The robot goes looking for Kara's phone.

If it works, she'll go to find her girlfriend, not checking who's calling, since she doesn't consider the human's private communications to be any of her business.

It appears to be an incoming text message!
And Kara can be found in the shower, gloriously covered in suds from shampoo as she rinses her hair.

[Talnissa's]

Talnissa smiles, enjoying the view.

"Text for you, love."

[The Bushranger]

[Talnissa's]

Kara eeps in surprise, then grins, and reaches out, drying her hand on the towel outside the shower and reaching for the phone.
"Thanks, dear."
She blows a kiss to Talnissa with her other hand.

"You're welcome."

Normally, Talnissa would step into the shower with Kara, but she has a text, and it would be hard to do that without reading what it says, and her response, so the robot simply blows a kiss back and watches her girlfriend, for the moment.

Julie's Place

The ghostly hands pass through Edijar, causing not even a chill. In response, he begins to try and drag the ghost into the trap.

"You're welcome."

Normally, Talnissa would step into the shower with Kara, but she has a text, and it would be hard to do that without reading what it says, and her response, so the robot simply blows a kiss back and watches her girlfriend, for the moment.

Kara reads the message, and smiles.
"It's from Miss Aeryn. She says nobody needs to come into work until a crisis at the store gets resolved - I'm on paid leave until then..."

[Talnissa's]

The robot grins, and, since she now knows what was in it, goes to step in with her.

"Well, that's good. Other than, y'know, the crisis."

[The Bushranger]

[Talnissa's]

"Miss Aeryn can handle it. The store has defenses second to none."
Kara's smile grows as Talnissa joins her!

[Talnissa's]


"That's nice to hear... Speaking of the store, you said they're always looking for new weapons, right?", the robot says, grinning at Kara, and going to help her get cleaned up.

[The Bushranger]

[Talnissa's]

No doubt she's helping her get very clean.
"Mmmm. Yes, we are. Any sorts of weapons..."

[Lady Serpentine]

[Talnissa's]

Indeed.

"So, you'd be interested in things like that shield-gun, but adapted to be a glove instead of replacing an arm?"

[The Bushranger]

[Talnissa's]

"Mmmm, absolutely!"
Kara will, of course, return the favor as well.

[Lady Serpentine]

[Talnissa's]

Talnissa smiles happily, quite enjoying it, and continues.

"Then I'll get back to work on it. Would you be interested in helping?"

[The Bushranger]

[Talnissa's]

"Oh yes!" Kara gasps. "I...I'd love to help...and learn..."
At this point, the shower probably gets a steam curtain.

Well, Talnissa did promise not to skimp her education...

Some time later, a slightly wobbly-legged Kara will likely emerge from the shower and dry off then. Using what are no doubt nice fluffy towels. *nod*

[Talnissa's]

Extremely nice and fluffy. And lined with rabbit fur on one side, for the times when Talnissa doesn't particularly feel like changing into clothes once she's dry, but doesn't really just want to walk around naked, either.

The robot does much the same, though as she's stabilized, she's a bit less wobbly-legged. Also, she'll support Kara if it seems like she needs (or would simply prefer) it.

Fettina's Suite

Tina pushes her eggs around, scrambling them, dumping a few spices into the mix. Her eyes drift back to Evan, brow furrowed. He sounds a bit down.

"Oh, we'd talk about everything. Augments, jobs, clubs, the future. Boys." She smiles, a measure of nostalgia in her features. "Girls, sometimes. Well, at least, me and Gelley. Naitiri always got quiet when things like that came up." The musician shakes her head. "Gelley used to tease her about it. They'd get on each other's nerves quick." Tina waggles her eyebrows. "You shoulda seen the fights those two got into. Talk about property damage..."

Honeymoon

Adir's looking giddy and warm while they walk. He's already got a few drinks in his belly, and as a result, his stride isn't quite as steady as usual.

For once, even with alcohol inside him, Adir can't find a thing to say. He gives Sakura a sidelong look, lost for words.

Kara looks like she would appreciate behing stablised, even if she doesn't strictly need it.
And enjoys the soft fluffy towels very much.
"So, what shall we do today, besides, presumably, move some stuff?"

Sakura turns her head to grin at Adir. "I hope you didn't drink too much." She moves closer to him and wraps her arm around his waist. "I want this to be a night to remember." She kisses his arm.

Presumably they've stopped to change out of their wedding clothing since they aren't going anywhere where it can be kept safe. At least Sakura would have traded it out for something else.

Then stabilization likely occurs!

"Well, build things, I think. Go places, probably. Oh, and also, would you prefer to move in with me, or that I move in with you?"

Julie's Place

Most of Mainframebot's chassis is aluminum and silicone. Boo may be able to gnaw a hole in the chassis, but would need more than one bite to get to any of the circuits. Mainframebot continues to swing its arm to the captured ghost and hopefully force it into the trap.

Sakura turns her head to grin at Adir. "I hope you didn't drink too much." She moves closer to him and wraps her arm around his waist. "I want this to be a night to remember." She kisses his arm.

"Not near enough to forget you." Adir shifts the kissed arm and puts it around her shoulders. "Got something special planned?"

The stag's changed. A suit isn't fit for walking through the woods. Rather, he's dressed in a tunic of luxurious furs.

"Well, your place is a lot nicer," Kara admits with a grin. "So...I think here would be good. If you don't mind," she quickly adds.

Sakura probably just has one of her usual dresses. She's carrying a closed up bag too. Wonder what could be in that? <.<

"Maaaybe, but for tonight I just want to just be with you." She stops them from walking to pull him into a slow, but intense kiss. She pulls at his tunic a bit, making it very clear what's on her mind. "We should find a good place to stop." She whispers before abruptly trying to kiss him again.

Adir finds himself kissed again, and he growls with need. The stag breaks it off only to have a look around. He swallows, frowning at the trees. "Um... well... we're kinda in the middle of nowhere."

Sakura glances left, then right... No one around... "Good." She pushes him back against the nearest tree and proceeds to lay kisses on his neck. If she has her way, they'll be on the ground the the curtain will be pulled in short order.

Well this is a raunchy start to their honeymoon.

The curtain is hastily pulled.

Of course he would. Afterward, Sakura lies close to him. It's a bit awkward with her stomach and his antlers both limiting how they can lay, but they'll manage.

"Sorry about that." She says with a sly grin. Despite her demeanor, she's rather tired now. She probably would have been tired by now if it hadn't been a long day. She shifts to give him a tender kiss.
