Don't forget Loki, Thor, Odin, the unnamed fertility goddess
So far I've avoided doing gods because I've been keeping to a rough scale, and gods would be many times larger. They also each have an aura surrounding them that would be impossible to replicate. Everything up to this point has come from the generator, with bits of minor re-colouring where necessary and plenty of cutting and pasting to allow for pieces to be placed in ways the generator doesn't allow. I don't want to start having to edit things extensively - the only software I've used so far is Microsoft Paint.
That said, I may get to them eventually, we'll see.

Julio Scondrél and the Police Chief are already there, both under "Miscellaneous". Thog as Leprechaun and Gortok are pretty much no-goes, unfortunately, because the generator doesn't have pieces that even remotely resemble their outfits (Shame, a selection of hats made from skulls would be a nice addition... I'm not going to be able to do the Orc chief for the same reason).

Turned out to not be so hard after all... not perfect but it'll do:

More new stuff: Giro, the drunken wizard, Azure City resistance leaders, Greysky thief, and the Hobgoblin general.

Wow. I am extremely impressed. Now I want to go back and read OOTS again, because I don't remember who all these characters are, but the ones I don't remember look vaguely familiar.
This is actually pretty cool. I almost ignored it because I thought it had something to do with South Park, which I find crude and offensive at best.
But... South Park is da bomb! It's (extremely) rude in that it brings up some content not suitable for younger audiences, but simultaneously cleverly awesome. Everything about it is genius.

No, don't give me that. You did not already find it!

I concur with everything said here, and "genius" is not a word I use lightly. The fact that they do each episode in one week, from scripting to broadcast, just makes it all the more impressive.
But anyway... the generator I used to make these has had a major upgrade that makes costume design a lot easier so I've gone back and given some tweaks to about 25% of the characters here. Plus I've redone Therkla and Hilgya from scratch because I really wasn't happy with the old ones:
I'd like to do more, but pretty much all the characters from the desert arc so far have been unsuitable. I'll play the waiting game for now...

Its a matter of opinion I guess, I much prefer The Simpsons.

Eh. It's good for getting kids into comedy animation, as it's much more mild. Kinda sucks nowadays, though. The episodes aren't even worth my half-hour when they broadcast the new ones nowadays. I think they waited too long on the movie, too- had they done it earlier, they would have had their good old writers.
Simpsons, I feel like, has totally sold out. They've Flanderized Flanders, and stopped putting effort into the writing in its entirety to focus on "OMG! We have celebrities!"
Family Guy, on the other hand, I feel is akin to South Park; though, with the rise of the Cleveland show, I feel like they're starting to sell out a little. The quality has yet to begin to drastically decrease, though.
South Park, on the other hand, has had ups and downs over the years, but they've certainly retained that which makes it awesome. I haven't really seen any selling out, at all, and they can take topics which are very touchy to some people, and still allow them to be hilarious and awesome, despite the offense it grants. Long live South Park.
And I love the new characters :D Keep it up.

...Not to mention Homer's slow, horrible decline from lovable, well-meaning oaf to all-out moron who will do the most illogical and dangerous things in the name of wackiness and stupidity. It was a truly brilliant show for the best part of a decade, but it's been a hateful wreck of its former self in recent years.
South Park, on the other hand, started good and got steadily better.
EDIT: Since I've pretty much run out of OotS characters here, I've been messing around trying my hand at a few characters from Star Wars. I've posted them here but there's unlikely to be many more of them... most of the best characters would be impossible (R2-D2, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, etc.).

That is... Almost disturbingly comprehensive. You are much better with the generator than I am.
Well, in fairness, not many of these can be made right there online with the generator as it is. All the parts came from the generator, sure, but a lot of them involved quite extensive cutting-and-pasting in Paint before they looked right. And recolouring in a few cases, too.
Talking of which, after doing the Summons Wizard chap I decided to challenge myself and had a crack at a few more characters that I'd previously written off as impossible. These ones took absolutely ages to get right, for a number of reasons, but I think they turned out okay. So without further ado here are Chief Grukgruk, Shaman Vurkle, and one of the prostitutes from the latest arc:

I made a Sunburned Belkar and a normal Hobbo warrior (noticed there were only clerics, slavedrivers, leaders, and someone reminiscent of Jirix), how do I get them on here?

Upload them to an image-hosting site such as Photobucket, then copy the image tags into your post here.

If you can think of any possible way that I could use that generator to make anything that even vaguely resembles R2-D2, then I'm all ears.
As I said in the post that contained those Star Wars characters, there aren't going to be many of them because the likes of Artoo, Darth Vader and Boba Fett just cannot be done. I'd have to draw them by hand, which kinda defeats the point of what I was doing here in the first place.
I'm sorta suprised you didn't make a Therkla yet, that I saw. I should make Kubota or Mentally Distressed V now... Sadly I can't get the facial cracks...
EDIT: Oh, just saw a Therkla...well...here's, another?
Someone is having waay to much free time, but I admire the creativity and skill. Very nicely done.
EDIT: And now I see that you did many while being sick, makes me feel like a real smart-ass about the first part of the above comment.
I'd reply in depth, but I've got to go rebuild the orphanage. And then there's that pesky cancer matter - it's not exactly going to discover a cure for itself, is it?
Added a few characters from the inn sequence:
