    Vice Captain of the 7th Divison
    Reiatsu: White(Gray for speaking)

    Apperance: Vasae seems slight, though tall. The word willowy might be apt if it were not for the muscles he clearly posses. He wears the traditional Vice Captains outfit, though his sleeves are cut off, the badge of his office tattooed to his arm. He sports several earrings and a nose ring, and his fiery red hair is pulled back into a small pony tail. It’s said in several of the 7th circle shower rooms and private bath houses he has a tattoo of an oni on his back, and an angel on his chest. It is strange to see him smile, his mood often that of quiet acceptance.

    Personality: Despite his rough exterior, Vasae is a meek man, almost a door mat. He defaults to his twin brothers more assertive personality in all things and often speaks his mind, often only making a single sound of agreement or dissent. In the face of this, he is a fierce and unrelenting opponent, whose calm features

    Zanpaktou: Munashii-Munashii is a traditional western sword that Vasae wears along the small of his back.

    Shikai: Brace! Munashii!- Vasae’s sword snaps in two, the metal suddenly coating the undersides of his arm before turning into a pair of tonfa. Agility, physical speed and strength are boosted. The tonfa are diamond hard, and make excellent shields to all but the hardest attacks. They have been noted to being able to block powerful cero’s and even direct kido attacks.

    Bankai: Once both have called out Bankai, Vasae’s tonfa’s grow into a massive two handed sword which he keeps placed in the oirignal location of his weapon. A large sash is attached to the blade handle, and he cause use this to swing the Zanpaktou around giving it an effecitvly larger reach. The sides of the blade have the image of an oni and an angel, and both slowly start to glow the more time passes. This energy can be released in a massive cutting blast.

    Kusato Ikaru

    Reiatsu: Black

    Appearance: Kusato is slight, and tall. He wears the traditional Vice Captains outfit, keeping the sleeves. He sports no peircings or tattooes, and his fiery red hair is slicked back over his head. He always appears to be smiling, with closed eyes, and wears a pair of Scary Shiny Glasses.

    Personality: Kusato is a loudmouthed, smooth-talking, charismatic conman-type character who tends to get his way over his twin brother. He dislikes violence because of the potential of him getting hurt, but he will happily steal, con, trick and cheat in order to win a fight. He is darkly cheerful and has an acerbic wit which he uses to rile people up. He always pokes fun at his twin brother, but clearly regards him with immense affection.

    Zanpaktou: The name is Firano, and it is a traditional Western longsword, but made of glass.

    Shikai: Shatter, Firano!- Kusato’s glass sword shatters into a thousand pieces of broken glass, which spreads over the whole area. The glass scatters the floor, ridiculously sharp, but he and Vasae can both move over it unharmed, the glass crunching harmlessly against their bare feet (can we have them both always barefoot?). And the glass can also be animated to move ina deadly razor cloud like Byakuya's petals, but this takes a lot of effort on Kusato's part and cannot be maintained long.

    The 100-foot area which the broken glass covers has a particularly strong, increased gravity which means shunpo or sonido cannot be used while inside the area of broken glass, and neither can leaping into the air or flying be used to escape having to walk over the glass.

    Bankai: His Bankai is identical to his Shikai except the glass is permanently animated and can be made into shields, complex constructs that Vasae can run over, or even "broken glass golem" creatures. The broken glass reflects blindingly in the sun, flooding the area with light that blinds everyone apart from Kusato and Vasae. Then the shining glass forms bridges, platforms, cascades into stairs, etc.

    When in Bankai, Kusato's reiatsu mixes with his twin brother's to create one Captain-level grey reiatsu.

    Appearance: Viatrix now wears a uniform similar to Mia's, but fit for herself. Her mask fragment borders the left side of her chin, and her hollow hole is at the base of her neck on her torso. Though she usually covers the left side of her face with her long hair, and her hole with a cape.

    Personality: Viatrix merely wishes to be left to herself, and if it weren't for the fact that she can't stay in her pocket dimension forever (no reishi particles to keep her alive), she would. Despite her aversion to people, she has an odd habit of stalking those she likes. She also seems to have a personal form of Hell Butterflies that she stole, and speaks through. She never talks to people directly, aside from calling her doll.
    She has a sister, Eirene, and while she doesn't directly talk to her either, she usually stays by her. She is the younger of the two.


    Zanpaktou: Eingang (german for 'doorway').

    Eingang now takes the form of a short dagger that Viatrix keeps concealed at most times.

    Resurreccion: "Throw Wide, Eingang!"

    Viatrix grows bone-like, wide blunt "claws" around her hands and feet, and a long, frayed tail that are similar to her former dolls', and a ribbon of what seems to be pure space wraps around her form.

    Viatrix retains her ability to manipulate space, moving objects around. However, in addition, she can copy space in the same manner, creating an exact replica. She can also duplicate energy, multiplying her own, or cero and bala she blocks through her pocket portals manifold, but in such a case every instance after the first loses around 10% effectiveness (Original: 100%, copy 1: 90%, copy 2: 81%, copy 3: 72%, and so on). Outside of her pocket dimension, copies of space such as buildings and other structures begin to crumble after a short while. In her pocket dimension, however, she's free to manipulate things as she pleases.

    Cero, bala, and other energy attacks can be stored in her pocket dimension for a short period of time, but after about a day they disappear.


    Other powers:
    Hierro: Viatrix has average hierro.

    Cero/Bala: Viatrix has average cero and bala.

    Sonido: Viatrix rarely uses sonido, as after several uses she tends to tire out.

    Pesquisa: Viatrix can use Pesquisa through any one of her void butterflies.

    Unreleased powers: When unreleased, Viatrix has full space manipulation powers short of being able to copy space/energy, she has a personal null-reiatsu field on herself without needing to focus at all times, instead of speaking she now mentally projects any messages she wishes to send into her void butterflies, and she can see through any one of her void butterflies as if seeing it through her own eyes (however it's much more effective opening a portal and seeing through multiple screens).

    Inside of her pocket dimension, Vi has crude manipulation abilities that allow her to shape the landscape any way she wishes. The pocket dimension never seems to run out of space, either... At least, not yet.

    Name: Hector Dietrich

    Appearance: Standing a mere 5'9", and weighing only 150 lbs., Hector isn't nearly as impressive as several of his comrades. However, he is very fit, and incredibly graceful. His hair is a sandy blonde, kept in a loose ponytail. His eyes are a pleasant brown shade. He keeps himself clean-shaven.
    He typically dresses in loose, nondescript pants and shirts, with heavy work boots on his feet. His belt has multiple small pouches on it, each of them containing a metal tube with a sealed cap on a hinge. He typically wears a vest with several of these scattered all over as well.

    Personality: Hector is a quiet man, preferring to read a good book, or perhaps tinker with machines. He likes working with metal and machines quite a bit. He dislikes violence, preferring to get it over with when he does have to use it. He was originally seeking only to live in peace. He didn't want to feed on humans, or make any kind of war. His mind has convinced itself that Hans will give them all peace, and then he'll have forever to read and tinker.

    Doll: Isern (Old English for "iron")

    When sealed, his doll takes the form of two simple, thick rings on his hands, one on each middle finger.

    When released, at first Isern just appears to be two gauntlets that give him a fair degree of magnetic control. His belt and vest pouches actually contain multiple vials of iron powder; Hector often controls this powder to attack his foes with constantly-shifting flying bits of metal. He will sometimes condense all of the powder into a pair of short swords, gladius-style. He can affect metal beyond his stored powder; he simply stores it to always have it on hand.

    Isern actually takes the form of an iron golem. He is similar to Hector, in that he tends to be taciturn in his speaking. He's more aggressive, though; Isern enjoys a good fight. Isern is capable of separate magnetic manipulation, and is much more powerful at doing so than Hector with his gauntlets. His control is not as fine, however. Isern often uses surrounding bits of scrap metal to temporarily augment itself. It can theoretically control enough to wrap itself in so much metal as to be the size of a building; however, no one has actually seen this happen.

    Hector prefers to let Isern go in and fight, while he hangs back and observes and analyzes. As well, Isern isn't truly destroyed unless the gauntlets are broken; destroying his body only hurts him for a time.

    Update: Hector has recently gone through a merger with his doll. He no longer needs to manifest gauntlets to control metal. The bracelets have disappeared.
    He can either manifest Isern separately, or they form a merged being known as Hectern, who looks about like this. His abilities have increased in power across the board, though not quite reaching a point where they've doubled.

    Appearance: Marco has an exceptional athletic build for his apparent age, with bits of white along the sideburns and goatee contrasting his mainly black hair. He always wears sunglasses to hide his red eyes from curious humans of the normal variety (common folk.) His usual attire is that of white running shoes with modest red decoration, black jeans, and a red t-shirt under a black leather jacket. He will always have his doll, a deck of cards, on hand. Unless he has reason not to, he will always be shuffling.
    Personality: Marco Gutman is very competitive, and a good sport if he's beaten. After all, you have to respect someone who can win even though his opponent is cheating. He sees life as a game, and the rules enforced by people only count if you get caught by said enforcers. When he isn't competing, he's very friendly and carefree. He speaks with a bit of a drawl.
    Doll: Karte (German for Card)
    The way Karte manifests depends on what sort of card Marco draws. Different suits represent different weapons, and different values of card specify the form: Numbers are floating objects, jacks are ranged combatants, queens are superspeed skirmishers, and kings have supernatural strength and toughness. Aces let Marco pick any form of manifestation in the ace's suit. Jokers don't manifest Karte herself, but a duplicate of Marco's opponent that's loyal to him and reversed in nature: shinigami are made to fight their inner hollow, while hollows must face a manifestation of their benign zanpaktou form.

    Unlike Marco, Karte takes all forms of combat extremely seriously. It is only though loyalty to Marco that her sense of honor is prevented from making her expose him when he cheats.

    A young man in his prime, Damara has a slender but very fit form. His eyes are brown and observant, and he studies new people or phenomena very carefully when he first encounters them. His hair is black, and kept short with a conservative cut. His personal appearance is immaculate, without so much as a hair out of place. This is not due to vanity; he simply feels it is his duty to look proper because of his high position, and in times of great stress or concern his appearance begins to look more unkempt. He wears the standard Shinigami uniform, with no personal additions or changes with the exception of a small silver neck band. He wears his Zanpakuto on his left hip.

    When he is alone or in the company of those he doesn't know well, Damara is a quiet, shy individual who speaks rarely, and softly when he does, and he keeps his face clear of emotion. When with friends, Damara opens up a bit, speaking more often and showing emotion more freely, but he finds it very difficult to make friends. Damara has a keen analytical eye, and is very perceptive of occurrences around him. He is a very meticulous person, and he doesn't do anything by half.

    Damara was placed in the twenty second district of the Rukongai after his death in the human world. His life there was uninteresting and uneventful. He lived alone in a simple routine without real purpose. He was not happy, but he was content with his simple life. Over time, however, he noticed that he aged at an extremely slow rate compared to his neighbors and other people that he saw on a regular basis (As he did not have any close friends, he did not realize that hunger was also a sign of spiritual power). With this knowledge, he realized that that meant he had a significant level of spiritual energy, qualifying him to enter the Shinigami academy. Damara had long envied the Shinigamis of the sereitei, as the thought of keeping balance between the two worlds appealed to him.
    Leaving his routine, Damara entered the Shinigami academy and plied his studies with the quiet, diligent effort that was characteristic of him. He made few friends in his school days, devoting most of his time to study and practice. His constant efforts paid off, however. Damara got extremely high ranks in all of his classes, showing extraordinary aptitude at sword fighting and a high level of technical ability with Kido.
    Damara finally graduated from the academy (with honors) and was assigned to the Sixth Division Squad. He took well to field work, and quickly gained a reputation as a loyal and hardworking shinigami who was willing to follow orders. Although he still had trouble making actual friends, he was in general well-liked by his squadmates. Over time, Damara climbed through the ranks at a fast but not startling rate, eventually reaching his current position as Vice-Captain.

    Spirit: A pulsing white light, it frequently urges Damara to action without his usual careful forethought, a more reckless and immediate spirit to Damara's endless caution. Despite this contrast, Damara and Shiro Hoshi are very close, and Damara spends much of his free time communing with his Zanpakuto Spirit. Shiro Hoshi is much more talkative than most Zanpakuto Spirits, regularly commenting on Damara's present circumstances.

    In its sealed form, Damara's Zanpakuto is a simple katana with a crossguard shaped like a mid-sized starburst, carefully designed so as not to get in the way. The hilt is white, and wrapped in strips of white sharkskin. A small, flawless sapphire is embedded into the pommel. The blade itself is highly polished and is razor sharp.

    Shikai: "Cast Away the Darkness"

    When the command is uttered, Shiro Hoshi flashes very brightly, blinding any but Damara who is looking at it. Afterwords, Shiro Hoshi continues to shine very brightly to the perception of anyone except Damara, who is not negatively affected by it. This can make it difficult to pin down the sword's exact location. The blade of the sword also trails an afterimage of its movements by three feet. Shiro Hoshi has three commands in this form:
    White Wave: Damara swings Shiro Hoshi in a vertical or horizontal arc, which projects a wave of kido energy outwards. This is a simple attack which can be done repeatedly, and is moderately powerful. The kido is thin but strong and very sharp, allowing it to cut through most terrestrial materials.
    Solar Flare: Shiro Hoshi pulses once and then flashes in a manner identical to its shikai command, potentially catching an opponent off guard and blinding them. The move also has a secondary effect, however, reflecting any moderately powerful kido or cero technique that gets caught in the second flash.
    Fall: Shiro Hoshi is immediately pulled towards the largest immediate source of gravity at an extremely rapid rate, effortlessly slicing through obstructions or anything else that gets in the way. Damara has trained very hard to keep a hold on his Zanpakuto during this move. The technique is extremely powerful, and enables Shiro Hoshi to cut through almost anything. There are drawbacks, however. The technique is very difficult to control, and once it is started it cannot be stopped until Shiro Hoshi hits the ground or doesn't move for ten seconds, which can leave Damara vulnerable.

    Bankai: Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi (Eternal White Star)

    When Bankai is activated, Shiro Hoshi sheds its bright white glow for a dull, dark blue one. The blade itself extends slightly, and the hilt fades in color until it is only a shade lighter than the sapphire in its pommel. The blade stops trailing at this point. Pricks of light appear on the blade of Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi, simulating a night sky.
    Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi is nearly indestructible and impossibly sharp, creating a formidable weapon. It also is wrapped in a blanket of kido, allowing it to parry mystic attacks as well as physical ones.
    The shed white light from the bankai transformation is transferred to Damara's back, forming angular, indistinct wings of light. These wings have two effects: they allow Damara to fly at high speeds, and they also can serve as shields against attacks.
    Activating Bankai also gives Damara a large boost to his physical abilities, and heals him of any injuries he has sustained in battle up to this point.
    Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi has five commands:
    Shooting Star Blade: The stars in Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi's blade expand in size until the sword takes on the appearance of its shikai, and then the sword hurtles in a direction of Damara's choosing. Damara can switch direction mid strike or end it at any time. The technique is very similar to the Fall command of the Shikai, but has more control and more power.
    Meteor Storm: The stars separate from Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi's blade, and then lance towards an opponent or opponents, forming a number of powerful strikes. It is very difficult to deflect all of the meteors, and they travel very quickly, making this a very deadly technique.
    Shield of the Night Sky: Damara swings Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi in an arc in front of him, trailing parts of its kido blanket, which can be used as a shield. If Damara desires, he can activate the Meteor Storm command from this shield.
    Night Tide: Damara swings Eikyuu Shiro Hoshi in a vertical or horizontal arc, releasing a large wave of damaging kido energy The technique is similar to the White Wave attack, but it is larger and stronger, making it unable to perform the precision cuts of White Wave in exchange for increased area of effect and power.
    Heart of the Star: A blinding light fills a radius of twenty feet around Damara, making it almost impossible to see for anyone except him within this area. The area of the technique is ringed with white hot flames that do not burn anyone entering the area, but cause serious burns to any opponent attempting to leave. The technique lasts for two minutes before fading, and is very draining on Damara, likely causing him to drop bankai after it ends.

    Appearance: Eirine appears as a teenage girl no older than 16. She has short, black hair that she wears up with a hairclip, and brown eyes. Her wardrobe changes a lot as well, like her sister. However, unlike her sister, she often goes up to complete strangers asking if they notice any difference.

    Personality: Eirine loves talking to others, especially strangers. She can't understand why people don't want to talk to her, or why her sister doesn't speak at all. She's very spacy, going into long tangents, and optimistic. She's never sad. Ever.
    She justifies following Hans' orders to herself in that she wants to be with her "sister" in peace forever.

    Doll: Zeitsrom (german for 'timestream').

    Zeitstrom is Eirine's hair clip. When called, it appears as this. It is about 20 feet long, but 3 feet wide. It's black, unlike her sister's.

    The creature itself usually wraps itself around Eirine. When it moves through the air it creates temporal variations. Allowing her to rewind and pause time. The following are the limitations: When pausing and rewinding time, sentient beings keep their current status. So if she gets stabbed, she can't undo it. This applies to others as well. So if she pauses time and stabs someone, it will have no effect, as after time goes back to normal their revert to how they were.

    Even in hairclip form, everything around her is slightly slower. Making her and Viatrix (If she is near) appear faster. And allowing them to react slightly better.

    Appearance: Aloysius looks like a young man, with black hair. He generally wears a black coat.

    Personality: Aloysius is very care-free, and he doesn't like being dominated. He has a tendency to make snide references to modern and ancient art and fiction. And he frequents the TV Tropes site.

    Doll: Mordwaffe (german for "Murder Weapon")

    Mordwaffe normally takes the form of a simple metal sphere. By calling out Mordwaffe xth style, *name of style*, Aloysius can transform Mordwaffe into a number of different weapons.

    1st style, Shooter: This form, the most often used, if a gun that is ornately decorated. It can fire powerful reiatsu bullets at the rate of 1 a second.

    2nd style, Rain of Shots: This form consists of two guns, each of which fires bullets weaker but at a higher rate than the 1st style. This produces a very high rate of fire.

    3rd style, Slicer: This style takes the form of a polearm that essentially is a Blade on a Stick. Used for slashing as well as stabbing.

    4th style, Hoplite: This form is a Greek spear and shield. It is not used often as that arnament isn't too good for solo fights.

    Appearance: Somewhat shorter than average, Kureji appears to be in his late teens. He has shoulder-length brown hair, large brown doe eyes, and a button nose. Normally wears standard shinigami uniform, a horrified expression, and some sort of disgusting fluid (blood, bile, pus, amniotic fluid, battery acid) splattered across himself.

    Personality: Wanting to make his mother happy, Kureji joined the shinigami academy and passed with above-average grades. Hearing that the 12th Division was populated by all kinds of geniuses, and hardly ever saw field action, he signed up there. This was a mistake, as the increasing mental trauma caused from becoming the flunky of choice in the division has shown.

    Although he's yet to be promoted, some believe that his increasing strength as a combatant makes it only a matter of time before he kills off a seated officer during a psychotic break.

    Shikai:
    "Bring it down, Kujirakira"
    Kureji's standard zanpaktou shifts into a harpoon. Its shaft is smooth bone, like an elongated femur, while its bone head is more like a spiny protusion from some deep-sea creature. Kujirakira is attached to the wrist by a chain, making retrieving it (or pulling yourself after it) an easier prospect. When the head impacts into an enemy, the spines in the head ripple and shift, lodging painfully in the body, and taking chunks with it when removed

    Little is accurately known about Kuenai, which may have much to do with the weaving of illusions her zanpakutou can do. She does profess that she does nothing to her normal appearance, though there is much gossip if this is in fact true.

    Mattheus, also known as Matt, adheres to the Quincy dress code... whenever he can't get away with dressing the manner he wants, although, he will always wear some manner of Quincy uniform clothing underneath his favourite garb. Said favourite garb would be the Duster coat he usually wears, allong with the large scarf that covers his neck and partially his chinn as well, at least when in its usual, slightly crumpled state. What is important not to forget however, is the hat, his pride, he found it some years ago, and since then, he still has not lost it, although, he usually has a knack for misplacing things, this hat is an exception. He once chased down a train using Godstep, and actually knocking on the drivers window, just because he had forgotten the hat aboard. The thought of waiting at the next station did not occur to him.

    In addition to his clothing, the man looks... ruggedly handsome, a long, blonde braid flowing down his back, almost slightly reddish in colour, but, as said, the dominant shade would be blonde. He often smokes a cigarillo, he likes the taste of them better than cigarettes... and he finds them to look better as well.

    Bow:
    Two guns, very long, relatively high, square barrels, weighing several Kilos each. He preffers them to his bow, which he can still pull from uniting his two guns into one cloud of Reishi from which the silver and black brittish longbow appears.

    Catrin Gunda is one of the enslaved Bounts under the control of Hans Rojak, though like some of them she bears a hatred for the man and sees him as a false savior. Behind the control of the marks that Rojak hands out so freely, longs a Bount desperate to return to the world of mortals to live free and how she wishes.

    Appearance: Catrin is a black haired girl a little on the short side, with almost radioactive green eyes that actually do glow whenever the light is soft enough to pick out such an effect. Dressed in a gothic Lolita dress, it’s easy to mistake Catrin for a little girl but woe to those who call her something like that to her face. She can most often be seen lugging around two onyx colored knives the length of her forearms strapped to her back in an ‘X’ shape, which anyone who knew she was a Bount could guess what those were.

    Personality: Catrin is a sullen and moody bount who tends to snap at people who try to get friendly with her, the stress of her current position as a grunt worker having worked away any politeness she MIGHT have had in the first place. Quick to take offense, Catrin is nonetheless rather clever and knows when to fold and when to put on a show to deter others. An excellent bluffer, she is nonetheless constantly reminded about how small she is in the grand plan of things and thus takes some offense to accusations that she is un-important in some fashion.

    Doll: “Zeige Dich Geisterstein” (German for "Spirit Stone"). Catrin’s doll is sealed in the form of two long knives shaped vaguely like letter openers with circular guards to protect her hands. By crossing the blades and calling on Geisterstein, she is able to call forth a giant man made out of cast iron and onyx with a mysterious green glow that defies conventional identification seeping out of cracks and opening in the humanoid body. The center of Geisterstein’s chest is actually continuously open to expose a glowing green sphere about the size of Catrin’s body with two black rings swirling about it.

    Geisterstein is mostly used for the purposes of scaring of potential enemies since, while Catrin and Geisterstein are on good relations, the gigantic doll is clumsy and slow when compared to the speed of sonido and shunpo. Where it to ever actually catch an enemy with one of it’s heavy-handed blows, there is the possibility for heavy damage to be done but aside from extensive property damage, Geisterstein hasn’t hit someone yet. Aside from the doll’s impressive strength though, it is capable of firing a blast of green reiatsu from it’s chest cavity at enemies and is similar to a good cero in destructive power but takes several seconds to charge and the beam is not quick.
    Perhaps the only good thing Geisterstein is good at besides being scary, is to be a walking, talking, and fighting shield for Catrin herself. The doll can take massive blows and sustain heavy damage before it is in risk of crumbling apart though that is unlikely with how quickly it repairs itself.

    Most often Catrin will use Geisterstein as a ‘human’ shield to save herself from potentially lethal attacks before fleeing since the one impressive deed about Geisterstein is just how quickly it can be summoned. Useful for a living shield that towers over most anything at forty-five stories tall.

    Rank: unseated Shinigami of the 8th division, has the skill to become a seated officer, he is too lazy to attempt it at the moment though.

    Appearance: Short brown hair and a shinigami's hakama but the white stripes that are found at the top of the uniform are covered in symbols.

    Personality:
    A laid back, Shinigami who spends most of his free time either training or just relaxing, he is the kind of person who likes a good laugh but has a short temper when it is clear that someone is hiding something from him. His affection for Feiyan of the 4th division may prove to be a driving force later in the RP.

    Reiatsu: Sea Blue

    Zanpaktou: Kaisui or Seawater

    Basic Appearance: It looks like a katana with blue grip and gold tsuba.

    Shikai Release Command: Commander of the seven seas, Kaisui!

    Shikai Effect: The sword splits into seven daggers that hover around Jack and can fly towards enemies or defend him. He is also able to send energy towards his enemy in the form of icy water.

    Appearance:
    Yumi is fairly tall for a woman, clocking in close to 6 feet tall. Her body is thin, scrawny, and not very muscular aside from her legs, which are accustomed to being used to run away. All in all, she isn't well built for close quarters combat. Her white (bleached) hair reaches down just past her neck. Her features are sharp and hawklike, and the most striking feature of her face is by far her stunningly amber eyes.

    When not in standard Quincy uniform or her own custom camo uniform used for her long-distance "fighting", she tends to wear a white, frilly dress with lace which exposes parts of her back and upper torso. On her upper right shoulder is a detailed tattoo of a heart wrapped in barbed wire.


    Personality:
    Yumi is fairly bipolar in regular day-to-day activity, going from anywhere to unsuppressably hyper/happy to inconsolably depressed at the flip of a coin. At times she can be slightly goofy or exaggerated, but it's mostly a facade, as when she gets into position she's all business, taking into account every detail, which makes her feared far and wide as one of the most accurate shots among Quincy in all history. She's fairly close to Ran, as she's his foster sister under Hitomi, which happened after her parents disowned her for joining the Golden Sun Yakuza.

    Another of Yumi's quirks: She loves candy, and other sweets; and can usually be seen with a sucker in her mouth.

    Yumi's 'bow' takes the form of a black standard Barret .50 cal. The scope not only enhances her ability to spot foes, but also her ability to detect spiritual energy, which is rumored to be (yet again) one of the best. The combined factors add up to her being able to fire shots accurately at targets miles away from her position. The "shells" produced pierce armor and even (superior) hierro like butter. Only the strongest defenses have a hope of mitigating the blow. She can manifest her own bow, but never does, usually preferring to retreat before resorting to it.


    Combat:
    Yumi is, more or less, a glass cannon. While her shots are accurate and devastating from far away, and her ability to hide both her presence physically and spiritually is better than most, she is -very- weak in a frontal assault, and usually takes to God-stepping away from any threats that come close to her.

    Shoken is a horrible rumor given flesh and form, one of the terrible Vasto Lorde who lurked within the depths of Hueco Mundo with a small tribe of natural arrancar as 'kin'. Shoken made herself their steward and watched over them, granting protection from the dangers of the Hollow world even as they provided the satisfaction of some base feeling for their 'lord'. It all came to naught one 'day' when a battle group of shinigami, seeking to assault the territories of the Espada happened upon this village while Shoken was away. The massacre was swift and merciless, the un-prepared arrancar had grown soft under Shoken's protection and proved no match for the shinigami and the last of them fell before Shoken's very own eyes. The frenzy the Vasto Lorde visited upon these trespassers devastated the shinigami with only a few survivors of the ferocious assault, half-crazed with madness reports of what they had seen revealing the presence of the Vasto Lords. But the assault had taken it's toll on Shoken and the loss of those in her care caused the menos to fall into a catatonic stupor in the depths of Hueco Mundo.

    The predatory gillians and Adjuchas were never ones to pass up easy prey, especially one like Shoken and in that slumber the Vasto Lord perished to the talons and claws of her lower kin. For a time there was peace but then Shoken was reborn by Harubo of the Olympians into Athena, and the fires of vengeance for the shinigami who killed her charges and Hueco Mundo who killed her burns hotter then the brightest star.

    Appearance: Shoken bears only a single remainder of her time as a Vasto Lorde, a bone-white 'mask' that bore a raised ridge down the center in a style like those of ancient Spartans. Upon her transformation, it became nothing more then a peculiar helm that she can remove at will and wears in war-times. Curly blond hair the hue of honey lays beneath, the ringlets long enough to reach her shoulders when not tied back out of the way of Shoken's calm face. Deep brown eyes bear the appearance of age behind the woman's obvious years and brim with wisdom that can warm another's heart, complimenting the soft features of one who could inspire un-told heroics in others. Elegant, aloof, and beautiful Shoken bears disfigurement in a deep angry scar crossing diagonally across the bridge of her nose from above her left eye down unto her right cheek, telling that this woman isn't afraid to get her own hands dirty when needed. Her apparel is mutable, better to fit the occasion or to blend in where she is not wanted, but the most common is a virgin white tunic and long skirt, a wreath of ivy acting as a belt about her waist. Despite the billowing nature of her preferred garments, Shoken is un-unmistakeably a woman (with assets to make Bleach proud). When garbed for war, wearing her helm and carrying the Calx Aegis and Labyrs into battle, Shoken truly does seem to be Athena in the flesh and it's not hard to believe the heroics she performs.

    Personality: Athena is a driven and focused individual who always tries to take a larger view of the matters at hand. A natural commander, Athena carries an innate sensation to ensure the welfare of her 'charges' that carries over into her tactics and reactions to stimuli.

    While Athena honestly feels that the destruction of the Soul Society and the Espada would bring un-rivaled chaos and destruction to the world and all in it, the 'slight' she was paid before her re-birth burns hot beneath a cool exterior and so she never doubts her intent. That said, Athena does tend to under-estimate her opponents at first due to her previous power and despite her efforts has been unable to break herself of this habit. Though when exploited in such a fashion, she is always quick to remind the offender. 'Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.'

    Abilities: Athena's essence was invariably corrupted by her abrupt re-birth into an Olympian, losing the majority of her Hollow powers that make a Vasto Lord such a dire threat in the process of gaining the abilities of an Olympian. As such, she's commonly joked that it was a lateral promotion rather then an actual gain.

    Labrys: Both the name of Athena's chosen weapon and what it is, the Olmypian can almost always be seen with this perfectly symmetrical double-headed axe clutched in her right hand. Commonly used in forestry, Athena has turned this bronze-colored weapon to the darker purpose of cleaving shinigami and arrancar flesh both from bone in great hewing cuts with the saw-edged blades. A task, Athena notes with pleasure, that Labrys is able to accomplish quite well since it bares similarities to a zanpaktou in that it is an extension of her spiritual pressure and can cut spiritual entities like shinigami. While extremely sharp, Labrys is otherwise un-notable for any special powers or abilities though (aside from returning to her hand if thrown) Athena has boasted that it is sharp enough that just looking at it's edge is enough to cut someone. (OOC Note:Those able to keep up with high-speed sonido are able to tell that this 'ability' is Athena simply dashing forward to cut at her opponent with startling speed and retreating back to the position she had been in before as if nothing had happened.)

    Calx Aegis: The name of the large round shield that Athena wields in serious battle, it is large enough to protect most of Athena's body when used defensively and bears the grim image of a snake-haired woman in the center of the shield. However, Calx Aegis has a far more sinister power whenever Athena uses her spirit energy and the woman's eyes glow yellow. Those looking at Athena at that time find themselves cursed by the shield and beginning to turn to un-living stone by it's power. Fortunately, it appears that the more reiatsu that a person has, the slower the curse works and healing kido has proven able to remove the curse. Restoring the petrified is even possible, as long as it occurs before the transformation is complete because once that occurs only a captain's bankai of a healing zanpaktou could restore a victim of Calx Aegis.

    Extremeño Hierro: Athena's extremeno hierro is the only ability that remains un-tainted from her life as a Vasto Lorde, aside from merely 'good' sonido, Athena's steel skin is the stuff of rumors. Difficult to even break the skin, Athena has no fear of wading into a crowd of opponent's with weak reiatsu and demonstrates the same fearlessness against those able to inflict only minor wounds. Unfortunately, it does not defend as well from kido based attacks and against such attacks Athena must resort to using the Calx Aegis to defend herself.

    Sonido: Hardly the devastating speed it was before her 'transcendence', Athena appears merely quick to shunpo or sonido experts and can still be spied as blur to most unless she truly pushes her limits.

    Transcendance:
    "Incidere weave of Fortuna, Athena"

    The result of her transcendence by Harubo, Athena has gained a release-like state that she uses only in moments of extreme danger to herself or her mission. Upon her transcendence Athena takes on a look of practiced perfection that harkens to her days of the pinnacle of Hollow evolution, but those subjected to it find the 'perfection' a front to hide the surges this state allows. While in her transcended state, Athena's extremeño hierro becomes nigh impregnable to physical and kido attacks, a juggernaut of defense that has been coined as 'perfect' by those unable to pierce it. Only the sharpest blades or strongest kido attacks can penetrate this 'perfect defense' but then..those are the sort of attacks most likely to cause Athena to transcend. Fortunately, her physical strength is boosted along with her extremeño hierro to give Athena the power to pull off ground-shattering swings of her Labrys to hasten the end of any fight. And hasten the end of a fight Athena has to because her transcended state is extremely tasking on her reiatsu and body, the form she has not meant to sustain such physical stress for long periods of time. Despite these admittedly impressive augments to her abilities, there is a good note for her opponents in that Athena discards the Calx Aegis when transcended since any opponent she must use this ability against, is likely to resist the curse for a very long time.

    Gestalt Thinking: A side-effect of her natural leadership capabilities, Athena is able to join the minds of those she is battling with, as long as their reiatsu is weaker then her own, to provide un-paralleled coordination among those she leads. It bears no effect upon her own capabilities to fight however except to distract her if she is guiding this gestalt in mid-battle.

    Like Nico, Sora is a fraccion secretly apprenticed to Kira. Unlike him however, Sora has a bit more freedom to roam around and she doesn't meet with the Quinta Espada as often. Her extra freedom allows her to mingle with the other Arrancars. She is the 66 numero and was met by Kira after being born by Toho. She joined him of her own volition and as such, she doesn't resent him at all unlike Nico. She's still a little grossed out by his hygiene though.

    She is also similar to Kira in that she puts on an airy facade, but it is not nearly as dumb as Kira's false persona. Still, she remains to seem a little on the ditzy side. Another difference between she and the Quinta is that most other numeros already understand this about her, and lower level arrancars and hollows try to keep away from her.

    Sora is very attractive and a little bit on the tall side for the women in Bleachitp, standing at 5'6''. She wears her hair partially knotted high on her head, and it is bound by her mask fragment which is apparently the eye. Half of her long, pale blond hair is also black, which is a small hint at the nature of her Resurreccion. The black of her hair also covers most of the right side of her face. Her dress is a bit revealing as it exposes her shoulders and is low cut. There is also netting at the top of her dress.

    Zanpakuto:Sora wields a regular katana with ornate designs of the sun and moon on the hilt and guard.

    Resurreccion: "Mai, Gemini"
    Sora holds her sword in front of her vertically, blade facing away then speaks the command. The mask fragment in her hair disintigrates and the colors in her hair make a definite split down the middle and in a flash of light the two halves of her body rip away from eachother. The two halves make two separate entities. Their power singularly increases severalfold but not as powerful as a normal Resurreccion.

    The true power of Sora's release is in their capability to fight as one. Though releasing actually fractures her personality in two, they share a powerful link which allows them to fight together very effectively and gracefully.

    She has more abilities but she doesn't fight very often so it gives me a good excuse to keep them a secret for awhile longer

    She's also got a very nice pic. (It's pretty much just Mizukage from Naruto that I took a while to edit on)

    Species: Spiritual Abomination

    Appearance: Persephone stands towering at 12 feet tall, her thin form, no longer that of a young girl, completely covered with black seemingly in the form of a flowing dress, with steel-like properties near the bottom; The white of her long gloves contrasting the black. Three tall coffin-like objects float around her, bound to her by chains, and there is a large bastard sword attached to her side. Four black ravenlike wings wrap around her body/dress from the small of her back.

    Her face is pale and without emotion, her mouth stitched shut by string of iron, her eyes black and soulless. Her hair is short and is styled upward, spiking to either side. Finally, her head is graced by a large, distorted black crown that extends at the top.
    The war coffin glows red as it fills, the void coffin purple, and the thanatos coffin light blue.

    Personality:

    Persephone's personality is split into 3 facets - Khaos Sister, Death Sister, and War Sister. Khaos Sister is cold, calculating and intelligent, but easily unnerved. Death Sister is fairly quiet, stoic, and laid-back, with an edge of creepy hunger, and nothing fazes her. War Sister is split into a further two personalities - psychopathic, empty rage in bold, and the original scared little girl (signalled by not being bold).

    Powers: Persephone has three seperate powers tied to the three coffins chained to her body. Each one stores a certain "essence", which is gathered in different ways.

    War Coffin: Fills when drawing blood.
    Void Coffin: Fills when absorbing memories.
    Thanatos Coffin: Fills with souls from Gonzui.

    Persephone can "sing", providing the same effects as Hans' memory-erasing song. She can sing despite her mouth being stitched up - the song is high and clear, pours directly into the minds of those nearby without bothering to go through the ears, and reverberates within the very bones.
    Gonzui consumes souls within a certain radius, about 500 feet around Persephone.


    War Coffin powers: As the coffin fills, Persephone's physical strength, hierro, and speed increase. She can use a portion of the blood (5%+) to create a energy projectile similar to Cero. The amount of blood used determines the power. When the coffin fills completely, Persephone enters a berserk state, strength increasing substancially as the blood fuels it. More or less akin to Carcharadon's blood frenzy, but a bit less powerful, and lasts about as long, until all of the blood is used.

    Void Coffin powers: Steals memories and stores them. When 100% full, an illusion of one of the memories seeps into and takes over the "real world," and becomes re-enacted, with Persephone as one of the other people within the memory. The victim is forced to live out the memory, performing the exact actions they remember, until Persephone shows her true colours. She can mix and match memories, as well. When she absorbs a memory from, say, Nukari, she can transplant it into Shirubaru or someone and make him live out Nukari's actions as Nukari.

    Thanatos Coffin powers: Persephone can create different forms of "undead" from the souls she generates.

    Zombies (1%/full): Mindless drones. (They can run) Chance of infecting Pluses and weaker spiritual beings with similar status.

    Skeletons (2%/full): Quick skirmishers. Can rebuild themselves, if all the bones aren't destroyed.

    Mummies (10%/full): Slow, some hierro, paralyze foes with their touch.

    Dullahan (20%/full): Armored. Headless knights, powerful (seated shinigami level).

    Fallen Angel (20%/full): Fliers. Ranged combatants, use kido.

    Ghosts (10%/full): Partly incorporeal. Acts somewhat like a shield: Can't be passed through, physical blows are inneffective, but Kido destroys them.

    As the coffin fills, Persephone's regenerative power increases. When it's full, she appears to die, but revives after a short time. Ghost-like beings float around her body, patching up her wounds almost instantly, and blocking attacks made at her. Anyone who directly looks at her until the souls are completely drained have a curse placed upon them, etching kanji/runes into their very flesh. With some healing kido, it can be properly removed.

    Species: Oni.
    Onis are spirits that inhabit hell. Most often they are powerful evil souls that have been in hell for long enough to become jailors as well as prisoners. They resemble hollows in some ways, but never have a hollow hole.

    Appearance: Red Oni and Blue Oni look very alike. They are large (roughtly 14 feet tall each), ogre-like and powerfully built. Their faces appear to form from their chests, protuding forward as a fang-filled maw with star-shaped crystalline visors that conceal their eyes. Red Oni having six eyes and Blue Oni having five. Long spines protude from the sides of their faces, going backward, and long horns protude from above their 'heads'. The two Onis wield large halberds and shields marked with the symbol of the kidõ corps, in spite of having long and vicious claws. Their skin is a dark shade of the color that gives the pair their pseudonyms.

    Personality: Blue Oni is prepotent and appears to be unable to demonstrate any form of educated behaviour to anyone save Hideki. Every other line that comes out of his mouth includes a piece of swearing or a direct offense to one or more of the listeners. In life he was a murderer with disdain for life, althought not a serial killer, and enjoys a killing and the taste of blood.

    Red Oni is the less assertive of the two, and the most frequent target of Blue Oni's verbal assault. He is lecherous towards women, particularly young women, and prefers to keep out of harm's way, fighting in a very cowardly way.

    Powers: Red Oni and Blue Oni have a number of hollow-like abilities.

    Hierro: Red Oni and Blue Oni boast a considerably strong Hierro.

    Sonido: Red Oni and Blue Oni can use Sonido with considerable proficience.

    Bala: Red Oni and Blue Oni can fire balas.

    Immortality: As part of Hideki's Shikai, Red Oni and Blue Oni are effectivelly indestructible. If killed, their spirits are sent back to hell, whereupon Hideki needs little more than a thought to summon the pair back at full power.

    Bankai Special: Oh-Oni

    In Hideki's Bankai, he can elect to fuse Red Oni and Blue Oni with the other twenty-four onis (or four naka-onis) summoned, to create the two-headed giant Oh-Oni. The left head being Blue Oni, while the right head is Red Oni.

    Frost Cero: Blue Oni's head can shoot a blue cero from his mouth. This cero is incredibly cold, instantly freezing any water in its path.

    Flame Cero: Red Oni's head can shoot a red cero form his mouth. This cero is incredibly hot, with the power to light anything in its path aflame.

    Twin Cero: Oh-Oni can charge and fire his two ceros at once.

    While tall, Luther isn't very remarkable otherwise in his own nation. His bald head and clean shaven face mean he looks professional, but non-remarkable. His bright blue eyes tend to be hidden behind dark sunglasses, which go rather fetchingly with his black suit that he always wears. He has a pair of gloves he pulls on for fights.
    The whole outfit works rather well despite his fairly light skin tone; he doesn't really ever tan or sunburn, though he's not so pale as to look like he lives in a basement or cave.
    The only slightly odd part are his shoes, which are a curious set of boots. Somewhere between cowboy boots, work boots (the steel-toed kind), and dress shoes, they're a shiny black, and go not quite halfway up his calves, though you can't necessarily tell. They're simple smooth, glossy black, but with a good rounded toe. Also, steel plates on the sole and toe.

    Calm and collected, no nonsense. While Luther does sometimes relax, it's never when he's on duty. That said, he's surprisingly polite and diplomatic, especially for someone of his rank in the Corps. Though any training classes that have gone through his course would argue the point.
    One notable trait is that Luther tends to have an old-fashioned streak, especially a polite, old-fashioned streak of chivalry. He doesn't tend to take kindly to those who are impolite to women. Even lady Arrancar get a bit of respect, though that goes out the window as soon as they try to harm people.
    To his opponents, especially Hollows, Luther is ruthless. If he's not shooting to kill/purify, he's working to disable in the most efficient way possible.
    Outside of combat, he tends to be a quiet man, preferring books and such to loud parties. He's a bit of a theater connoisseur, enjoying a wide variety of plays, and to a lesser degree movies.

    Luther rates fairly well overall, with his Marksmanship (equivalent of swordsmanship) rating very high (88 out of 100) , his unarmed combat rating excellent (92 out of 100), his speed rating high (70 out of 100)(probably seated officer in 2nd Division level), and his mystic arts (kido) rating poorly (35 out of 100). He tends to prefer using brutal and effective moves in hand-to-hand combat, going for the quickest possible take downs of his opponents. His speed never decreases due to his shikai or bankai, though shooting while moving makes it a bit harder to aim.

    Personality: Ao was left in the Forest of Menos after the initial Bount attack on the forces of the Espada. At the time, he took no side with either Roland or Hans, and the current affairs of the Bount are sadly completely unknown to him. Before his stationing, he was a bright and cheery young man, with a quick humor and a ready joke.

    Appearance: Under the grime, blood and sweat of hollows and himself, Ao appears as a rather dark skinned man with dark brown eyes. His time in the Forest of Menos has allowed his hair to grow long, though it is covered in layers of grease and blood. He often wears a hollow mask over his face, and wears other such body parts from his kills over his body in a make shift suit of armor

    Doll: A stuffed lion/bear from the popular manga Detergent

    Release: Cut across the Heavens! Ao’s hands crackle with black lightning, the air around him spitting and sparking loudly.

    Doll Powers: Ao’s doll has power over lightning, and once released allows Ao complete control over lightning and electricity. The doll can summon lightning rods that act as land mines once people have passed them. It also allows him to use channeled and stored up spiritual energy to fire massive blasts of lightning. He can control these blasts like a body part, and can even imbue his weapons with this spiritual energy

His facial features are sharp, and without blemish, though he's usually seen with a varying degree of scruff on his chin, and constant dark circles under his eyes from lack of sleep. His body is thin but muscular, most of it in his legs. His skin is almost always a tan shade. Most of his upper torso and arms are covered in tattoos of clouds and black lightning, on his right hand is the Magician Tarot card (this), and on his left the Tower Tarot Card (this) finally, he has the Wheel of Fortune portrayed on his back (this). His usual choice of clothes is baggy, and though he isn't affiliated with the ARC, he seems to like wearing combat fatigues as far as pants go.

    Lance's mood varies, but when communicating with someone he doesn't have a grudge against his demeanor is snarky and hardly serious. In friendly competition or fights with those who have yet to provoke his ire, he is usually still pretty "friendly", throwing out taunts and insults that he hardly means. All in all, he is a fairly civil and good-natured person as long as he doesn't develop a grudge. When he does, though, and he is somewhat unpredictable as to when this can happen, things are unpleasant at best. He fights with ferocity and ruthlessness in such situations, and it's rare to see any sign of mercy from him.
    Lance has a general disrespect for rules, and rarely thinks his actions through before doing them, let alone explain why he does them. He is extremely protective of friends/allies, and every extreme action he takes is usually to protect them.

He flits from place to place, seeming to have some overall goal in helping people, but it has yet to be seen.

    30 Piece is in a state of continual release. It takes the form of 30 silver coins with odd symbols (no two coins the same) on either side to signify heads/tails. The coins can be formed into just about any weapon or (up to) approximately human-sized object, making him a fairly versatile combatant. It can be used to create multiple objects depending on the size. More or less, the bigger it is, the more coins it takes, and vice versa. All objects/weapons/etc created are completely functional (guns fire bullets, chainsaws rotate, even vehicles run normally).

    Lance's speed is top-notch, being far and above most (if not all) others in the ARC. That and the combination of his silver weapon earned him the nickname "Quicksilver" which he prides himself upon. His tattoos, though seeming merely decorative, are also used as a focus for his lightning mystic arts (kido), and he has been deemed a master of that particular element (with his tattoos he can mix both lightning Destruction art spells (#4, #11, #63, #88, and a number of custom spells) and most Binding Art spells), though he mostly uses it to supplement his overall staggering degree of skill with any weapon he creates with 30 piece, and his excellent hand-to-hand combat skills are also a testament to his prowess. Not even he knows why or how he got so skilled. Overall, he's around a high Captain level (in comparison to the Gotei 13, whatever the equivalent rank is in ARC). However, he seems to be overly confident in the addage that "The best defense is a good offense", and hardly makes any means to defend himself, usually resulting in many injuries in battle. He is said to have a truly astounding level of endurance, however.

    Other than that, Lance has other odd talents that he developed along with appropriate kido. He's fairly skilled at imitation, one of his "prized" skills being the ability to mimic anyone's voice, even females. It has little use in battle, but he makes use of it for amusement's sake and sometimes for espionage.

    There are rumors he's a Vizard as well, but he has literally never been seen using his mask. When pressed, his usual response is that his demons are far too great to depend on not killing anyone in sight if he used their strength.

    Lightning Mystic Arts Mastery:
    • Destructive arts #2: Lightning bullet.
      Fires a small projectile made of lightning about the size of a fist at a target. Lance can use Lightning Bullet without incantation at full power. Comparable to a (extremely weak) bala in strength. He can fire multiple bullets in a short period of time, and suspend them in the air for up to 5 seconds before firing them.
    • Destructive arts #4: Byakurai/Pale Lightning.
      Lance can use Pale Lightning without incantation at full power. At times, he can leave a crackling pillar of energy that lasts for up to 10 seconds after the initial blast and damages any who touch it.
    • Destructive arts #11: Tsuzuri Raiden/Bound Lightning.
      Lance can use Bound Lightning without incantation at full power.
    • Destructive arts #31: Shot of Lightning.
      Fires a ball of yellow/lightning energy at a target. Lance can use Shot of Lightning without incantation at full power. He can fire multiple shots in a short period of time, and suspend them in the air for up to 3 seconds before firing them.
    • Destructive arts #32: Lightning Razor.
      Fires a saw-like object (about 3~6 feet in diameter) made of lightning at a target. Lance can use Lightning Razor without incantation at full power. He can also manipulate the speed or direction at which it heads towards its target.
    • Destructive arts #63: Raikōhō/Thunder Roar Cannon.
      Lance can use Thunder Roar Cannon without incantation at full power. Lance can direct the blast vertically or horizontally, and can fire several in a line at the same time.
    • Destructive arts #88: Hiryugekizokushintenraiho/Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon.
      Lance can use Thunder Cannon without incantation at about 2/3 power.


    Other: Lance has (seemingly) mastered the art of Shunko/Flash Cry, being able to manipulate the energy into a lightning-like state. It's unpredictable, however, as while it increases his hand-to-hand power extensively, it can tend to leave horrible burns and scars across his own body as the lightning rakes against it.

    OMG I haven't been on GitP in weeks! AHhhhhhh!!!

    Anyway...

    Name: Mono (spanish for "monkey")

    Appearance: Tall, but painfully thin. Stormcloud-colored eyes betray my favored element/ability. Of course, if you're that close to me, you're probably beaten already.

    Powers: Makes up for physically weak body by specializing in physically enhancing kido. However, I rarely use it, preferring to rely on Raikoumaru and my mask. Hollow mask powers: Greatly increased speed, and ability to fire cero blasts mixed with lightning.

    Personality: Talkative, but with the sense to be quiet when I have to.

    Akira was “born” in the Rukongai, and spent most of his life in the Inuzuri district. Up until he entered the Shinigami academy, his life was extremely unremarkable, as would the life of anyone in the Inuzuri district.

    Once he discovered that he had the ability to become a Shinigami, however, Akira tried his hardest to get into the academy. When he failed his first test, Akira was crestfallen. However he achieved advanced placement in his second try, quickly advancing through the academy as a first-rate student. He was noticed by the Gotei 13 and, upon graduation, was inducted into the 1st Division. Once in the division, he caught the eye of Captain-Commander Hayashi Daisuke and was promoted to Lieutenant within a few years. Once in his position, Akira grew to become a well-known and well-liked Lieutenant among his division.

    Currently, he is in the Sereitei.

    Despite being a Lieutenant, Akira is rather unconfident in himself. He tends to be very modest when complimented and, despite being good at some things, he knows that there are people out there who are better than him. He always seems to take a very nervous attitude around people whom he knows are superior. Akira has never had any ambitions about power or success for himself because of this. However, when he is in his element, either doing something he loves or doing something he is quite good at, he becomes extremely serious about his success.

    Due to his nature, Akira is very protective of those he cares about, especially those he knows personally. Because of this, Akira is a very open with his friends about himself and wants to be there for anyone who needs it. Though Akira generally is slow to anger or to act when something bad is happening, when someone he truly cares about is in danger he will drop everything to go to them. However, he knows when he is operating on tilt and is usually very good at controlling his emotions during battle. He is also extremely honorable and will not fight unless he feels there is a good reason for him to do so.

    Oftentimes, Akira moves very quickly about emotional states. He can be extremely depressed one moment, then cheery and laughing and happy another. Usually, it is because these moods are fake and not really what Akira is feeling, though other times they are real. Akira is rather sensitive, and can be highly affected by events in his life. As a baseline, he is calm and reserved.

    Additionally, he can move quickly between “crushes”, “loves”, or whatever other word he uses to reference them. He has learned not to speak about them unless he has reason to believe they are reciprocated, though he can sometimes make it a bit obvious.

    For past-times, Akira generally enjoys reading, music, and meditation, particularly that of the Buddhist variety. While he himself does not follow the religion, he is highly interested in it (and religions in general). He also enjoys Astronomy and will spend nights observing the stars from a secluded rooftop in the Seretei.

    Akira has brown eyes and jet black hair that barely reaches beyond his forehead. Due to both his stature and natural tendencies, he generally walks slowly and quietly, trying to avoid attention as much as possible. His hair is generally matted down with a small bit reaching over his forehead and he wears glasses every time except in combat, when he takes them off but seems no worse off without them. He appears as an average 20-year old young man with clearly Asian descent. He commonly holds himself with his arms crossed.

    Akira almost always wears the general attire of a Shinigami, with few visual alterations. He usually does not wear his Lieutenant's badge unless he is in the Sereitei. Unbeknown to most, Akira has a tattoo of the 1st Division's symbol on his left arm.



    Style/Abilities:
    Akira prefers to use Kidou in combat rather than his sword, but he is equally proficient in both. In addition, due to a natural ability with Flash Steps, Akira tends to move around quite a bit in combat. When he engages in swordplay, he wields his sword in his left hand despite being normally right handed. No matter who he is fighting, he tends to release his sword for combat unless he judges the foe to be completely below using his Shikai (for example, a low-level Hollow).

    Zanpakuto: Hokkyokusei (North Star). Generally appears as a normal Katana with a 5-pointed star shaped tsuba and a pure white handle.

    Shikai: Its Shikai command is “Shine”. In this form, the entire sword becomes a pure white color, but 6 symbols appear on it in black, one around the hilt and the others in various places on the blade. It otherwise takes the form of a normal katana.

    Shikai Special Ability In its released state, Hokkyokusei has three different abilities, each referred to with a name by its sigil number. When called out, a certain number of sigils glow on the sword and then appear in the air depending on which attack is used. The attacks cannot be repeated multiple times in quick succession, though usually that is not necessary.

    • First Sigil, Blazing Star: This sigil can be used in two different ways, and it is located on the hilt of the blade. By drawing the 6 points of the sigil with the blade, the sigil can be formed and then ceremoniously stabbed through the center with Hokkyokusei. This releases a huge destructive force out from the sigil’s center, which generally strikes with concussive force.

      Alternatively, it can be simply brought out of the blade, appearing directly above the tsuba on the blade. The energy can then be released from the blade directly forward. When using this variation, Akira generally holds his sword arm with his other hand, though this is not necessary to use the attack.

      This attack’s main use is to counter other powerful kido or elementally based attacks by forcing them back at their users, though it is powerful enough in its own right as an attack.

    • Second Sigil, Pulling Star: Two sigils, located on opposite sides of the bottom half of the blade, can be used by touching each one and then pulling it from the blade. Only one sigil must be manifested to use the attack. Once a sigil is brought from the blade, it produces a powerful suction effect while spinning, pulling anything caught in it towards the center of the wind, where it would be grinded by the spinning blade of the star.

      It can be used to grind energy attacks into nothing, as the suction pulls in both energy and material. The attack is, however, rather destructive and therefore not used very often by Akira. Additionally, this attack is unique in that both sigils can be used simultaneously to create suction in multiple different directions, though only two sigils can be manifested at one time.

    • Third Sigil, Triangle Star: Three sigils, all located on the upper half of the blade and appearing roughly in a triangle shape, can be used by calling the name of the attack and touching the center of the three sigils. They immediately appear and create a pyramidal-shaped barrier, though they can not create a bottom. Each sigil lies at the center of once face on the pyramid, and an energy shield runs outward from each. The shield generally rotates at high speed around Akira, so as to deflect attacks more easily.

      This can also be used to perform a piercing attack by driving forward the pyramidal shield while spinning it like a drill, though in this capacity it is not very useful as a defensive maneuver. Its movements can, however, be controlled by Akira as long as he is holding the symbol on Hokkyokusei.


    Bankai (Constellation of the Northern Starlight) In order to release his Bankai, Akira holds Hokkyokusei out in front of him with his hand on it and, after gathering his spiritual energy, announces “Bankai”. Once released, the sigils on the blade glow and then fade from the blade completely.

    Once formed, this Bankai takes the form of four sigils floating around Akira, their size increased to about the size of a beach ball in diameter. Akira’s sword maintains its white blade and black hilt, though when fighting in this form Akira tends to sheathe it due to the nature of his Bankai. He gains a white haori with long sleeves that covers his entire shinigami outfit, though it bears no insignia on it. As a matter of pride, when he activates his Bankai Akira usually takes off his Lieutenant’s badge and ties it to the outside of his haori when he wears the badge.

    Bankai Special Abilities In Bankai, [Constellation of the Northern Starlight] amplifies Akira’s speed slightly. More importantly, it reduces the time to initiate Hokkyokusei’s techniques by removing the need to use the incantation, in addition to increasing the strength of the techniques (for example, Third Sigil, Triangle Star can now create a much larger, full pyramidal shield). He can, however, say the name of each technique as he unleashes it, which can increase the strength of the technique (especially the First Sigil). The attacks also have a much lower time between their usage, allowing Akira to repetitively use any of them one after another, rather than having to wait for them to be ready again after their usage.

    Additionally, due the solidity of the sigils, they can also be used for bludgeoning attacks, though not at the same time they are being used for their ability.

    Akira can control one sigil with each of his hands in addition to one completely with the power of his will, though if he controls the sigils with his hands their abilities are considerably more powerful. It is possible for him to control sigils without bringing them in front of him, though he usually chooses to do this for aiming.

    Additionally, he gains two new techniques in this form.

    • Fourth Sigil, Newborn Star: Similar to how all the sigils are used in Bankai, Akira can either will this sigil to activate or control it with his hand. Either way, this sigil causes Akira to glow with spiritual energy, as well as anything he is holding in his hands. This greatly focuses the killing power of his attacks, allows him to ignore injuries that would normally harm him, and generally inflict more damage, especially with physical strikes. In addition, this sigil allows him to move much faster than he normally can under even his Bankai. However, maintaining this ability requires either a large abundance of available spirit particles or a great deal of expended spiritual energy from Akira.

    • Sigil Storm, Dying Star: All four sigils are used for this technique. Raising his right hand over his head, Akira calls the name for this attack as all four sigils move above him, rotating at increasing speeds around him in an orbit. As they rotate, a great energy appears at their center, usually taking the form of a disc or a sphere depending on the amount of energy Akira himself has when he initiates the technique. Drawing his sword (if he does not already have it equipped), Akira then drives the blade into the center of the energy and throws it forward using his sword. Upon contact, the orb creates a huge destructive blast, then immediately afterwards creates the force of a black hole at the center of the blast, affecting all except Akira himself. Once the entire attack is finished, however, Akira’s Bankai dissipates, returning to its sealed Shikai state.

      Unlike his other abilities, Sigil Storm must be used by announcing the name of the technique and cannot be used otherwise.

    Allan is on the tall side, usually standing slightly above those around him. He has a mess of black hair which hangs past his shoulders, which he sometimes fiddles with. He has a soft, flat face. His eyes are heterochromatically red and brown eyes. He's taken to wearing an eyepatch over one eye, as using both at once causes headaches (see below).
    He typically dresses in casual American clothing, almost always a T-shirt and jeans, excepting extreme temperatures. Almost always wears an unornamented fishing hat. He also carries a large shoulder bag where he keeps a spare set of clothes, phone, first aid kit, and some basic survival gear.
    Allan is well muscled but not unusually so. He is clearly in good physical condition. He eats constantly, almost always having some sort of food on him at all times.

    Allan is an upbeat and kind person, coming off positively to most people who he meets. He is very difficult to faze, able to allow negative events to roll off his back very easily. He can usually see the silver lining to any event. Despite this, he acts a big haggared at most times and rarely tries to start conversations. Occasionally, he acts aggressive and violent as a result of Soultaker's influence, but he is usually able to control himself. Believes that violence should only be a last resort, and never starts fights.

    The origins of Allan's powers go very far back into history. Several thousand years ago, two very powerful Vasto Lordes class Hollows came to blows deep inside Hueco Mundo. Their battle raged for seven days and nights, but finally one managed to break the other and land a finishing blow. The loser, however, did not die.
    It managed to escape into the human world, where it used one of its unique abilities to possess the fetus of an unborn child, devouring weak proto-soul contained therein and begin to heal it's fatal injuries by resting inside the flesh.
    The possessed baby was eventually born, and the Hollow was still not healed. It found that it controlled the body of the child, serving as a soul in place of the one the Hollow had consumed. It also found that it could not leave. Resigned to its fate, it acted through the part of the child, slowly testing the limits of its abilities from within its fleshy prison. It would later murder its "parents" and flee, wandering the world. It's human body eventually grew old and frail, and then died.
    Seemingly free at last, the Hollow then learned to its horror that it had gained a dependency on flesh, and it would slowly waste away outside of its casings. Weak and desperate, it repeated the process with another immature fetus, playing through the whole process of living and dying once more. Nothing changed, and the Hollow resigned itself to its new existence. It also rechristened itself Soultaker.
    Soultaker decided against using its spiritual powers, as they were insignificant in its new form, and it could wreak plenty of havoc simply as a human. Some of the most heinous crimes in history were committed by a body possessed by Soultaker.
    Soultaker managed to maintain this routine for a few millenia, eventually stretching into the present age. After its most recent "death," however, Soultaker was nowhere near any women in early pregnancy. It wandered for longer than it ever had too, and by the time it found a woman carrying a child, it was almost dead. It managed to enter the baby, but things were different this time: the child had a fully developed soul, and Soultaker was incapable of destroying it in its weakened state. Thus it was forced to share a body with the soul of a young boy.
    The boy was named Allan when he was born.
    Soultaker found, much to its chagrin, that the body's original soul was dominant, and had little spiritual awareness. He could do little more than whisper urges and compulsions to the other, controlling soul.
    Allan Crossdale was a pretty regular American kid for most of his life, with no awareness of the destructive entity who shared his body, the occasional temptation to do violence excepted. He was well liked, made many friends, and was on good terms with his parents. When he was fifteen, however, his life was broken.
    A weak Hollow attacked Allan when he was fifteen, sensing the tantalizing spiritual pressure actually belonging to Soultaker. Allan was nearly killed when it attacked, but the near death experience awakened his latent powers. Somehow, Soultaker's powers were near fully restored when active in a body with two souls. Allan destroyed the Hollow effortlessly, but the activation of his powers was enough catalyst for Soultaker to steal control of his body. Allan managed to eventually wrest control back, but by the time he did, Soultaker had slaughtered his entire town.
    Moreover, Soultaker's actions had attracted the attention of the American Reaper Corps, who were dispatched to the scene when they sensed the awakening of Soultaker. Allan, confused and alone, was attacked. He managed, however, to activate his powers and escape. The Reaper Corps continue to look for him to this day.
    Confused and on the run from very powerful enemies, Allan fled the country and began traveling, never staying in one place for too long and doing odd jobs to support himself, the constant whispers of the now audible Soultaker his sole companion. He has also experiment with his abilities to the point which he has a small degree of control over them.
    He recently arrived in Japan, specifically J-city, having traveled across most of Europe and Asia already.


    Powers
    Reiatsu: The color of darkened bone
    Mask: Simpler than some others, Allan's mask is a simple oval, with an edge of small triangles, slitted eyes, and stylized fangs surrounding the mouth.
    Aura: Allan has abysmal control of his abilities, so he constantly leaks a huge amount of spiritual power. Anyone with even average detection abilities could sense him a mile away.
    Eyes: Allan can see spirits and spiritual effects with his red eye only. Using both eyes at once to look at such things gives him severe headaches.

    Cero: Allan can use a primitive form of Cero, but is yet to develop it at all. The only type he is capable of performing is a large, mid-strength beam of energy from one of his hands.
    Bala: Allan has not yet figured out how to use Bala, but he has the ability.
    Hierro: Allan has a very strong Hierro due to the amount of power he leaks while Awakened.
    Pesquisa: Allan has a limited form of Pesquisa, allowing him to sense average energy up to about thirty feet.
    Sonido: Allan has not yet figured out how to use Sonido, but he has the ability.
    Garganta: Allan has not yet figured out how to use Garganta, but he has the ability.

    First Awakening

    Allan's first state of power, or "First Awakening," grants him his initial abilities. In this form, he resembles a Vizard, wearing a mask and obtaining a simple Zanpakutou in a sheath on his right hip. Any clothing he is wearing is also subsumed into a black robe in this form. Allan can use his Hollow abilities or his Zanpakutou in this form, although he cannot perform a soul burial. He also gains two large, black wings that appear to be made out of the same material as the robe. In first awakening, Allan can use any of his Hollow powers and has no unique abilities. He doesn't necessarily manifest all of his mask at once; the percent manifested is the percentage of his full abilities that he is using. He has managed to manifest up to half his mask at one time.
    Regardless of what powers he uses, Allan has very little control over his power, and his attacks are clumsy, inefficient, and waste absurd amounts of power.

    Allan's powers will continue to grow. How they will continue to grow will be revealed at an appropriate time.

    Allan has now figured out how to reign in his Reiatsu somewhat. It's now not the overbearing force it was, and it's much harder to track him with it.

    Reiatsu/Cero: Dark Red

    Apperance: Koyama dresses in mostly skimpy battle torn clothing, a single red jacket cut off just above her ribs seeming to be the only article of clothing that remains solid and unaffected by her brawls. She has dark brown hair that is spiked upwards, and wears a headband with a single metal plate which she uses to perform powerful headbutts. Koyama's mask seems to be her head band, though it is not certain. Her hole's location is unknown

    Personality: Koyama spends most of her time in a constant state of inebriation, so her true personality is relatively unknown. She slips in and out of violent fits of rage and long periods of stupor. To the few other Fraccion and fellow Arrancar that have seen her sober, she is mostly hung over, keeping to herself.

    Zanpaktou: Cervesa- Cervesa appears as a massive sake jug with the kanji for “Green” painted on its side with black paint.

    Release: Pour like a Fountain, Cervesa-While released, Koyama drinks heavily from her sake jug, a massive burst of light covering her. The energy forms a set of armor on her legs and arms, with a large array on her back similar to wings. These “Wings” can be launched at high speeds like blades, and can be used as shields as well. While in this form, Koyama exhibits amazing regenerative powers, though not nearly as strong as those of her Espada. Along with her other powers, while released, she can perform cero, her blasts appearing like searing white light, though it does nothing to affect the actual damage dealt. Each wing tip can generate a shower of light blades as well, more like a needle storm then anything else.

    Standard Powers: Unreleased, Koyama retains a high regenative power, though due to her mostly intoxicated state, she is uncontrolled and rough, striking at friend and foe alike if she takes offense to anything said. She does seem to have a level head around the Espada, though it is impossible to tell if this is mere survival instinct or if she is fully aware of her surroundings. She seems unable to use cero in this form, though it uncertain at this point why.
