Oh sweet! Initiative for once! Start on M2 and run straight down until I come within 10 feet of my opponent. I'll end on M23 or M24, depending on his starting position. Guess what! There's LOS!

Actions: Run 4x speed as a full-round action
I choose Doc as my Dodge opponent, also

If you are at M23, I take a 5-ft step back to M26 and cast empowered maximized lesser orb of electricity
If you are at M24, I cast empowered maximized lesser orb of electricity

touch attack (1d20+5)[14]
damage if it hits 11+(1d8+3)[9]/2
