MR, it needs a LOT of work. I did better in MSPaint when I started out.

Try reading Trazoi's Guide. That should hopefully give you a hand.

Is it made with Inkscape? If so this would be a good tutorial. If not, keep trying, It doesn't really look too good right now, I'd suggest haveing a uniform line thickness throughout the avatar.

I personally am seeing improvement. You just need to get reference to actual oots comics and get the eye shape right.

Also you should use a black stroke along with having the arms be on a seperate peice from the body as to be easier on the comic making.

Nice improvement.
