Default GURPS: group hated my sci-fi idea switched it to fantasy

I have dungeon fantasy 1-12, the fantasy book, 5 Thaumatology book, two Alphabet Arcane, dragons, magic, magic plants, fantasy tech 1, and all the low tech books for armor and weapons. does anyone have any i missed or should get? All of these seem to add a lot to the customization and that is what my group wants.

That seems like a perfectly fine set of books for what you're wanting. If they really want customization, I'd advise you to allow some leniency with the racial/class templates if you decide to use them at all.

Ya railroading them on anything really isn't my thing. I give them a good amount of freedom but yank back on the leash if they go to far. Magic looks like it needs a fair deal of oversight though.

    Yank on the leash?

    If they go too far?

    Seriously?

Also, magic is incredibly difficult when combined with prerequisites, critical failures, and energy costs.
