Yeah, which is why I'm beginning to think I'll take some specialization for a neat attribute bonus - every ability except maybe Strenght would be useful - and call it a day.

The best moral decision in Redcliff is to make Mages send somebody into Dreamland. Nobody dies, Connor becomes a real mage.

New thread is up.

I'm getting my grubby, happy hands on this game in a few days, and I'm looking for some character creation advice. I'm planning to go male human on the first go, and female Dalish Elf on the second.
Do rogues make decent toe-to-toe leaders, or are they purely for support? Should I make my human a wizard, or can my NPC's handle the magic aspect well enough? Or whatever, I'm just looking for some general advice.

Oh, and I'm spoiler-phobic, so I'm going to stay off this thread. If anyone has advice, please just PM me.

I got it two days ago and am playing through all the prologs. I guess I cant deside which one to use. The combat is nothing new, just a lot of random blood spatter. After picking a voice for my character I was hoping it was for conversations. It isnt just random catch phrases wile in combat or exploring. I found that dissapointing. I guess Mass Effect had me believing that it was going to be a standard for Biowar games from now on.

So far its what Ive come to expect from bioware's RPGs.

It would be near impossible to VA for all of those voices.
