issue being that shards have been stated such that one can just terminate them at will. If you want to trap someone in your prison, go out and bring them back in chains. Ceryna had freedom to come and go, and she exercised that freedom to leave all but a listening...presence behind. Arguably that's not even a shard. Not to someone with Crystal Seer.

Say, does the mortal world have magma? I'm thinking about giving the Morstygii geothermal power, but I'm not sure if there's anything geothermal to tap into.

I don't think so.. Gems yes, underdark thingy yes, magma I'm pretty sure there isn't.. Gosh. I should make sentient star people for the moon. That would be so cool.

Great. Now I'll have to do it as a magical concept (Magmagic, anyone?) instead of advanced. But yes, star people would be cool (and I'm gradually building up the Morstygii to space travel so that they can reach the moon and help guard it with their awesomeness.)

No you shouldn't. Not unless you want to seriously piss off your daughter. The stars are her creation remember. And Joika's making armour out of one is enough to annoy her quite a bit. You're going to be getting a visit from her on that score actually. Once I get home and finish my essay that is.

Why would I hurt you, water-mother? All I want is to be included...
Sorry, didn't mean to come across angry myself. Just ask her and include her. She'll be watching and she'll hear - if she's not there already

Looks like no one's going to respond to Arrus wondering if he's the last god alive.
Issomi heard you and tried to get your attention by going to your library. What more do you want, for him to go to the sun and get executed?
