I'm one of those people whose sleep requirements continuously fluctuate - at the moment I'm running quite long at 10 hours and will probably need less and less over the next couple of weeks.
Does this happen to anyone else, or is it just me being odd?
Luckily I can wake up and get on with things relatively easily, even in a sleep-deprived state, so whenever I have a schedule I can normally stick to it. Otherwise my life would be an absolute nightmare. Get it, sleep, etc.

The salt has to be in an unbroken circle, so that if something does go wrong it's trapped within the circle.
Alternatively, mix it in with water and annoint all around the doors and windows to trap it within the room. It also acts as a purifier.
Likewise, iron for all exists and entrances.
Evil spirits don't like garlic at all, hang one clove at each doorway and window; and for extra protection, one in your pocket too. Or if you don't fancy the smell, use bells. Bells can repel ghosts.
If you have any rowan, hawthorne or oak trees near the house, pick a green green (green because it'ss still growing) branch and hang it over the main doorways into the room. Alternatively, if you have hazelnuts in the house, put some on a string, and hang them over the door.

    Oh God, no!
That song nauseates me for some reason, as though something in my bones rebels against the vibrations in my ears.
Its saving grace is the fact that whenever the rapper's face is on-screen in the video, pausing it will give you a chuckleworthy facial expression.
