The Title of one of my Threads
Hello I am having a bit of trouble with one of the titles of my threads I had some players leaving and wanted to change it from closed to new interest to looking for replacements..I went to the first post to do so..while the title is changed once you open the thread ..it is still the same on the thread board...any idea why?

Re: The Title of one of my Threads
Is the thread older than 30 days? That would mean only a mod can change the title of the thread.
I use black for sarcasm.
Call me Rose, or The Rose Dragon. Rose Dragon is someone else entirely.
If you need me for something, please PM me about it. I am having difficulty keeping track of all my obligations.

Re: The Title of one of my Threads
The time limit is actually 28 days. I think you've just passed that mark. That's probably the issue.

Re: The Title of one of my Threads
You can ask a mod. I don't know of any other way to change a thread's title after the aforementioned 28 days.

Re: The Title of one of my Threads
Ask a mod. The one time I felt compelled to do it, I just reported the initial post. I imagine that PMing one of the mods for the forum in question would also take care of it, but if you do the report it will be seen by the first mod who comes on the scene instead of the one you PMed.

Re: The Title of one of my Threads
This has been answered here before, and the general sentiment of the mods (or rather, Roland, since he was doing almost all the modding at the time) seems to be that the report button can be used for anything that should be brought to a mod's attention, just as long as you don't care which mod takes care of it.

Re: The Title of one of my Threads
I'm not sure what the report button is for anymore. After all, the note under the report window when it's clicked is
"Note: This should be used to report spam, advertising messages, problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts as well as any posts you feel are or might be against the forum rules. You can also report your own posts if you feel you've posted in the wrong forum and would like your thread moved, for example."
So we are allowed to use it for other things?Currently RPG group playing: Endworld (D&D 5e. A Homebrewed post-apocalyptic supplement.)
My campaign settings: Azura; 10,000 CE | The Frozen Seas | Bloodstones (Paleolithic Horror) | AEGIS - The School for Superhero Children | Iaphela (5e, Elder Scrolls)
