check the other library from which your library always requests books? :)

the glass is always 100% full. Approximately 50% of its volume is full of dihydrogen monoxide and some dissolved solutes, and approx 50% a mixture of gasses known as "air" which contains roughly (by volume) 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.038% carbon dioxide, and trace amounts of other gases.

Saint doesn't actually give you wings. It's very powerful for it's LA though.

I'd 2nd the Celestial Bloodline, Outsider Wings. 2 feats, and you get wings. (with Saint on, cause Saint is awesome. That'll be 5 feats though)

Assuming he's thinking of what I'm thinking of, it's called Eyes of Light, and it's far less awesome than it sounds.

You can fire a ray "searing light" from your eyes as a Sp ability, but you can only do this once per day, because you burn the Aasimar's 1/day use of Light to use it.

In addition to being an Aasimar, you have to pick up the Celestial Bloodline feat.

So yeah, you're probably better off just grabbing Warlock and firing Eldritch Blasts from your eyes.

Outsider Wings should be a solid way of doing it. Strongly suggest that; it's specifically written for Aasimar and Tieflings to gain Wings related to their heritage (in Aasimars' case, Angelic).

Yes, it's a feat from Races of Faerun.

You can also get the fire eye from an Eye of Fear and Flame grafted in replace of one of your eyes. 10d6 fireball once per day IIRC. Something like 20k gp maybe?

Why go to all that trouble? Ocular Spell. Fire anything out of your eyes.

Non-caster? It, for some stupid reason, by the grafting rules is non-magical so AMF's don't matter? Because I can beat up a skelaton, rip its ruby eyes out, shove them into my sockets, and gain heat vision?

Use Alter Self to turn yourself into a Raptoran?
    Probably the cheapest method.

I would say Wish, but you're probably too low level for that.
