Thank you.
Nimrod's Son, how did you add a monocle? IOs it part of the program, or did you add it yourself?

Are you gonna put the fanwork in another section of the first post?

Haley in a black dress.
Thog as leprechaun. It would be passible if I knew how to change the colour of the hat. Any photoshop experts able to do it?

Re: Order of the South Park
I'm no PS expert, but since it's mostly 5 colors on an item at most, I can do it in Paint. I'll edit.
Can you resave in .png and post it again? That makes it easier to edit.

As you've probably guessed by now, it's not a piece on the generator as-is. I cut a lens from one of the pairs of glasses, and hand-drew the string. I try not to hand-draw stuff if I can help it (because it looks crummy in Paint and I'm still very inexperienced with Photoshop), but on occasion I've had to draw the odd line in, like here, or with Julia's hair.

Since there's getting to be quite a lot of it, that's not a bad idea.

Whoops, I just did some more goblins and realised I was mistaken when I told you it was one of the beard parts - it's actually on the first page of "short hair", and then just drag it up to the right height. You have to recolour it separately if you want it to match the skin perfectly, but you can get reasonably close without bothering.
Other new stuff: Batman, and the last of the goblin kids:

Re: Order of the South Park
Okay here it is in png, with improved clover.
Tell me how you do it with paint, if successful. I tried using fill, but there are many small areas of slightly different colour, and it would have meant changing one pixel at a time.

Re: Order of the South Park
That's why I said resave in .png, your's is .jpg, which is too many awkward pixels.
We save in .png :)

To be honest, quite a few of the characters I've done needed pixel-by-pixel alteration in a places. It takes longer but sometimes it's necessary to make things look right. Even yesterday for example, I recoloured Thog's hat in Photoshop, which took all of five seconds, but it still had a slightly jagged edge that needed smoothing by working one pixel at a time.

I don't mind doing edges and small areas one pixel at a time, but doing the entire hat, pixel by pixel, was too much.

As BatRobin said, that was probably a side-effect of working as a JPEG. Most of the hat is flat planes of colour, you should have been able to flood-fill those and just touch-up the edges.

As far as I can tell, SPStudio always saves in JPEG format. I'm not sure how I'd work in any other format.
I don't even know the differences between the two, if it comes to that.

I don't save from SPStudio, I press the "Print Screen" button and paste it into Paint directly, then work in the default .bmp format.

Poisoned Elan and female Roy
I hadn't seen your last post when I did this. First we use the same hat, now the same hair and colour. Great minds think alike.

Can I just say it creeps me out how scarily accurage these are? Freakin' amazing. And I can't even stand South Park.

I'm afraid not, I saved this one over the old one. It's easy to describe though - it basically had the same head but with black hair and 'tache, and a body very similar to Hinjo or Miko.
It wasn't that it was badly-done as such, just not particularly accurate. I'd based his look on his appearance here but not noticed at the time that he only wears that outfit in that one short scene. The only times we see him in stern fighter mode, he's wearing his blue armour, and in the majority of his appearances he's had grey hair.
It's a minor thing, but I'm terribly anal.
Oh, and here's resistance leader Haley, and Mijung:
