Stop arguing and make a comic. Or just wait till I make a new paladin template because the ones I posted before of rand nameless skimmer and paladin chick are gone fore some reason.
Okay, first of all:
It is not a kids' show!!!
By all accounts, it is a very mature show.
Second:
Put in another vote for 'use FAIL'.
Finally: People use it because it's politically correct, and also catchy. Also, because the show is very popular.
Now, this vote doesn't really matter. Especially if it is a tie. We'll call them FAIL and ALF, and you guys can rant about it all you like, that will change nothing. So it's a bit pointless.
It does though. If it didn't matter you wouldn't be arguing with me about it.
I was even willing to comprimise but you didn't seem to care.

Fail-3
not fail-3
What compromise?
And I'm arguing because I'd prefer to have the issue resolved without having to completely ignore your 'arguments'. Clearly, that isn't an option. So far, it's a tie anyways, so you guys will just have to let it go for now.
@Grem:1. And I quote "Political correctness (adjectivally, politically correct; both forms commonly abbreviated to PC) is a term applied to language, ideas, policies, or behavior seen as seeking to minimize offense to gender, racial, cultural, disabled, aged or other identity groups. Conversely, the term "politically incorrect" is used to refer to language or ideas that may cause offense or that are unconstrained by orthodoxy." (Here)How is calling an organization FAIL going to minimize offense?
2. It doesn't matter how popular a television show is. Viewers are still going to call ALF by its actual name. That logic doesn't make any sense.
...What is FAIL supposed to mean anyway?

Pshaw. (And I am now worried that the dictionary built into Firefox recognised that and not Horus.)
Horus sacrificed himself to become a Prince of Order, he's not doing anything right now.
Or didn't you notice the goatee? Maybe I should have found a picture with his hat...

Because its not ALF, so they have a legal fallback in case people who's families were killed during terrorist actions decide to take offence at the show.

Not if it's very popular and in a fantasy setting where most of the population have never seen a television before.
I recommended a while back settling the argument by having all of the UNA calling them "Igon Minoblendy's Terrorist Organization," but I was ignored... I think we should use this if the final votes are within 10% of the total votes of each other (22-18, we would use it (10% of total votes is 4)).
In this argument alone, I'm voting for not using FAIL.

Because it's completely pointless, has no relevance to anything and all it does is cause unnecessary complications.
FAIL was simply a joke made by I can't remember who and people took it seriously for some reason.
...
And it doesn't make any sense.
Its my joke. I never really expected it to be taken as such a serious option. It was meant to be flippant.
It began as a simple message board game, in which you draw your avatar killing someone else, and they retaliate, and so on. From that, we gained a plot, which has escalated with multiple sub-plots, and has spawned a couple of spin-off plots.
Currently, our original plotline, Fat Fish Fury, or FFF, is coming to an end after almost 2000 comics. After that, we will have a 15 year timeskip, and start FFF 2: Future Imperfect, or FI.
And right now, we're arguing over the details of FI, instead of actually making comics.
We've also moved to a new thread, the link to which is in my last post here.
*sneaks in* This is the discussion thread... but yell at me anyways if I'm being stupid and shouldn't post here... I've been reading for a bit... is it ok if I try to jump in? Well, not jump... Maybe just hover at the sidelines a bit?... *prepares to duck and run if necessary... or be ignored*
It's not recomended since wer're nearing the end, but join anyway. (If yah want.)
