The butterfly floats over to an arch, where Vi is now standing upside down, perfectly awake, and looking as irritable as usual. "That was me. Have a problem with it? I was just telling the truth." Calissa will likely notice that this girls lips don't even move, her voice just emanates from the butterfly nearby. Oh, and she has a hole below her neck, going right through her body.

Calissa does a double-take upon seeing this new arrival, mainly due to the fact that she happens to be standing upside down in mid-air.
"Seriously? Brain-missing much. Of course I have a problem with that. Its not like I like being ugly."
She glared at Viatrix, crossing her arms across her bony chest. It figured. There was always a bitch.

"Oh... so even you admit it. That seems awfully indignant." A smirk plays on the edge of Vi's lips as she regards Calissa. "Whatever. As long as you keep away from me, I could care less whether you're ugly, pretty, skinny, or fat. Don't forget that and maybe we won't have problems." With that bit of information passed on, she turns to leave, walking on the ceiling, her whole form spitting in the face of normal gravity.

Vi should hear panpipes music as the invisible Hans brushes past her.
They're coming, he says. You know what to do. Kch. When you're done, join me in my tower.
Hans flies towards the long, thin tower which spikes up from the centre of Khaos Hall, a tall and frail-looking building which seems to teeter on the verge of collapse. Emanating through the windows at the top of this tower is a harsh yellow light, the brightest glow in the dark and gloomy Khaos Hall. Hans enters through one window and lands on the floor, the panpipes music ending, and his form returning to visibility.
The room at the top of the thin tower is, impossibly, much larger than its external appearance would seem to indicate. It is also completely empty. The bright yellow light seems to seep through from the very walls.

Calissa looked from Viatrix to Eirene, her expression incredulous.
"That's your sister?"
She asked Eirene, her surprise clearly evident in her voice. The cruel, darkly cynical girl that defied the laws of gravity was nothing like the cheerful optimist to whom she now spoke. She could hardly believe that two people could be related and yet be so fundamentally different.

Calissa sighed as Eirene walked away. She felt even more clueless than usual. Unsure of what to do now, she wandered aimlessly down the halls, hoping to run into someone who could explain what was going on. Her mind was elsewhere, however, and she paid little attention to where she was going.
Why does no-one ever tell me what's going on, Aga-la?
I don't know.
...And you can't think of anything better to say? Geez. Way to be helpful.
I don't see you coming up with any ideas.
Oh, shut up.

Vi twitches a bit as Hans brushes past her, but still sighs, opening a portal to her pocket dimension. After a few minutes pass, she enters the top of Hans tower with a tired look. "I'm done. Just have to wait for them, now..."

Hector had done what he could without any actual weapons present.
Now, he rushed to his lab.
"Have to secure them..." he mutters.
Once arriving, he rushes about. The machine on the wall has produced several more doses (OOC:Enough for all currently non-fertile Bount known of).
He pulled a case from one of the wall storage units. In this case, he placed each dose, careful not to drop the vials.
Once he had finished this, he returned to the computer banks. Typing a few commands, the bank of machines soon outputs 2 CDs.
"Have to save the data, too."
One CD is placed in a cover case, then placed in the container with the vials.
The other is placed in a separate case with a single sample vial of the same substance.
A few moment's searching revealed one of Viatrix's butterflies.
"Vi, I'm sure you can hear me. I have a big favor to ask. These two cases need to be kept safe. If you could put the big one in your pocket dimension, and put the other one in a similarly safe place. I would be most grateful. All our people would. I do truly believe our future is secured in these cases."
He indicates the two metal cases, resting separate but near each other.
If Vi does this, he will thank her and return to his original spot, sending a small metal messenger off to find Ajax.
If she doesn't, he'll stuff the larger case in a nook somewhere, and take the smaller one with him.
Vi blinks as her attention is split between Hans and Hector. Back at the lab...
"...Fine, I'll take the large one, but I do hope you have something to compensate. I'm charging by the hour, if you want to treat me like a storage unit." The butterfly floats over to the larger container, and it disappears into a pocket portal.

Hector nods.
"I'll secure the small one, and payment is lady's choice."
Yes, that's probably very, very dangerous. The poor boy probably doesn't realize this.
The other case will be taken with him, secured on his back in a further shell of metal.
Viatrix twitches as she feels the beginning of a spacial disturbance. "...Looks like the show is about to start. And here's my opening line..." She holds her hands out, opening a surveillance portal.
The members of the Assault team step out at different parts of Khaos hall. Of the split groups: Satoshi, Alicia and Marco, Siegfried and Aloysius, Greta and Kiljaeran, Maeda, Kenji, Xavier and Helena, Mia ((assuming she went)), and finally Team 5. Each are completely separated from the others, and can't even so much as feel them. And something else feels off...
((From here, in those groups, feel free to make your entry posts.))

It would, of course, be the one event chain he couldn't really expect.
Being split like he imagined they had been would mean they were more likely to be picked off.
He stayed motionless, trying to absorb the information around him.
_____________
"Great. This is just great."
"Sarcasm as a defense mechanism. Understandable."
"Hey, stop it. Now. We need to find the others, especially Lady Greta. The Captain will have our hides if we let something happen to her. Silent running."
With that, Team 5 took off at a trot, trying to find their way through the maze.
The moment that Kiljaeran stepped out of the portal he assumed a defensive position that covered as many vectors as he could manage. As the (for all he knew) first man through, it was strategically vital to provide cover for the rest of the assault team in the event of immediate ambush. Having scanned the room once and found no obvious enemies, he risked a glance behind him to check the others...
or other, as it turned out. He had turned just in time to see Greta Gabriel coming through the portal, followed by nobody else. The fact that she'd apparently been sent first was merely puzzling, but as the seconds stretched on and nobody followed, Kiljaeran began to get worried. He looked at Greta with concern, understanding the situation in which they'd now found themselves.
Xavier lands on his back. "...Ouch" He says, sitting up and looking around for the rest of the team. He sees Helena... Only Helena. "Helena-San?" He looks around more. "...Who's with Alicia?"

Alicia manages to land on her feet, being in second division and all. She looks around as well.

"Oh *cough* look who's here." Says a deep voice, coming from everywhere around Team 5. The smell of Sulfur is in the air.
"Three little shinigami. *wheeze* I haven't seen any of you guys in ages." A similarly deep laugh is heard. Let's deal with them quickly. Says an impossibly quiet voice of a higher pitch.
Out of the darkness steps a bearded man, who looks to be middle-aged. He's wearing a long coat, and the vague outline of a smaller figure rests on his shoulder. He makes a deep, hoarse cough.

Kenji stepped out of the portal, every sense flared into hyper-cognition as he examined his new environment. Had this been where they planned to arrive? He glanced around. More concerning... Hadn't several people come through the portal before him...?
Regardless of how it happened, it seemed that he was split apart from everyone else. Suzume growled quietly, but Kenji smiled. With a shrug, he set off at a casual jog, not expending any stamina and not really having anywhere specific to go, just looking ahead to see what he may find...

All three whirled to face this new threat.
"Strike like lightning, Korin!"
"Destroy them from within, Juken!"
Date's sword grows to a nodachi with electricity coursing up and down the blade.
Hinata's blade disappears, and white gloves appear in a flash on her hands. She takes a ready stand for unarmed combat.
Shimazu simply raises his sword into a ready position.
None of them make the first move, instead waiting to all pile on the enemy, hoping to take him down quickly.
Maeda steps through the portal with his hat between his left thumb and forefinger and his other hand on the hilt of his zanpakuto. He turns his head to view the other approaching members of the team... but no one else emerged from the portal.

He turns his head to view the other approaching members of the team, but there were only those three and one other coming through the portal. But that was it. Not that he could remember any of their names, but that never made a difference to him anyway.
Tche... we've been separated. Hopefully it shouldn't matter too much.
(OOC:I'm pretty sure Maeda's by himself, name-forgetting aside.)

The Figure found himself suddenly whisked away, to a large open area of Khaos hall. His sensed flaired as he was drawn away from Hans, any moment he had to slay him in the assult gone...but then, something familiar...all to familiar...
"Kenji."
The Figure took its time, hiding and moving silently through the atrium...untill he spyed the lone figure, he reached out a hand, a scarf of blood red appearing around Kenji's wrist.
Vi smirks, and sends a butterfly to each of the Bount. "We have guests... You guys really ought to go and say hi." A portal opens nearby, for each of them, leading to another part of the hall. Though something may seem off.

Xavier stands up, brushing himself off. "There's not much more we can do than look for them."
???
The man steps into the light, revealing that the form on his shoulder is a minature man dress in rags. "Ziege dich *cough* Mannkleine" He says with a grin, the man contoring into an odd, disturbing, gun-like shape on his shoulder. It's grotesque mouth forms the barrel, and it clings to him for dear life, it's sharp nails digging into the jacket. Urk... Says the quiet voice.
"Haha*cough*heh." The man takes out a red capsule from his coat, and shoves it into the throat of the cannon on his shoulder, whose eyes then glow red. Mannklein then turns its head towards Hinata with a painful-sounding "crack", moaning.

Kenji slowed down to a walk after a little while. He didn't seem to be getting anywhere fast, and... Something about this place...
So distracted was the lone Vice-Captain that he was caught completely off-guard by the 'attack' that appeared out of nowhere and caught ahold on his wrist. Suzume hissed a warning, but it was too late-- the strip of Crimson cloth had already circled his Left hand. Out of pure reflex, Kenji grabbed onto the scarf with the same hand, anchoring it down in case it was attached to anything else in the room and might suddenly disappear. With his other hand, Kenji snapped Suzume sharply from her polished whitewood sheath and brought the Zanpaktou to a defensive stance.
"Who's there?" He asked out into the open room, his voice even and steady, not shaken by the unknown presence in the ill-lit open space around him.
He glanced down at the strip of red cloth around his hand. He didn't know what it was or what it was for... What was this thing...?
The group scatters, Hinata especially devoting energy to dodging about.
Shimazu begins chanting.
"e lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"
Meanwhile, Date charges in, giving an exploratory swing with his crackling sword.
Hector
Hector takes the time to grab a few large piles of scrap metal before stepping through the portal.
On the other side, the metal is quickly dumped into a few piles to the side.
Hector then takes a moment to survey his surroundings.
(OOC:I'm pretty sure Maeda's by himself, name-forgetting aside.)
((Huh? As I understood it, the teams went
