I'd like some more info on possible exits before I take Tina's next turn, is there any other way out than the door we came in by?

You can't see any exits to east and west. The cavern seems to narrow to what might be a tunnel to the north, but you haven't gotten close enough to see all the way in with your darkvision.

Gladiator advances and misses.

Tina, you fly off-map to the north. The chamber does indeed narrow into a tunnel, which heads more or less straight north, narrowing to only 15 or 20 feet before long.

Jaya, you're still getting hit with cold damage, but your resistance is absorbing it for now.

The other skull thing moves quietly off somewhere out of your lines of vision.
