Meidani nods. A friend of mine who's a Lunar just starts compulsively mothering everyone around her.

Meidani looks at her. I know that it's different for every Exalted.

((Hmm. She'd know to hide it if she had reason to avoid that then.))

"They can be similar, but yes. That was meant to be another joke."
Censhu shakes her head.

Eh... I keep on missing those.

Sorry. Bit slow at the moment, it seems.

Meidani yawns. And that would be why.

[Recaiden]

Censhu smiles and stands up.
"Let's let you get to sleep then. A little rest after such constant travel."
She tries to help Meidani up if she needs it.

Meidani does accept the help. All right. Are they going to want any other precautions in the night?

[Recaiden]

"A lock on the door and wheel, probably."
Censhuliel shrugs.

[horngeek]

Meidani nods. Fair enough. They'd probably want my legs chained as well, right?

[Recaiden]

"To keep you from awkwardly pacing around the inside of the vardo? No."
Censhu leads her over to a wagon. Or tries.

Meidani chuckles. Good point. I just keep on thinking how I'd hold me.

She walks beside Censhu.

[Recaiden]

"Why keep wondering that?"
Censhu opens the door up for her, and then goes to get locks.

Meidani steps up. Dunno.

She heads to the mattress. So, do I have this to myself?

[Recaiden]

*click* go the things on the wheels.
"Yes. We don't have any guests at the moment, or need it for storage, so you get it."

[horngeek]

All right.

See you in the morning, then?

[Recaiden]

"Yes. Good night."

The door shuts, and then a lock is slid through and fastened.
Censhu goes off to convince the NPCs not to kill them.

Meidani starts to drift off to sleep.

Erin just might take up that offer, but, at the moment, she's too busy dropping to the ground, screaming, and clawing at her face.

A giggle is directed at Erin "What is the matter sweetie? Got something in your eye? I thought that you would have had a shot at me first before going down injured."

[Recaiden]

Various caravansaries talk, if those are the right words.

Everyone agrees that Solars are bad in general, as are all Exalted. But they have a Lunar they think is okay, so maybe a Solar can be. And some secretly like the orderliness of it.

Eventually, they too go to sleep, who aren't on watch at the time.

And Meidani does drift off to sleep!

Next morning?

[Recaiden]

The next morning... (Do people in creation use weeks?)) people wake up! Rather early, a bit before sunrise, Meidani could hear the sound of people moving and talking.

[horngeek]

Meidani yawns, lying on her belly.

Without either some help or significant effort, she can't really get up.

She listens in interest, though.

She should get practice. What if no one comes to let her out?

It's hard to make out words at this distance, but people sound generally happy.

Probably. She wriggles up to the side of the wagon and rolls over, then sits up using the side of the wagon.

And if no one comes to let her out... she'll wait. After all, the door's locked anyway.

[Recaiden]

There's a little window. Maybe 6 inches across, and with no way to open it.
She could see the plains going on towards a small woods a ways off, and a man carrying a bucket of water through her field of vision.

Donald nods. Ah that sounds unfortunate. So you are stranded here? Could be worse places to be though. He says as he hits the beach and heads over towards some of the trees not to far from the beach.
