The chick with the ogre things shows what every female/male I know would do if they had powers like that.

Ben and Eve by Nessiah

I've received another piece of fanart, this time from a friend.

She draws Eve waaaay better than I do.

Does anyone else find it creepy that Ben is holding her by a leash?

Er, yeah. I noticed the strangeness already, but it wasn't really something that I wanted to bring up. I was like when she showed it to me, but I like fanart because it shows me how other people interpret my characters.

Really, the chain is okay. Kinda wanna make a female wolf/dog joke, but not on these forums.

What scares me more is Ben's eye/glasses alignment. He looks like a fish.

You might want to edit out the part at the end of the OP that says no new updates for a while since you're updating again.

...Some of us are actually female here, and don't appreciate jokes like that even when brought up in praeteritio form...

^nah, totally cute. Like the chain just looks out of place... I don't really know how to explain it. Like it doesn't really look Kinky until you think about it...

I think the obvious is strength and stamina, as for as spells, no idea. I am guessing something like a big explosive bruiser though.

I'd say a spell to find your direction to wherever you need to be, or a spell to maze enemies in.
And a stampede spell: summon bulls to bullrush enemies

I still think Opal and Jacob should be inserted into the main canon.

I'm thinking Cretan codex will have spells that do things like increase the caster's size, or otherwise augment his melee capabilities. And maybe some sort of horn-themed projectile.

The cost, I think, will be related to the labyrinth. Some sort of inability to tell direction and a tendency to get lost in even the most straight forward of paths. This could extend to a mental issue as well as a physical one. The "ultimate spell" for the codex could be to trap your opponent in your own mental maze, making it difficult for them to cast spells or think clearly.

He who fights with shippers might take care lest he thereby become a shipper. And if you gaze for long into a fanart, the fanart gazes also into you.
