You were all once great people in your given profession but recently over the past few months an amazing evil has swept over the land leaving many dead. You were chosen by an almighty being with power beyond imagining to be its hand on eberron. You have excepted its offer and are now something new something powerful and something with only one mission. Conquer and Destroy.
Plot Starter:

After recently becoming this great powers black hand, you find yourself being drawn to a large cave in the east of Eberron. You all arive there at almost the same time, to find a burning carcass at the entrance

Having arrived mere moments before any others, Arumi's opportunity to examine the corpse in solitude was brief. The arrival of the others drew away his attention, whilst his sword was drawn from its scabbard.
His hand hesitated. He couldn't understand it. The same feeling had come to him, leading him here, to this cave, to this pyre. And now it told him not to kill, as he had so effortlessly of late.
Turning to the aproaching nuisance, the nearly eight foot tall metal form was immediately intimidating. Bearing his one eye upon the first pest to bother him, he announced himself: "I am Arumi Ikinashi. Speak quickly or die: What brings you here?"
"Calm down, metal man." The red-haired sorcerer said. He had on a robe of an equally fantastic shade of red; as well as a goatee. "I am Rederic Feuer IV, esq. but if that seems a tad bothersome for you, I suppose I could let you off with a 'sir' for now."
Rederic's eyebrow was raised as he inspected where he was. "Couldn't have picked a better spot, could they?"

For a moment Arumi just stared at the red man. "Sir?" he asked calmly, "You can't seriously expect me to call you that. How does Shizno sound?"
Nodding towards the corpse he added "What do you make of this, Shizno?"
Rederic Feuer IV, esq. lost interest in the metal man, and plainly ignored him. He went towards the corpse to have a look himself. "It's a corpse, tin man. Whoever did this was sloppy, inelegant and ineloquent. Kind of a disappointment, really."

The corpse is about the height of a halfling with the long pointy ears of an elf, his skin is extremely pale. It is wairing some leather armor and has a short empty scabbard at its hip. Its also has a massive hole in its chest which has blood and entrails coming out of it.
You examine the corpse more closely and see that hole through his chest was done post-morton and that his death was caused by to thin piercing wounds in his neck.

A large, menacing-looking man steps forward. His fangs and odor practically seethe goblinity but his tidy pony-tail and smile disagree. An elderly goblin woman follows him closely.
Good evening, gentlemen. I suspected there would be others. I welcome your skills to my cause. My name is Fackrinar Grattuhlmahk, a name you will not soon forget.
He smiles with a hint of smugness and the goblin takes out a pen and book and begins writing something down. By her actions it is clear she is describing the setting and corpse.

Another easy victim, another odd compulsion. Why can't I just kill them? Arumi asked himself. Turning away from the others and towards the cavern, Arumi asks "And who might you be?" (Stupid me, he introduced himself...)
Ignoring the newcomer, Arumi turned his gaze toward the cavern.

You search around the entrance to the cavern and find a couple of multi-colored stones stabbing out of the wall. You also notice a few foot prints in the loose dirt on the floor with a trail of blood following close behind
