Re: Prime's Art Thread III
Stories?
Dryad sees a bat-thing getting shot down by something, follows tracks to hospital. Sees local rude wizard leaving hospital in a hurry next day. Party informs her that wizard is an aswang vampire. Dryad wants to help, but can't come along because of Tree Dependency. Screw that, her tree is livewood and she has Str 20.
Also:
Vampire's familiar shapeshifts into a sparrow and flies out window.
Alchemist PC turns into a hawk and flies after sparrow.
Someone shouts "catch that bird!" as dryad is arriving.
Guess what happens.Last edited by Prime32; 2011-06-11 at 12:45 PM.

Re: Prime's Art Thread III
So generous with your Alveri fanart. |D Thank you so much, Puraimu. :3 The permanency reduce person is just an idea, one of many going through my head right now. :<a
I'd love to see more Serru personally, or maybe small party interactions that you'd imagine happening off scene. :>... Don'tmakethemtooperverseorsilly or Alveri will shoot you. |< You know how good she is at that by now!
Annnnd glad you like Alveri, Kasanip. :3 Thanks again for drawing her!Last edited by Thorns; 2011-07-19 at 11:23 AM.

I met a girl with a really pensive look. I walk up to her, put a fifty cent coin in her hand, "For your thoughts. I know the going rate is supposed to be one, but I figure you play hardball."
She gave it back, "Keep it. Pretty sure a guy with your charm can find a way to have them for free anyway."

Re: Prime's Art Thread III
Art dump, related to that game.
Familiar, all grown up (her master is in a coma):
Spoiler
NPCs:
Spoiler
Milasria Thunderpole, aka Milly, a little girl whose parents are a neglectful rock singer and an Unseelie nymph. She lives on an island with her father and his collection of giant animals. She is hiding something from him though...
And Lylinerisia Azure, the party bard's new girlfriend. Another nymph, talented as a singer/painter/illusionist, lives in a hot spring and spies on the bathers. Doesn't like wearing clothes. Oh, and in Pathfinder having a nymph girlfriend makes bards more powerful; no wonder it's so popular.
Formalwear:
Spoiler
And Alveri has indeed been shrunk. By her evil shadow. Who appears to be taking over her body at night and causing mischief.Last edited by Prime32; 2011-09-17 at 02:05 PM.

Re: Prime's Art Thread III
They are cute pictures. It has been a long time, no see.
It seems like it must be a very fun game. I like the characters.
It is unfortunate it can't be read.
Can familiars grow up? Who is the master?
Of course I am worried for Alveri.
I like the formalwear pictures very much.Kasanip's Sketchbook 2 Thread

Re: Prime's Art Thread III
Nah, Alveri's doing just fine. :> Alveri's familiar is one of these and it would sooner cackle with glee than become bad ass and vow revenge for its master. xD Helen is the party member temporarily in a coma, she got outright killed at the very end of last arc. :< She was revived but needed a long time to re-cooperate due to the nature and location of her death. Not sure if the player will go back to Helen or stick with playing the familiar once Helen's better. Both are pretty awesome so I don't mind either way. x3
The familiar, Chiiruno (Cirno herp) just provided us with a bunch of curses with which we cursed six anti-paladins of an LN sun god to be blind in the light of their own god. :D Then we knocked em out and stripped them. Next we'll dump them off on an uninhabited island, where they will be blind both in day and at night, surrounded by waters full of things that want to eat them. :>
"Alignment, lol." Our "Good" party might be straying more towards neutral.
</Hijack>
Prime not only provides us awesome flavorful art but also drops me all kinds of advice. :> I'm the group newbie so he drops me neat ideas here and there. The Nosoi familiar above was his idea and it really does fit Alveri perfectly, we've already used it to great effect.

They can when... magic... souls... something.
It also talks like William Shatner.

Re: Prime's Art Thread III
And what's wrong with that?
Last session the party got two artifacts.
One is an alchemical gun powered by eyes that shoots lasers, with three settings going up to Wave Motion Gun level; inserting different eyes creates different effects, so we're now looking for a beholder. Plans exist to combine it with Alveri's clockwork-rifle-that-turns-into-a-scythe. Also to give her a Homuhomu shield.
The other isthe Sword of Hisouthe Lance of LonginusSkyrender, a spearhead that can cut the fabric of space-time but drains lifeforce with each swing (and after we created a spatial bubble about three times in the same location, someone standing at the edge vanished for a few seconds and came back raving about tentacles).Last edited by Prime32; 2011-09-25 at 06:39 AM.

Re: Prime's Art Thread III
Some NPCs from the game. A pair of elves, a transmuter and a druid. Also extremely vain.
How vain? For a few hundred years they were supposed to be destroying some chunks of adamantine that contained the essence of an evil god and were corrupting everything around them, and got turned into vampires in the process. We defeated the god, curing them; they then tried to kill us for making them old.
Spoiler
The transmuter's voidworm familiar (seen wrapped around her arm) is named Charlotte. And she can make it grow to enormous size.Last edited by Prime32; 2011-11-02 at 08:03 PM.

Re: Prime's Art Thread III
Haha, awww. :3a Yeah, she's fine, thanks for asking! |> So is the rest of the party. The party might even be getting an addition soon, one who will be putting Alveri through a -lot- of trouble and trolling. xD Can't wait.
Here's your monthly doctor-prescribed dosage of Alveritonen. |<
