If you are not a member, then when your character arrives, you will be outside the front door and must roleplay getting entry, but bear in mind that whenever your character enters GLoG, alignment scanners will try to detect his/her current intention's alignment (so even the most evil of people might come off as good, if they think they are. Members Only Areas:

Some areas of the base are DNA locked and alignment locked so that only members with no evil intent can enter unescorted. These include the Security Room, the Armoury, the Detention Wing, and the Artifact Vault.

Artifact Vault - Set next to the Armory, this is where GLoG's major artifacts are stored. The door is DNA locked to members only.

The Brightheart
The Brightheart is a plain orb, set upon a stone plinth labeled 'The Brightheart'. Also on the plinth is a note that says:
'Do Not Remove. Ever. No, not even then. (But maybe then.)'
The Brightheart itself glows with inner light, and throws up a positive energy blanket of moderate strength (heals most surface wounds, and makes undead sick) a few meters in radius. Touching the Brightheart results in having a large amount of positive energy run through you (heals all wounds, and drives undead to near death). Inside the plinth itself is a gate to the Negative Energy realm, which draws off the excess positive energy from the Brightheart. Should the Brightheart be removed, and taken away from the base without the necessary preparations being made, two Very Bad Things^TM will happen.
A) The Brightheart's positive energy will not be siphoned off, and so it will be returned to full strength, throwing up a powerful positive energy blanket about a kilometer in radius, and killing anyone who touches it, living or no, through sheer positive energy overdose.
B) The gate to the Negative Energy realm will become unstable and tear, creating a giant Negative Energy rift in the middle of GLoG.

The portal between GLoG and HALO is still open, providing instantaneous transportation between the two organisations.
But anyone passing through it arrives outside the front door. If they've already been cleared (previously interacted with GLoG without hostilities), they can walk straight in without having to roleplay out knocking on the door and so on.
There is also a smaller portal operating between GLoG and Farthing Cottage

First time visitors, or people who have previously caused trouble have to wait for someone to undeadtime to decide whether they can enter the building (GLoG), or not, unfortunately. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hmm. Ashna turns to the winged girl. Have you had any progress on getting home yet?

The girl watches Raril go and sighs. She looks over at Ashna and shakes her head. I'm beginning to wonder if it is even possible. Or if it would be a good idea. If I go back, I would be bringing something with me that I really don't want to share with my family.

[Recaiden]

It might not be, but you shouldn't give up.
She frowns, suspicious again. What do you mean by that?

[Jacklu]

Er... Well, the thing is... She kicks herself mentally for saying too much. These wings are... a bit dangerous... Not the whole truth, but as much as she feels like giving right now.

[Recaiden]

More than they look like? It sure seemed like you were controlling them before.
The fire around her damps down just a little bit, and then flares back up.
I'm sure you can learn to control them, if that's all you mean. They aren't another person, are they?

[Jacklu]

Not exactly... I mean... They tend to do things on their own... Again, not the whole truth, but enough.

[Recaiden]

I know you can keep it under control though.
Well, she's just a naturally suspicious person. She doesn't actually know that.
What else did you mean? You had those wings when you walked in.

[Jacklu]

Yeah, but I didn't have them before I got... pulled here. She ruffles the wings a little.

[Recaiden]

Sorry, but they don't seem dangerous at all. I can't help but think you meant something else.

[Jacklu]

Oh, trust me, they are dangerous all right. She motions towards the pile of material that used to be a couch. I kinda broke it in my sleep.

[Recaiden]

That's a couch. You won't be sleeping on top of many people in that position.

[Jacklu]

The girl blushes at that remark. N-no, I was implying that these wings did that to the couch on their own. And it isn't even the first thing they have done that to.

[Recaiden]

I'm sure they'd understand and help you out. They're your . . . fami . . .ly. She trails off.
Okay. But that can't be all. You never mentioned it before. What's up?

[Jacklu]

The girl shies away from Ashna under the interrogation. I... I'm still really confused about what happened to me... I just... I'm worried that I might hurt somebody on accident... or worse...

[Recaiden]

We'll figure it out. The wings and how you got here and whatever it is you don't want to talk about. You won't kill anyone here.

[Jacklu]

I... She is dangerous. Not as dangerous as the Ageless Rival, but dangerous still. Destroy her. Reduce her to Chaos. I need to lie down...

[Recaiden]

Come on. I'll find you a sturdier place to rest.
Ashna holds out a hand to lead her towards the rooms.
The flames about her feet are starting to flicker odd colors.

[Jacklu]

The girl takes her hand cautiously. As she is lead, she is careful to keep her wings tightly folded against her back.

[Recaiden]

Ashna walks to her room, and conjures up a second bed, extra sturdy and tough.
There. Get some rest. sHe takes a seat on the original bed.

[Jacklu]

The girl sits down on the bed and bounces a little to test it. Um... thanks... She bites her lip and tries to remember the girls name.

[Recaiden]

. . .Ashna. She finishes.
Have you found your own name yet?

[Jacklu]

Ashna... No, not yet. She looks down at her lap for a moment. When I know more... I promise I'll tell you... She looks at Ashna and does her best to smile. Her wings shudder a little more.

[Recaiden]

You sure you're okay?
Ashna looks concerned.

[Jacklu]

Yeah. Just tired. But now I have a bed to sleep in. Which is more than I had this morning. So... things are looking up, right?

[Recaiden]

Of course. Let's plan on keeping them that way.
Ashna lies down and pretends to sleep.

[Jacklu]

The girl sits up in bed for a few minutes before lying down and pulling the covers over herself. She closes her eyes and fights down the voice that grows more prominent in the silence. She instinctively starts softly humming a lullaby her mother used to sing to her as a child. The song gives her something to focus on and calms her spirit. Slowly but surely she drifts off to sleep for the night.

Not incidentally enough, so does her player who is up well past a reasonable hour considering how busy tomorrow is going to be. ((Night!))

Ashna raises up a wall in the middle of the room to hide the light of the fire from the girl. And to hide from her. And then drifts off to sleep.

Meridian, tired of waiting, searches the base once more for Misaki. If he doesn't find her, he's gonna go find someone to A) tell him where she is and B) get him there so he can rescue her. Awwww.
