He points straight ahead. The closest group is about forty yards out. There's a larger one at seventy yards.

Claire grins and says thanks. then she starts meditating and will then jump in the water.

Runner is curious by this. He stands up, then decides to follow her.

Not jumping in, of course. That would just be silly.

Instead, he just walks straight into the water.

Claire is swimming underwater, of course comfortably breathing. When she sees a crawdad she grabs it and surfaces.

In the cabin she shares with Shrike.

Shrike, also plotcloned, happens to be flopped on the bed on her stomach, looking relaxed, and perhaps just a little tipsy.

...and very tipsy. Although she might not be able to move anyway.

If she looks to the shore, she'll notice that Runner isn't there anymore.

Meanwhile, Runner looks up at the surface of the water.

Well, crap. He isn't gonna be able to swim up. And he doesn't have any kinda of lift boosters.

Guess he'll have to just walk back up.

But, he decides to go into motorcycle mode instead. Faster than walking.

So, if Claire stays on the surface long enough, she'll see a motorcycle roll out of the lake. She might notice that it's coloring is similar to Runner's. Lots of blue and silver.

Shrike giggles, and reaches over to give Zamira's shoulders a fond rubbing, as she admires her Lunar Mate.

And she keeps rubbing Zamira's shoulders.
